- Biernat (10/5): What a great find for our last minute trip! - Every front staff member was incredibly nice and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed and perfect! The large door to the outside slammed very loudly but it was not really a big deal.

All of the staff were friendly especially Valeria and Vero they were very kind and accommodating during our breakfast this morning. Front desk was very quick and only issue really was the parking lot can get pretty full. This is in a good area and very cozy atmosphere. For the value and price of other locations we will definitely be coming back.

- Girly13662 (10/5): YES to Yas!!! - Had THE BEST front desk overnight customer service from Yas. We arrived very late on the night of April 7 and Yas was at the front desk. She was very accommodating and offered to waive the parking fee and the 1pm late check out fee due to our late arrival. Honestly, this should be the norm for anyone arriving after 10pm and checking out the next day. She even gave us 2 bottles of water. We stayed at all Homewood Suites during our 1 week stay driving down the coast of California and this one was by far the best because of her. The room was great...clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

She went out of her way to assist us with what could have been a really bad situation. We are very grateful to her . Excellent employee, kept calm which helped me stay somewhat calm, offered us coffee and a place to sit while waiting on a ride to the airport before humane hours. Our room was nice and had almost everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only thing I would recommend is offering pillow tops for the mattress. The bed was uncomfortable. But for the service we received and the quality and location of the hotel we would probably stay again.

Cheri is the manager and she’s amazingly warm, friendly, and always remembers you. Caroline is the most incredible representative of this brand I’ve ever come across. She’s always there when you need her. She never forgets a promise. And her only goal every day is to make sure that your stay is safe, comfortable and that you’re enjoying yourself. She always has a smile, a warm greeting and never lets the pressure show. I can’t leave out Brian who always has a smile and a warm welcome for me. Thank you all for making every stay. I have there a great stay. Looking forward to coming back.

It was the night before her birthday, and we planned to go to Disneyland in the morning to celebrate. I placed a note in the reservation file for which we were celebrating, and upon arrival, Elizabeth and Shera were there to check us in. They comped our parking as a gesture of good will for our daughter’s birthday celebration which I thought was so incredibly kind. But to my surprise, there was more. They made her a GOODIE BAG. I’m not talking a small one with 2 things in it. I’m talking a legit bag with a stuffed animal, a card, candy, drinks, and some toys inside of it. My daughter was so elated over this gift. I’ve been to some nice properties throughout my travels. I’ve been to some not so nice. I’ve been to properties that have great customer service. And again, not such great service. This Hilton property had all of the features, amenities, and an experience that my family and I will never forget. We are so thankful for their hospitality. We will definitely be back and referring others to do the same. Great location. Easy to get to. Good pricing. Clean. Great for families. Top customer service. Looking forward to returning.

Caroline and the front desk team especially deserve a thank you. They are always helpful and make sure everything is taken care of. It is small touches like that, along with the way the team decorates for the holidays and keeps the place feeling warm and inviting, that make this hotel feel like a true home away from home. The rooms and common areas are also consistently very clean, which speaks to the great work done by the housekeeping and maintenance teams. Always appreciate the hospitality here.

It was cold outside but the heated pool felt like we were sitting in a nice hot bath best experience we may go back just for the pool lol The location isn’t the greatest as far as being convenient to many places it’s mostly industrial felt like but the swimming pool and breakfast was worth it!
- 967142019 (10/5): Saved as a favorite to come back to ! - I've stayed at a lot of Hiltons & Marriotts - I've never stayed in one that is so accommodating than this one. I realize "Homewood" has FULL kitchens, but not to this degree. They have pots and Tupperware, even down to measuring cups!! The game amenities available are next level. The "Continental breakfast" is above par of the rest of the hotels & they even have an "evening social" - very rare! VERY impressed. When an issue arose, Zay & Caroline/Cairlina(?) were so sweet about it and made me feel at ease as if they were actual friends. The only serious negative is the attention to the cleanliness of the room. I have A LOT of pictures in individual places where hair was found. VERY VISIBLE to the eye. That made me uneasy just how clean the rest of the room was. I also found a dish that looked like it still had food stuck on it, but I think it was just stained. Attention to things like this matter. All in all, this is a gem I definitely have saved next time I visit this area. You will not be disappointed!!

This has been nothing shy of a STELLAR experience!!! The front desk staff of Elizabeth, Caroline, Micah, and Brian have been fantastic, kind, helpful, and go above and beyond what is needed. They feel like family, they truly make you feel like you're at a home away from home! Now the Breakfast Team of Jessy, Vero, and Jordan; HOLY COW!!! They not only put out a fantastic spread for breakfast, but they spread a little pixie dust on us every morning. This team is a dream team!!! You feel the love every morning with these ladies around!! We always look forward to seeing them in the morning!! The housekeeping team is top notch!! Magda is quick, thorough, and always has a smile! We may be leaving out a few names, but this " Extended Family" of a Hotel Team will not let you down!! We HIGHLY recommend this property!! - D6886LSanitaw (10/5): 12-day stay to welcome our grandson into the world. - My husband and I stayed November 22-December 4 at the Homewood Suites in Irvine. What’s not to like here? Location is excellent; we took Lyfts and also parked in the ample hotel parking lot—nice wide spaces, btw. My husband enjoyed playing pool for the hour-long reservation time. Next time we’ll check out the ping-pong table… The shining star that sets this hotel apart from others in which we’ve stayed in the Irvine area is the staff. Veronica, Jordan and Jessie provided variety on the hot breakfast selection each morning in addition to oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt and toppings, muffins and make-your-own waffles. These women maintained a clean serving area throughout the breakfast hours and the seating area is bright with natural light and cozy areas for singles and families alike. Caroline, Elizabeth and Yazmin welcomed us and made the check-in and check-out process simple and streamlined. Elizabeth was also our shuttle driver to the Santa Ana airport which is only a 15-minute drive; she was a careful, conscientious driver and has a cheerful disposition. Caroline was attentive to my 86-year-old mother three years ago and even gave her a tour of the shuttle to alleviate her concerns in taking it to the airport. She is one of the main reasons we returned for another excellent experience. The grab bar in the shower was appreciated even though the room was not designated as accessible. Cleaning staff was consistent and pleasant. We will be back for a third stay in the future! P.S. Visit Rogers Gardens—your kids will love it!

The hotel is very clean and also with construction going on behind the building we didn't hear a sound so that was very nice because I've stayed at hotels and all I've heard is construction noises. The staff is wonderful and very helpful and willing to meet the needs of anything you may need. I loved the workout area and also the pool. It's a five minute drive from costco, which was awesome, also twenty minutes from disneyland. We got their two bedroom suite, and it was awesome to have our own room and have our kids in the other room with a living room and kitchen in between. Also, we have beautiful view of the pool.

This location was top notch, welcoming, quiet, comfortable, on brand, and delicious. The hot breakfast offerings were more like homemade than most hotels. The bed was so comfortable; probably the best night sleep I’ve had in months. Very quiet despite choosing my room near the 4th floor elevator. Beautifully decorated but not cluttered. Room coffee is very good. The breakfast and burgers place nearby is farm to table practically (farms listed on a sign in the lobby). Everything was very clean and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and seemed happy to be there. They also have an airport shuttle although I didn’t need a ride. I look forward to staying here again for a business project nearby, off and on through next Spring. Kudos HWS!

Something any parent would appreciate. Our family had a great experience at Homewood Suites. The staff were friendly, professional, and made everything from check-in to check-out easy and pleasant. The suite was clean, quiet, and spacious, having a full kitchen and separate living area made it easy for us to relax and feel at home. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety, and the hotel overall felt well maintained and comfortable. What stood out most was how kind and attentive the staff were throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, just a short drive to Disneyland, close to several beautiful beaches, and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat. We’ve stayed here in the past and will continue to stay in the future. It’s great knowing we can count on a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place with great service every time.
