• Dennis (8/5): Great location, comfortable. Would stay there again. - Excellent location, cutlery and dishes provided were excellent, ample cleaning fluid. The main drawback was a lack of WiFi. To be honest we were on holiday and didn't miss it too much.

• Eva Murray (9/5): Great stay, had a good deal price wise, would love to spend time again next visit - Lovely cosy apartment, very spacious, well designed, bigger and nicer than on photos, close to beach just over the road, coffee shop, little IGA and take away/restaurants next door Car park too low but had some reserved ones outside the undercover car park.

Is a nice quite park the lady working at the time of my stay was friendly and very helpful. Was a nice time away Beds are a little sort. I’m over 6ft tall so hard to find a place to stay with a bed to fit lol

• Jeffrey (9/5): Uncomplicated, low key establishment seconds from the beautiful Caseys beach. - Proximity to the beach and Batemans bay shopping precinct Very quiet at night. Nice amount of space overall Small bedroom with only one side table and one power point. Not quite in sync with today’s needs. Easily fixed if they wanted to. No ability to screen off adjacent apartment when out on balcony so if there are strangers next door it could be awkward. Also, a relatively simple fix.

• Trish (7/5): It was great value for money - Nice and quiet, very clean, older style self contained unit, with balcony that views the beach and so therapeutic listening to the waves at night. We were there Feb off season and summer, lucky for us the weather was bit cooler as we are from central QLD ( super hot and humid )good value for 2 nights. Main towns 5 min drive and lots of shops closer eg fish n chips, Iga Very nice stay… Small room for a toilet

Beds comfortable, shower head and water pressure great and room in shower good too. No pull out couch for extra last minute guests

The cabin (although small) was fairly priced and did the job nicely for us to sleep in at night. Thank you The cabin and facilities are a little outdated, however for what we paid it was exactly what to expect.

• Annette (7/5): Great location - Location perfect. Staff at check in just lovely. We arrived earlier than expected and the lights had been turned on for us. Cabin was great for the price. Will stay again. The water temperature in the shower was horrible. No matter what we tried the hot water was not consistent and it kept going cold, then hot then cold.

Great until smokers sat out on the balcony next with the noreast breeze .Smoking should be banned in these situations!
• Christine (1/5): Terrible service,but it's a great location - The location was superb! We arrived at the location to no running water, no flushing toilet, mould in the shower, and no outside lighting, which was completely hazardous as we had to find our way to the apartment, navigating stairs that led up to front door incomplete darkness. We then had to contact the night manager to have these problems amended. We were offered a bucket to fill the toilet so that we were able to use the toilet.... and when I replied that was not good enough, he gave us keys to the amenity block, which was also a walk in the dark. Due to NO lighting, I replied that it was not good enough. You wanted to be relocated in terminal suitable accommodation. He explained that that was not possible as he did not have access to facilitate that. We would have to wait till the following morning for the manager to arrive. The manager arrived the following morning and fixed the water problem but not the lighting or the mould issue in the bathroom. I would have loved to return to this location, but for the lack of service or empathy towards this situation, I can not see us returning here. When I add photos of the location, you will see how dark it was not many photos other than this as everything was incomplete darkness. The night manager/ security Christian mentioned that the standard of the apartment should never have been rented to us in the standard that it was currently in, as it didn't meet the standards. Very unfortunate circumstances.

It was immaculate outside and inside We were in the front cabins and it was so quiet and strangely private once the door was shut. Comfy enough qs bed , tv, table and chairs , kitchen, bathroom.All basic needs covered The units owned by the park all need some tlc. Painting being a big part. They’re all very tired could certainly cost a pretty penny to renovate. Then there’s the full interior design for pets
