• Mary (8/5): Great Location Near Biei for Exploring - This is sweet little family run inn in the country, a short driving distance from the downtown area. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our twin room was clean, spacious enough to lay out your luggage, and had a nice local view of the countryside. It served as a great location to explore the local National Park. No comment

• Okano (9/5): 大満足 - 手作りのキルトやステンドグラスが建物のあちこちに飾ってあって、オーナーご夫妻もとても親切で、全体的にとても温かみがあり、実家に帰ってきたような（こんな素敵な実家だったらいいなあ）感覚になりました。 窓からお庭のお花も見えて…幸せな滞在でした。 歯ブラシはあったけど歯磨き粉がなかっなので驚きました。言えば出して下さったのでしょうが、歯磨きする時って眠かったり急いでたりして「もういいや」となってしまったので、普段から置いておかれるとよいと思います。

• Voyager (10/5): Exceptional - Room is large and has tatami floor. Shower is onsen style with sitting option and very spacious. The house is charming. And the hostesses are very kind. If you travel without a car, you'll need a taxi but it is 5 minutes ride, not a problem.

Some facilities (e.g. TV in the room) were a bit dated but it wasn’t an issue for us. We ate some conbini food at the pension and were charged separately for rubbish disposal.
• Sinead (9/5): Quaint guesthouse with charming quadruple traditional Japanese bedroom - The quadruple room had good views over the pleasant garden in front and a nice interior eg detailed wooden panneling. The host was welcoming and showed us around. Most comfortable sleep we've had on futons as they instructed us to use 2 futons. We'd previously woken up with sore backs from sleeping on single futons! Breakfast was an array of very small portions of: fish, sausage, yoghurt, salad, cooked courgette, potato. The dining area was decorated very quaintly. Only one shower room if i'm correct, thankfully I didn't coincide with other guests as there were 4 different rooms. The communal spaces were uncomfortably warm at least for me. Though the outdoors and air con in the room were excellent.
• Keith (10/5): Peaceful pension,wonderful host - Wonderful friendly lady runs this edge of town pension...so very welcoming....her smile tells you everything..comfortable room and surrounded by countryside so peaceful. ...I had 4 nights here and loved it.
• Darcy (10/5): A magnificent accomodation in the centre of a scenic and breathtaking part of Hokkaido. - The Breakfast was absolutely delicious! The mix of greens, meats and sides of yogurt and soup was amazing and beautifully cooked. It was always something to look forward to in the mornings. On top of this, the usable bikes made exploring the wonderful countryside easy and fun. The hosts were lovely and accomodating, always trying their best to make our trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Overall the experience was marvellous and one we would all jump to have again! The beds were very comfortable except for the pillows, which were somewhat uncomfortable to lay your head on, but that may have just been a personal problem we had.

• Hsin-hung (10/5): Exceptional - I think one of the most memorable thing is their breakfast. It’s just so good! Unlike other hotels, this place gave us a feel of “home.” We also love the environment, the garden is eye catching. I strongly recommend people to come and live here!

• Yu (8/5): Very good - 1. Handmade breakfast with the local foods. 2. Warm home atmosphere, feel relax and chill. There is a fuel smell when the heater is running, and it is possible to sleep halfway without gas.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Bad experience. - It was bad experience. On the booking, I have indicated for 3 beds. However, she requested for extra charge when we check in. Tried to explain to host, but she refused to listen. Simple room, shower facilities is at level 1 and hot water stops at 10.30pm. Do note in case of late check in. Room is away from town, so need to have a car to drive in. It is easy to go to blue pond from guesthouse.

• Verified traveler (10/5): very nice place with reasonable price for stay - The host is nice, kind and friendly. Their hired helpers to commnucate with the guest in mandrin. Also the place is easy to reach with the taxi in 5 minjtes from Biei Stn. And the owner can help to call the taxi one day in advance to pick you up.
• Yuet Wa (10/5): Very good - 民宿主人很親切，只有簡單英語溝通能力但是遇上一個兼職員工說得很好的英語溝通沒有問題。準備的晚餐和早餐很有營養和味道很好，值得預訂。 民宿四周有很多不同種類的花草植物為主看出民宿主人很有心思佈置花園；室內很多工藝手作品相信也是由民宿主人親手製作的，是一間很溫馨的民宿。 我訂的是洋室二至三人房。 很適合自駕遊的朋友，位置很容易尋找。 去美瑛我會再一次入住，也推介給朋友，很好的住宿經歷。
