Alireza (4/5): It was a pleasant day spent at this hotel. - Staff members were nice and helpful Also, the address sent to me in the Booking.com confirmation was incorrect. It took me about 6 miles away from the actual location of the hotel, which caused a lot of confusion. It took me a long time and extra money to finally find the hotel. The hotel seems to know that the address listed on Booking.com is wrong, but it has not been corrected, and the confirmation message still sends guests to the wrong location. The rooms were not very clean, and housekeeping did not clean the room every day. The bedsheets were not changed unless I specifically asked them to do it. The window in the room was broken, so air, smoke, and outside smells were coming inside, which made the room uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I probably would not stay here again. However, I must say that the staff were very nice, helpful, and polite.

Sami (6/5): Preis Leistung Super. Viel Zubehör, jedoch heruntergekommen - Das Personal war zuvor kommend. Der Stil und der Aufzug waren sehr hochwertig. Das Zubehör in den Zimmern zB das kostenlose Wasser, die Sandalen, Badetücher, Decken, Kissen, Hygiene Artikel waren auf einem 5 Sterne Hotel Niveau Leider war das Zimmer etwas heruntergekommen. Lampen flackerten, der Tisch war kaputt, das Licht am Badezimmerspiegel funktionierte nicht etc. Außerdem gab es keine hauseigenen Parkplätze, nur Stehplätze an der Straßenseite.

Overhead shower which flowed well. A short walk from the shops to buy food or other necessities or visit an ATM. If I had time, I would have liked to explore the docks on the harbour. Not a place to visit for ambience or aesthetics. You may prefer to keep the curtains drawn.

This is a major hygiene issue and made the room unusable. I experienced itching and discomfort, and the situation was handled poorly.

Die Heizungen wurden aufgedreht und das Zimmer hatte über 30 Grad es war fast unmöglich ein Fenster zu öffnen da es keine Fenster gab. Ausblick null.

R (8/5): Close location to SAW airport, comfortable room - The room was spacious and comfortable. The fridge was stocked with water bottles and there was tea/coffee with a kettle. The bathroom was quite spacious as well. The breakfast was satisfactory, although it could have been better. Nevertheless, the staff there was very nice. You can park right in front of the hotel or nearby on the street without an issue. There's also a gas station close by. The breakfast could be improved: some options like burek would've been nice, fresh fruits.
Kaloyan (1/5): Отвратително гнусно място!!! - Вратата към банята не се затваря. Касата на вратата беше изкъртена. Тапетите разлепени. Мазилката на таванът се отлепваше. Калъфката на възглавницата беше сива. Стаята миришеше на цигари. Резервирах хотелът за три нощувки. Стаяфа ми не прилича на снимките. Полетът ми закъсня и се настаних малко след полунощ, поради това останах и в стаята. На сутринта ми казаха, че ще изпратят човек, който да ремонтира стаята, но тя е да основен ремонт и естествено нямаше как да се ремонтира. Не ме преместиха в друга стая, поради което напуснах хотела. Не може да се нощува в такава мизерия. Отвратително е. На рецепцията ми обясниха, че ако мениджърът реши ще ми върнат сумата за останалите две нощувки. Така и седмица след това не са ми възстановили сумата за двете нощувки, които не съм ползвал. Не препоръчвам този хотел. Ще си търся правата и ще ги съдя за причиненото неудобство и заради това, че предлагат стаи, които не отговарят на снимките и като цяло не са годни за ползване!!!

Pour sa proximité de l'aéroport SAW, la rue calme pour dormir, la présence de restaurants à proximité, les stationnements aisés à côté, la station service à 20 m pour faire le plein de la voiture de location avant restitution. Je ne passerais pas mon séjour là bien sûr mais pour un retour de vacances la veille. Rien à dire / prix imbattable. Vétusté de certains équipements, fermeture d'une fenêtre non fonctionnel, look vintage des chambres, ambiance un peu tristoune.

Worse than all the windows has been fixed by carton from outside. No light no oxygen to breath. The response of the claims was this is economy room and good for the price you paid . Aspart (9/5): Service inégalable rapport qualité/prix imbattable - Un hôtel avec un service inégalable comme on en trouve plus! Rapport qualité prix imbatable! Idéal pour une nuit à proximité de l aéroport. Personnel accueillant, à l écoute, répond à nos demandes. Nous avons passé une nuit avant un transfert pour kayseri puis une autre nuit pour le transfert retour en france. Le réceptionniste nous a commandé à manger car nous sommes arrivés tard( minuit) et nous a fait livrer en chambre. Propreté ++ 3 hotels différents pendant le voyage et c etait celui dont la literie était de loin la plus confortable. Je ne peux que recommander. Merci pour tous vos petits soins. Nous n avons rien à dire de négatif. Par contre, recommandation pour les voyageurs: L hotel est assez loin du centre ville pas idéal pour visiter. Comptez au moins 50 voire 55 minutes de transport en commun
gero (7/5): Economic choice for Tusla area. - Friendly staff and fair value. Clean with tea and kettle. Bathroom is small but nice. Convenient if you have business in the shipyard or Tusla area. My room was smaller than advertised, had a small window on the ceiling. There was no power plug, and light switch by the bed. No chair in the room. In general my room was different than the hotel photos.

Wer in die Stadt hoch will sollte gut zu Fuß sein, es sind zwar nur 5-10 Minuten aber fast alles geht Steil Berg auf........ Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Nach Istanbul Zentrum etwas weit aber Bahn und Bus sind in der nähe.

The lighting in the room (506) was not bright, mirror light in the bathroom was not working. Parking around the hotel might be tricky, since no dedicated hotel parking is available.

Hakan (4/5): Moyen - Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel avant notre départ donc seulement une nuit, nous avons trouvés cela pas terrible.. pour une nuit de dépannage c’est bien mais pour séjourner c’est pas le top la chambre était un peux vieux, triste mais propre dans l’ensemble. Nous avons eu le droit à une alarme d’incendie dans la nuit avec deux bébé c’était pas top. Est personnel de nuit pas très actif il avait l’air de dormir debout. Il donne les clé et le numéro de chambre après vous vous débrouillés.
