- Derek (8/5): In the Old Town - A relatively inexpensive hotel for a short 4 night stay in Benidorm. Right in the heart of the old town it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the shops. Has a great rooftop terrace and pool which is good in the old town. Breakfast was very busy but plenty of places to eat out within a few minutes walk.

- Carola (1/5): Unfreundliches Personal, dreckige Zimmer und Geschirr, Essen wie auf den Fotos stimmt überhaupt nicht mit der Realität ü - Leider nichts Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben 3 Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten für 6 Personen gebucht, erhalten haben wir jedoch nur 2 Zimmer mit zwei Betten und ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem 1,50 m breiten Bett, einem einzigen Stuhl und nur einem Handtuch. Trotzdem wurde dieses Zimmer als „Doppelzimmer“ bezeichnet. Erst nach langen Diskussionen wurde uns am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Beim Essen hatten wir ebenfalls Probleme: Da wir 6 Personen waren, mussten wir immer alle gleichzeitig zum essen gehen oder vor der Tür warten, bis die anderen kamen – obwohl es oft nur 2–5 Minuten Unterschied waren, weil wir nicht alle gemeinsam in den Lift gepasst haben. Auch das Essen ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auf den Fotos sah alles komplett anders aus als in Wirklichkeit. Das Geschirr war schmutzig und hatte noch getrocknete Essensreste darauf. Außerdem fanden wir Haare auf der Bettwäsche im Zimmer. Leider insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

La zona está bien pero al haber un parque justo enfrente a veces se oian gritos de niños jugando. - pascal (7/5): Très bon séjour. Bénidorm est la ville pour faire la fete, rien n est cher et la plage est immense. - l hotel est situé à un quard d heure de la plage à pied. Il y a de très nombreux magasins, restaurants, boites de nuits à 10 minutes à pied. C est le coté Espagnol de la ville. Le coté plus touristique avec beaucoup de pubs anglais, irlandais, boites de nuit, restaurants, magasins en tout genre, est à 20 minutes à pieds. Il y a une piscine sur le toit de l hotel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais je vous conseille pour 5 à 7 euros d aller en ville pour des petits déjeuner complet. L hotel n est pas tout jeune mais suffisant pour y passer quelques jours. Il n y a pas de bruits la nuit. Les places de parking sont très limitées pour ainsi dire impossible à avoir mais il y a un parking souterrain à 50 mètres de l hotel pour 15 euros par jours et gardé.

La comida estaba muy buena y bien cocinada y siempre estaban atentos para reponer. También es un detalle el que los refrescos, agua o vino, estén incluidos en las comidas. El equipo del hotel, muy amables. Me ha gustado todo en general. Volveremos a repetir Por poner algo, la almohada la encontré algo dura. No me dí cuenta que en el armario habia otra más blandita. - Irina (1/5): - Abbiamo avuto una esperienza pessima ,mai capitata da tutto il tempo che viaggiamo , prenotata una stanza che non combaciava con le foto , molto sporca , molto vecchia , una stanza da 1 stella , altro che albergo da 3 stelle , al ristorante bisognava stare in fila per aspettare per mangiare perché non ci sono posti abbastanza per sedersi la capienza non è per tutto l’albergo , al ristorante i tavoli si appiccicavano le mani , le stoviglie abbastanza tanto trovati con le croste , siamo stati la 2 notti di quali prima notte non siamo potuti dormire come si deve perché spiego la camera non era adeguata come nelle foto e lo staff ha detto che domani mattina ci dava l’altra stanza , nonostante che stanze erano disponibili online e potevano darci subito in altra stanza , siamo stati una notte da incubo , perché erano finestre vecchie e tutta la notte servizio di pattumiera fuori era indescrivibile di rumoroso , non si poteva dormire per niente ,non abbiamo mangiato al ristorante perché una volta seduti per la prima volta non siamo più tornati …. Stanza allegherò foto di quella vecchia e dopo di quell’altra che abbiamo chiesto la seconda giornata assoluta di essere cambiato …così si vedrà la differenza … stanze ci sono belle e anche meno belle però specificate nelle discrezioni magari le differenze di prezzo e tipologia e le differenze …. Alla mattina prima di partenza alle 09:40 scende mio marito giù per prendere una brioche e un caffè perché non volevamo stare al ristorante come già spiegato e il ragazzo del ristorante dice che non è possibile , questo non è mai successo in nessun albergo di nessun paese al mondo , nonostante che c’è specificato che si po fare pranzo a sacco …. Tutto questo servizio bar del albergo non è attivo 24 /24 perché sevizio Caffe alle 22:00 non era disponibile e alle 15:00 era chiuso e apriva alle 19:00 quindi è stata una esperienza pessima .

- Alejandro (7/5): Se puede mejorar - El desayuno y el bufet en si, le faltaba más variedad, y unas gambas que sacaron crudas prácticamente, la ubicación está bien cerca para poder ir a la playa y al paseo El bufet le falta mucho, demasiado escaso de variedad , las camas un poco incómodas y separadas no me gustan, y se ve demasiado anticuado las habitaciones el televisor la piscina sucia, y agua muy turbia etc.. el personal muy bien la verdad
