Ayrıca yakınında yemek yiyebileceğiniz, kahvaltı yapabileceğiniz ve kahve içebileceğiniz çok güzel mekanlar var. Otel ile ilgili her şey güzeldi. Sadece müzelerdeki ve tarihi yerlerdeki bekleme süreleri çok uzundu.

Quarto bastante acolhedor e limpo. No primeiro dia senti bastante frio e não conseguia ligar o AC do quarto, foi comunicado ao recepcionista e no dia seguinte o problema já estava resolvido.

- WOOMIN (10/5): Treasure in the core of Rome!! - ✔️location, location, location!! very closed and no steps from the metro station. taxy is also easy to access. available to walk to every place for tourists. ✔️breakfast served to the room is awesome. i love to choose what i eat before go to bed every night. all are warm and fresh. ✔️centered but not noisy ✔️shower room is very clean ✔️luggage storage is locked. no worry to be stolen. nothing
- Emma (7/5): We had a good stay overall. - Excellent location, close to all the sites. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice however all of the doors (bathroom, closet etc) wouldn't open properly because they kept getting stuck on the floor. The shower door didn't keep the water in and the bathroom floor got very wet every time we had a shower. It said on the website that there was a hot tub but we didn't see this anywhere.

- B6383JOgerardc (10/5): Clean! Friendly Staff and Great location - Overall let me start by saying we had a great experience in Rome and in the Boutique Centrale Palace! We had booked the superior room, which was spacious, had all the amenities we needed. We did have a few issues in the room however we reported the leak and broken toilet seat, they were both fixed as quickly as possible thanks to the fantastic Romina. All the hotel staff we encountered were so helpful and courteous, the room was cleaned to a high standard daily. The location is perfect! Close to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain! Close to many shops for food, fashion and more.

- ABDULWAHAB (7/5): إقامة جيدة في قلب الحي التجاري والسياحي - فندق صغير وجيد ومناسب كثيرًا لمن يهمه التسوق والإقامة السريعة لأنه في قلب روما حيث المتاجر والأسواق والمقاهي والمطاعم وعدد من المواقع السياحية وعلى أهم شارع للتسوق. الموظفون جيدون ويبذلون خدماتهم وجهودهم مقدرة. مجرد معلومة لا غير أن هناك بضعة درجات قد تكون صعبة على كبار السن ولمن معهم حقائب على السلم في المدخل الصغير والضيق للفندق قبل الوصول للمصعد. الماء الحار كان لا يأتي بسهولة. الإفطار المحدود يتم إحضاره في الغرفة والطاولة صغيرة جدًا لا تستوعب ذلك. أعتقد يلزم الاهتمام أكثر بصيانة الأبواب.

Friendly and helpful staff. water takes an age to warm up and shower broken and fix our toilrt seat. Breakfast in room medium so would be better to book room only and eat in cafe immediately outside

- Law (8/5): Quite boutique hotel with different tourist attractions within manageable walking distance! - It’s located in a very central location, which makes it very convenient to get around. Granted it’s located in a central district, the evenings could be get quite loud (probably tourists), but it doesn’t last very long.

Such a wonderful, beautiful place with delicious breakfast options! Served IN THE ROOM, it definitely felt extra special and luxurious. Such a beautiful area of Rome to be in!

- wesleycF7415GD (2/5): 3-star hotel? More like hostel of horrors. ROTTEN FISH TOWELS ANYONE? - This was the last leg of our Italian trip and, boy, did it ruin some of our memories. Let me start by saying something positive about the place, before I mention everything else. The people working there were friendly. That's it. That's the only positive thing. Before I do, I'll say this. I've travelled all over the place. I'm not picky, and if you give me the basics, I'll shut up and won't complain. I almost never write reviews. I also knew it was a 3-star hotel, not a 5-star one, so my expectations were pretty low to begin with—just something clean and comfortable with decent service So here are the things, from inconvenient to bad and then to *really* ugly: - The front desk is rarely manned. Yes, they show up relatively quickly when you call the number, but having to call almost every time you need something gets old real fast - The place is shabby. Like really shabby. It probably hasn't been painted since Mussolini. - You have to bring your heavy suitcases up the steep steps before you can get to the elevator. The elevator is... small like one skinny person going kind of sideways to enter it small. I'm not claustrophobic, but if you are, you'll have issues using it. - The keys are glitchy and take multiple tries to open the door - The entire hotel closes down at 8pm, and there's no more staff on the premises until 7:30 in the morning. You have to open the front door with the key to get into the hotel. - The rooms are painted in cracking purple paint that makes them look like a set from an adult movie set in the 70s. - Our sink was leaking, and after we told them, someone came by and "fixed it" ... by making it leak less. We were given some helpful advice to put a towel under it so it wouldn't drip everywhere. It also didn't properly drain. - Half of the shower head wasn't working. - When we came back one of the days they were supposedly cleaning the room. All the rooms on the floor were unlocked and opened wide with no staff to be seen. Come and get all our stuff if you want. We complained. They sent a frightened-looking maid to apologize. - We came back after a tour, and I took a shower. As I started drying myself with a towel, I smelled something really foul. Unsure where it was coming from, I put it to my nose to smell—big mistake. I gagged. Literally gagged. Imagine ROTTEN FISH lying in the sun for a couple of days? That's the smell. I had to take another shower and scrub myself raw to get rid of the smell and dry myself with my own t-shirts. All towels were like this, not just one. I went to the front desk with the towels. They half-heartedly apologized and said a wet towel was probably sealed in the plastic bag. They changed all the towels. They all smelled. Not with the vomit-inducing intensity, but you could still smell it. Let me say it again--ROTTEN FISH. We really wanted to find another hotel and spent almost the entire precious day of our vacation looking for one, but couldn't find one on such short notice that would be within our budget. We settled on buying and using our own towels. Stay away from this place.

- Khushi (10/5): - We had a great stay at Boutique Centrale Palace! The room was clean and surprisingly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise for such a central location. It’s in a super convenient spot — we walked everywhere: the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican City, Colosseum, and Spanish Steps were all within reach. The hotel is right on a lively street full of shops and restaurants, so there’s always something to do nearby. It was especially nice being able to pop back into the hotel throughout the day to take breaks from the heat. The bathroom was modern, very clean, and the toiletries provided were also really good quality. Would definitely stay here again for the comfort and unbeatable location!

Marlee, Romina and the gentleman at the reception desk are so attentive and quick to respond to emails. They go above and beyond, especially Marlee, which I interacted more during my stay. You can count on them to set you up with airport transfers or any other requests you may need. Rooms are very clean, bathrooms are spacious, and daily housekeeping is amazing! It was a great experience for us, we stayed for a week and we miss it already! Thanks Marlee and team for your hospitality! -Suhayl
