It is located in a wonderfully quiet part of town, yet convenient for public transportation. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They helped us get transportation when we needed to go places that weren't on the current bus routes. The manager even gave us a personal tour of the area. Highly recommended! 10/10

- Marianna (10/5): - Ci è piaciuta molto la tranquillità della struttura, la pulizia e la disponibilità dello staff. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la splendida vista mare e la posizione comoda. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Il soggiorno è andato molto bene e ci siamo trovati bene nella struttura. Unica nota: il letto era un po’ duro per i nostri gusti. Inoltre la culla da campeggio della nostra bimba aveva il sistema di blocco non del tutto stabile; la bambina stava cadendo ma siamo riusciti a prenderla in tempo. Lo segnaliamo solo per permettervi di corollare.

Het was erg fijn dat we buiten een klein plekje hadden waar we buiten in de zon konden zitten. Er is ook een gemeenschappelijk dakterras, maar daarvoor waaide het te hard. Het stadje is prima en de wandeling naar de rotsen de moeite waard. Vanuit je appartement heb je geen mooi uitzicht. De keukenkastjes hadden een muffe geur. Kleine douche-cabine.

- Paul E. (6/5): Einmal und nie wieder. Die einzige von bis anhin 9 tollen und eher im höheren mittleren Segment - Die Lage war gut, soweit war alles minimal vorhanden ( ausser Fruchtpresse ) . Die nicht vorhandenen Liegestühle wurden auf Nachfrage umgehend durch zwei Strandliegen geliefert.. Man wäre uns für die mangelhafte Dienstleistung um € 30 für drei Nächte entgegengekommen. Wir haben dann darauf verzichtet, weil wir für die Rückzahlung unsere Buchung wegen Nichterscheinen stornieren mussten. Was sie für diesen preis geboten wurde war gering. Beispiele: - im grossen Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett lässt sich der Fensterladen nicht öffnen ( kein Griff mehr ) . gemeldet, aber keine antwort erhalten. - kein Bachblech im backofen. Was nützt ein Bachofen ohne Bachbleche? Francesco hat uns zwei gegeben. Leider sehr schmutzig. Wir würden uns schämen. Wir gaben sie im gleichen Zustand 1x mit Bachpapier gebraucht zurück. - weisses Aussenmobiliar schmutzig anzusehen. - Waschständer schmutzig und an zwei Orten defekt. Unbrauchbar. Den defekten Wäscheständer haben wir gegen den letzten verfügbaren Ständer selber ausgetauscht.die restlichen Waschständer wurden von den Putzfrauen für die Bettwäsche belegt. - Duschkabine billig und mühsam zu bewegen. - 1 Aufhänger für die Frottewäsche für 4-6 Personen. - Besteck, Geschirr und Pfannen soweit vorhanden, jedoch minimal und eher in billiger Ausführung. Saftpresse fehlt. - Spiegel in den Badzimmern mit schlirken. - kein Mobiliar auf der Dachterasse - kein Wasser im Eiskasten ( sonst überall mindestens 2 Flaschen vorgefunden ) . - Mobiliar schon am auseinander fallen. Das Fournier löst sich z.B. beim Fernsehtisch und bei der Küchenkombination. - da nur zwei Wohnungen vermietet waren, war gerade genug Platz für zwei Fahrzeuge. Wie machen sie das im sommer mit 10? - Für das auf 5-6 Personen ausgerichtete Haus hat es ein Geschirrabtrocknungstuch. Dieses ist geflickt und weist an einer anderen Stelle in Loch auf. - Das Licht beim Kochherd geht nicht, beim Abwaschen hat es keines. - Das Gestell beim Geschirrabwasch ist rostig. - die Küchentürlein blockieren sich teilweise.

Nice terrace. Private parking There were stairs that were steep up to the apartment and it was a bit of a walk to town with lots of hills. Not great for people with mobility issues. The apartment was cold and difficult to heat up. We came on March.

- Patrick (10/5): - Francesco was a great host. He was extremely helpful and very quickly fixed a few minor issues that were present when we first arrived. He gave us great advice on places to go and things to see in the area. We even went to his brother's olive oil farm for a tour. The apartment was Spartan but very spacious. The kitchen had everything you might need for a short stay. We could walk to everything in town so the location was great. The on-site parking was also convenient. Finally, the views from the small balcony and the rooftop terrace were panoramic and beautiful.

En het terras in de ochtend met zeezicht. De wandeling naar de boulevard was korter dan verwacht. Het warme water was sneller op (of nog niet warm) dan verwacht in de ochtend.

There is room inside to keep my bike and the washing machine is handy and they provide a hanging rack. They take visa. Highly recommend.

Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Parkplatz ist direkt unter dem Balkon. Die Küche ist nicht mehr die neuste und die Einrichtung erschien uns Recht lieblos. Uns waren die Betten zu hart, das ist Geschmackssache.

- salvatore (10/5): Contentissimi e struttura assolutamente consigliata. - E il terzo anno che alloggio presso la struttura Bellevue, posso dire che non c'è stato nessuno di questi tre anni in cui mi posso lamentare di qualcosa.... La struttura e bella da vedere, gli appartamenti sono tutti molto belli, puliti e arredati con gusto e in maniera molto giovanile e funzionale, infatti sono dotati di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, personalmente ho avuto nei tre anni tre appartamenti diversi, ma sono stati tutti e tre fantastici sia che essi fossero più piccoli o più grandi. L'intero residence e situato a solo poche centinaia di metri dal lungomare e quindi dal centro e i suoi stabilimenti balneari, per questo non e assolutamente necessario doversi spostare con l'auto, quindi in definitiva posso solo davvero consigliare il Bellevue. In ultimo, ma cosa non meno importante e la disponibilità di Francesco che si occupa di tutto ed è sempre presente in caso di necessità, quindi un grazie per la buon riuscita della mia permanenza e dovuta anche a lui.

- Cristina (10/5): Lo consiglio. - Struttura luminosa e pulita con tutti i servizi necessari. Parcheggio ognuno di fronte al proprio appartamento a 10 minuti a piedi dal lungomare di Leuca. Addetto alla reception molto gentile e super disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Niente...tutto perfetto!
- Anica (7/5): In Ordnung - Lage Betten Die Küchenschränke haben arg gestunken, man wollte das Geschirr gar nicht benutzen. Es funktionierte nur 1 Herdplatte. Es gab leider keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, sodass man sehr hinterher sein musste, um Schnaken zu vermeiden. Die Dachterrasse war nicht zugänglich. Enge Parksituation.

- Jose Antonio (10/5): - Apartamento muy cercano al centro, a unos 5/10 minutos andando. Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila. Cuenta con parking gratuito. Sin duda, una gran opción si buscas tranquilidad y cercanía al centro de la ciudad.
