- Hasan (8/5): Great Experience - It was a lovely boutique hotel — brand new and spotlessly clean, with a wide range of amenities and a beautiful sea view. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The hotel could improve the sound insulation between rooms and consider upgrading the bathroom fixtures and materials to enhance comfort and durability.

- Lake (10/5): - The facilities and staff all round were incredible and I will be back again . The rooms need some attention due to being dated and the menu for food needs expanding . The food however was very tasty and cooked well .
- RICARDO (5/5): If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing experience, you may want to consider another location. - Although the C hotel has decent accommodations, excellent staff, and a fair location, I won't return there. The C Hotel used to be a great place to stay, and I’ve visited several times in the past. However, I will not be returning anymore. In my opinion, the hotel has deteriorated significantly. The rooms are uneven, meaning the floor and the bathrooms are either missing panels or have mismatched components, making it seem like they were hastily assembled just to rent them out. During my last visit, I switched rooms halfway through my stay, but the new one was no better. The poolside area was once the best feature of the C Hotel, but now it caters to a different crowd, with a DJ and large speakers. It is so loud that you can’t even have a conversation while the DJ is playing music. I suppose that's just how things are now. Considering the price of the rooms, you can find a better deal elsewhere with much more to offer.

- Bandar (1/5): - Avoid Coral Bay — the administration doesn’t care. I used to be a loyal customer, but it’s gone completely downhill. My slippers and Bulgari sunglasses were stolen at the pool. Staff were rude, told me “we’re not responsible,” and even sent someone to kick me out instead of helping. I asked for the general manager twice — he never showed up. The administration didn’t even contact me, leaving small staff to deal with it. If you’re Saudi, be aware — they seem to think you won’t go through the complaint process, so they don’t bother to take you seriously. This is not 5-star service, just low-class treatment. The crowd and atmosphere are nothing like before. If you value your belongings and respect, stay away.

- Thanos (7/5): Value for money, good for a short stay. - It's unique, like staying in a boat, with a balcony in front of the beach. The breakfast was full and provides you the food for the rest of the day. Friendly and helpful staff. No heating in the room. You need to request electric heater. Too difficult to relax and sleep, if there is event at the disco. The bathroom is small, similar to a cabin. The fridge frosted our meals. No direct access to the parking to drop off luggage. No one came to clean the room in the morning and replace the soaps and shower gels, so we needed to save soap and toilet paper.

- Petrus (2/5): Bad - The staff is very attended and supporting The rooms are far below a 4 star hotel. A small room with a very uncomfortable bathroom. Shower cabin cannot close, so water all over the place when you shower. I had the feeling i did stay in a portacabin. My TV was not working and people attending the problem could not fix it and told me to wait till the following day. This place is all about an Arabic bar and a beach. The gym is not functional and it looks nobody is using it. The hotel is charging far too much for a hotel facility like this. Up to my opinion 2 star. Breakfast is so so. Definitely not my place and i would not recommend this for families. Maybe for party goers who just need a bed after their party.

The room had a strong sewage odor, making it impossible to stay comfortably. This was highly disappointing, and I would appreciate an immediate resolution, such as a refund or compensation for the inconvenience. Please address this issue to ensure future guests do not face a similar experience. I look forward to your prompt response.

It is not very cheap, but the nice location and the two restaurants, the swimming pool and the swimming area in the sea give guests everything they need. The staff is very good at what they do, everyone is friendly and willing to help. Too loud music sound from the restaurant. Very loud music coming from the restaurant side. In the winter there were short bursts of very loud music (maybe they were tuning the electronics). However, the volume on the hotel balcony was over 75 decibels according to the Signal Detector software in my smartphone. That's way too loud. Also the plumbing is a bit old, it would be nice to have an update, as I see. But everything in the bathroom works.

- Abdullah (4/5): Cleanliness could be improved. Bathroom needs servicing. - The staff were welcoming, accommodating and quick with service. The hotel itself is a brilliant concept and has so much potential. The room was not clean, I moved the coffee table and when I touched it it was sticky. The bathroom was subpar, although it was clean, the shower heads were dirty and the water doesn't come out straight. The toilet spray was just completely broken, I had to turn it on and off from the knob that controls the pressure when I wanted to use it. The do not disturb sign was sticky, overall in terms of cleanliness and quality it wasn't a great experience.

- Mohammed (1/5): the worst experirnce in my life - I came and the sea was very bad and dirty noone can swim in like this situafion and i refused to take the room they took the key but they refused to return the money back. what a bad hospitality!! the manager was bigger than even contacting me to discuss

- Neamah (1/5): Bad experience and never go back to that hotel again - I liked the view but didn't enjoy it at all because the room problem and noise The facility is too old and NO renovations A/C is not working good, doors are either cant close or get stuck and you cant open them, the first room the bathroom door didn't shut down at all then they switch us to another room where my husband got stuck in the bathroom because the bathroom door got stuck and could not open from inside.... Also rooms are not cleaned properly we found old used stinky socks in the cubord and sigaret leftovers in balcony ashtry

- Juanita (1/5): Just so disappointed as rates were increased due to F1 and it's wasn't worthy the money at all. - The hairdresser upstairs does an amazing blow dry. Manager was lovely and tried to take care of us. When we got to the to the hotel we were the only guests at the pool. There was construction work going on for an event for the next day. Drills, Hammers, so much noise. We were not advised about this upon booking, it was horrible. at least 70 workers and us. We complained to the management and they gave us free lunch and some drinks. Which was extremely nice of them, however if we had been advised that this was going on we would not of stayed. The rooms are paper thin so we were woken up several times during the night. The hotel part/boat where we stayed was stinking of cigarette smoke. My friend is a VEGAN and next day at breakfast she explained all this to the waitress, and asked for foul and arabic bread toasted. they gave her a full english breakfast and cold beans with normal bread toasted, even my order was wrong, I asked for cheese maneesh and an english tea with cold milk, I got a fried egg and coffee. It really was a disaster from start to finish.
- Elenora (8/5): I enjoyed my time in Bahrain. - Cooperative staff at the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. Ability to walk into the beach. Comfortable bed. Good food. Proximity to many places worth visiting. The swimming pool was closed for Maintenance on the first day we arrived. BathTub needs to be bigger and the interior of the bathroom needs to be redone (a bit old). Nespresso machine and Kettle were not working properly.
- Jasbir (1/5): Disappointed and total disaster. - Staff were friendly I request a full refund. Was no indication when I booked that there was maintenance work being carried out at the pool and beach. They were both closed. My whole purpose of booking this hotel was to relax by the pool and beach if I had known they were closed I would not have booked. There was music playing until 4 am had to complain to have it stopped. The phone in the room was not working had to get reception to replace it. Had to spend money to rebook into another hotel after one night

Showerhead blocked and broken. Sea water seems dirty. Bed creaking so much. Italian restaurant was a let down, wrong prices, advertised foods & drinks not available.
