Comfy mattress, good hot water shower, sml fridge, and the hotel was walking distance to cafes etc. Everything I needed for a good nights sleep. Until... A barking dog, a little Jack Russell, that barked ALL night, and completely wrecked what would have been a great stay. I would not stay here again because of this.

• Darlyn-Laura (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft für einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Phrae! - Die Unterkunft ist super schön! Sowohl das gesamte Gebäude als auch die Zimmer selbst. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber, groß und das Bett super bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat geholfen einen Roller auszuleihen und beim Rücktransport nach Den Chai.
• WatTheCat (10/5): Hotel for cat lovers, a bit far from the centre but chill vibe - -Three cats welcome you at the reception - Friendly and helpful staff who called a taxi for me in the early morning since no Grab Bike was available. -Spacious clean room -Stable hot shower with strong jet -The hotel is located in a peaceful area - Not the closest to the city centre (e.g.Wat Phong Sunan with the big turtle), ca 15-20 minutes walk. No issues if you like walking. -No Seven Eleven, laundry or restaurants nearby -Phrae, being a smaller town with only a small number of domestic tourists, does not have lots of Grab Bikes for those without private transport.

All the Hardware inside the room is broken including the bathroom door handle lock which is gaffer taped on - Both Sides! Very Noisy from upstairs guests. There is a toilet right above us and you hear everything!! Do Not Book Here.... Go Elsewhere!!

• THIERRY (8/5): Très bel hôtel, très confortable. - La qualité de la chambre réalisée dans un style très moderne de béton ciré est une merveille d'esthétisme. Elle est grande, confortable et très propre. On étendait un bruit lancinant au dehors durant la nuit, mais avec des bouchons d'oreilles pas de souci pour dormir. Pas de petit déjeuner.

Staff member was a bit rude when I asked. Booking. Com said they would give me a partial refund on my booking fee. The room was very industrial looking, walls unpainted just a cement finish

• Kees (8/5): Small comfortable hotel in the outskirts of the lovely city of Phrae - Small (14 rooms) hotel with nice minimalistic design! Pleasant staff that can be a bit strict!!! Comfortable beds in clean rooms! Bathroom is also fine! Airconditioning works good, the fridge comes in handy! Reasonable long walk to city centre! There is disturbance from barking dogs mostly in the evening! Pigeons on the roof of the upper rooms can be a nuisance too!

And, the staff was very nice, they gave useful advice. One detail only: the lighting in the room is not sufficient and not available in areas where needed. E.g. bedside lamps are missing

• Jan (7/5): Amazing place but stressful host - 🏠 The room and bathroom were super nice and big, clean and comfortable. 🛵 We wanted to rent a scooter and the owner helped us with that. It was quickly and conveniently brought to the hotel. It was 250B/d and 1.000B deposit. 🚐 We needed transport to Lampang and the owner arranged a taxi to the Phrae Bus Terminal where we could take a minibus to Lampang. 💬 The owner is kind of "oppressive". When we informed her we would arrive by train at around 20:25 at the Den Chai train station (30-40min away), she informed us that check-in is only open until 21:00 and if we arrive later, we should cancel. We informed her when we were in a car on our way to the hotel and at 21:00 sharp she asked if we were close yet. It seemed like if we were still further away she would tell us to go away. Luckily, we were only 3min away. But the whole thing caused us a lot of stress during the hours before our arrival. On the last day, we left the room around 10:00 to go eat breakfast and she came after us and asked where we were going. When we came back around 11:00, she asked us to leave the room even though check-out is supposedly at 12:00. In short: It's just many little things that made us feel not very welcome/comfortable and like we were an inconvenience.

• David (9/5): I would definitely stay again and be more prepared with bringing my own food. - Nice big rooms and a trendy polished concrete decor. A very quiet location with plenty of onsite parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. The building had just recovered from the major floods and did really well to have it all cleaned and ready for guests. There were no restaurants or bars within walking distance, consequently you had to bring your own food and drink or drive about 2 km.

Attentive to everything but they were also personal and cared about us 🤩. Highly recommend this place. We hope to come back again! The addition of a smart TV would be perfect but this is a suggestion only!

The furnitures weren't the same in all the rooms as one room had a bigger table and the other room didn't have one at all.
