Helen (5/5): Good whistle-stop - The family and staff are super friendly! Pastor Sherwin is very chatty and makes you feel at ease and his lovely wife Throsh is very accommodating. The WiFi is fab and signal was strong. The pool was well maintained and always clean and inviting. Felt safe in the room It seemed a bit odd that our booking on arrival confused the owners that we had a child with us; so the first night we had to share a bed; but the next day a bed was set up. The "facilities" mentioned when looking online are not within the rooms. There was no tumbledryer, the hairdryer is next to bed in the drawer and is mini-travel size. Tea/coffee are only available from the main bar/eating area and there are no kettles in the actual rooms - which when it is raining is a bit tricky to navigate to your room without getting rain water in your hot drink or if you wanted a hot drink when the urge arose - although always available you-you need to leave your room to make a cuppa! The pictures on booking.com and other sites are very outdated, and the rooms and "entertainment" area no longer look as well kept as the pictures would suggest. The lawn furniture is badly damaged, and the seating under the mini-lapa is very worn (so much so I felt like a turtle on its back trying to clamber out from the garden-couch that was sunken in) . Many of the sun loungers are worn and damaged and not really fit for purpose. The bbq "facilities" is a wheely- bbq without any real facility to prepare your meal unless having to use the main-house kitchen - so we didn't bother and didn't want to intrude on the family either. The room itself was reasonably clean; the room was carpeted, which was very damp underfoot and could do with being replaced, and the decor was a little dated. The bathroom was clean ; but a few broken bits and the towel-rail was eventually fully disconnected after the 2nd day as to stop electrocuting my family. The towels provided were old but did the job. Property maintenance should be prioritised as we saw many plasticbags wrapped around electrical points and damaged cctv cameras. The gate remotes are also very old and a bit of hit-and-miss when opening a closing the gate.

Commaille (6/5): Adequate, clean, convenient location to my workshop venue. - Location was suitable. I felt safe. the accommodation met my needs. Would have liked a kettle in the room to make my own tea more conveniently. I ordered breakfast one evening for the following morning, I received confirmation of my order, but the following morning there was no breakfast to be had - my order had been 'lost'. So that was a little inconvenient.

Dorian (9/5): - I was treated to a warm welcome. My accommodation was comfortable. The villa is set in a reasonably quiet area. It is close to a shopping centre. Access from the N1 was not too problematic. It was perfect for a solo traveler. All in all great value for money.
