- ROBERTO (6/5): - El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pasamos una noche muy mala por esta situación. Llame a recepción y mandaron a un “técnico” que lo único que hizo fue revisar que en efecto no funcionaba. Me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitación a las 7 de la mañana, cuando preferimos mejor dejar ya el hotel.

- Karen Zuley (8/5): - The place is clean and quiet. I had an issue with the room, I booked a room for 3 people and they gave me one with two small beds for 3, we where not comfortable the first night and next morning I asked for a different room. At the beginning they refused to switch the room and they offered an extra bed but the room was too small for it. I was it very convinced with their solution but after a little pushing to switch the room or k will cancel the next night, they did it and gave me a bigger room with a queen bed and an extra single bed. For two people works perfect but if you want to book for 3-4 people, make sure they will give you a good room for it.

- LUIS (4/5): - Hay un antro Enfrente y nos dieron 2 habitaciones en el segundo nivel, pudimos conciliar el sueño hasta las 3 am qué cerro el antro. El personal debería avisar de la situación o bien deberían aislar bien las ventanas.

- Salo (6/5): Lo más barato de la zona, no esperes calidad. - Me quise dar una oportunidad más con este hotel pero me voy decepcionado. Lo único que se salva es la atención del personal de cocina, la supervisora puntualmente se esmera en atención al cliente. No hay personal de limpieza, las áreas comunes muy sucias, moscas y el área de gimnasio y alberca abandonadas. Las caminadoras no sirven hace más de 2 meses y ahora la alberca con un color verde que no da confianza. La camarera da un excelente servicio también, a pesar de no tener lo necesario para trabajar.

- Salo (6/5): Hilton descuidado. - Es evidente la falta de personal en limpieza, cocina y mantenimiento; una lástima ver cómo regañan a la señora adulta mayor de la limpieza, la zona de alberca con camastros rotos, el gimnasio con aparatos fuera de servicio por 3 semanas. Muy por debajo de un hotel de la cadena Hilton.
- Salo (8/5): Bien en general - Es un hotel cómodo y bien ubicado, algunos de sus empleados en recepción son amables y otros muy faltos de atención. El desayuno es limitado pero aceptable. La regadera con algunas fugas pero igual funciona, de los dos elevadores que tienen ponen a funcionar uno en ciertos momentos del día y es tardado subir o bajar.

La alberca con agua muy sucia y con colillas de cigarros, no se por que si se supone que no se puede fumar. El desayuno muy descuidado se acaban los alimentos y no realizan la reposición de estos.

The menu had a few things but most of them not available due to not having ingredients and the fruit and vegitables were visibly old. The buffet always salty and dry , due to reheating.. the "juice " is really just water with no flavor.

The only disappointing situation was the clogged shower drain, every time we took a shower the water would spill out of the shower. Problem was reported on day 1 and continued until our last shower on day 5.

Pedimos que cambiaran eso y todo bien. La cafa fuerte pide un código de 6 dígitos, su instructivo dice 4 y así nunca funcionará. Más toallas en el gimnasio estaría bien.

- Luis Enrique (2/5): Horrible en todo sentido. - Horrible desde que llegamos, no había agua, olía a aguas negras por que le estaban dando mantenimiento a una tubería, no tienen suficiente staff y los que habían no fueron nada amables. El desayuno horrible ya que todo se acabó rapido, estuve 1 hora esperando a que rellenaran mas salsa para los chilaquiles, o minimo fruta o café (por que no había nada) y no hicieron caso a mi petición. Como no había nadie en el restaurante fui al lobby a pedir ayuda al respecto y el tipo sarcastico me dice que lo arreglaba y solo le daba risa y no resolvió nada, me quedé sin desayunar. De las peores experiencias que he tenido en mi vida.
