• Carol (2/5): - There is no front desk, there is no check in and you can’t speak with anyone. The man who ran a cafe across the street took pity on me and helped me. The room was supposed to be ready at 3 and it wasn’t. Because there was no front desk and no where to store my luggage, I waited around and wasted half of my day. Terrible.
• Christian (6/5): - Things that were good: The interior looks nice; you have enough space; the shower was nice; you have a kitchen What not good: Firstly, there were hundreds of dead flies laying bellow the windows (maybe vacuum the room); there is no door or something equivalent to the bathroom with the shower, thus, it's not suited for people NOT traveling with their significant other but with other people; the cable for the hairdryer is so short that you have to sit on the floor to dry your hair; no toilet brush; when advertising to have a luggage storage, please tell people upfront that it's your office which is very far away from the property... Best case, it's an average experience, maybe even a bad one if you include the price (depends when you book and what you pay). And coming from someone who travels a lot, please make the experience convenient and get the basics right before putting so much effort into the interior design which does nothing for comfort...
• Alberto (4/5): Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Venduto come hotel ma in realtà non c'é una reception. La camera non è stata rifatta in tre girorni. Il materasso scivolava dalla base e nostra figlia è caduta durante il sonno. La prima camera offerta non corrispondeva a quella che avevamo prenotato. Stanza venduta come " city view" in realtà era al piano terra e dava sulla strada con un forte rumore durante tutta la notte
• Chantal (6/5): - Check-In war etwas komplizierter. Nach der Buchung wird wohl eigentlich eine E-Mail verschickt, die einen Code und andere Informationen enthält. Hatte ich nie erhalten, weswegen der Check-In am Anreisetag recht schwierig war. Die Unterkunft im Untergrschoss war für die Zeit ausreichend und hatte alles, was man so braucht. Durch die Lage genau am Marktplatz war es, vor allem morgens recht laut. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt jedoch sehr schön!
• Viktoria (8/5): - Ein sehr liebevolles Zimmer und total praktisch gleich neben einem Markt gelegen. Allerdings befindet sich anscheinend direkt neben dem Zimmer, das im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Unternehmen, dass um 6 Uhr morgens die Geräte anschmeißt. An ausschlafen nicht zu denken.
• Judith (8/5): Great apartment, not the best location. - A great apartment, newly furnished. Well located for public transport but a strange neighbourhood.
• Robert (8/5): - The urban apartment was pleasant and useful, but the check in process was confusing as there is no staff. The interior was very nice, and the area had plenty of local restaurants and shops. Good value for money.
• R (6/5): Cool (and not so cool) - Apart from being sent to a café that no longer exists to be checked-in (we later called) and a single fan to cool the entire property, the apartment was great. Ideal location close to metro and some good restaurants and bars.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Das absolut einzige, was gefehlt hat und das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau, ist ein Geschirrtuch... Absolut alles war perfekt und hat uns überzeugt! Beim nächsten Mal kommen wir gerne wieder!!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good, but... - I had a very good time at Grätzlhotel Meidlingermarkt. However, it's important to highlight two bad things: 1) The picture is NOT AT ALL similar to the room. Actually, I chose this hotel because of the picture and my room was TOTALLY different! I was disappointed. 2) Check-in is a nightmare! Keep in mind that this is not a "real" hotel (I didn't know that either). It's more like an Airbnb. So, there is no reception desk. Before you get there, you will receive an email with the check-in instructions (wrong instructions, by the way). You have to go to the indicate address to find the key of your room, and they send you a code to get the key (in a box). However, the address they sent to me was not the address where the key was! If you don't have a phone to make a call (which was my case), you are screwed! But I was lucky! Someone also was looking for their key, and she called a phone number written on the box. The person told us to go to ANOTHER address (at the same block) to get our keys. After that, I found my room (apartment, actually) easily, but the other girl spent some time looking for hers. That said, the apartment was fine (not as beautiful as the one of the pic), clean (not sparkling clean), and the most importantly, the neighborhood is great! Lots of restaurants, bars, stores, supermarket, bakery. It's not a tourist area, so you can see how "real" life is. There are many immigrants living around. Subway is a block away, so your time will be good there.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean and spacious. Close to the market, and extremely easy to find via train (when changing trains from the U6 to U4 all you need to do is cross the platform). When we had issues with our wifi, staff were excellent in ntrying to help us solve the problem
• Stephen (10/5): Excellent non-traditional 'hotel'. - Not so much a hotel; more a studio apartment to rent... but with housekeeping and a minibar! The suite was well described and very spacious and comfortable, taking up half the floorspace of a former children's shoe shop on the street opposite the vibrant Meidlinger market. Self check in was easy with a key left in a secure key safe and checking out was as simple as leaving the key in the room. Nothing was missing and communication with the hotel owners was easy, clear and thorough. Great value and highly recommended!
• Cesar (4/5): BAD HOSPITALITY - No A/C, wrong instructions to get to suite # 1206, instructions were indicating to look for suite #7 but it was 1206. I notified that Internet was not working, response was that I need to fix the router myself that I am the customer, proceed with instructiinstructions and still not available internet. On my last day they supply a different router with a different password. This is a horrible experience that I need to depend on people via Internet and they do not resolved the problem on time.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Leuke kamer, leuk ingericht en het is ruim. Ook de locatie is goed tov de metro en supermarkt. Met de metro ben je zo in het centrum. Nadeel is het inchecken: dit verliep verre van soepel en heeft ons ruim een uur gekost.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Schnuckeliges kleines Zimmer, das alles hat was man braucht. Modern trifft 60iger Jahrestil, also eine perfekte Kombination. Am besten war allerdings der Sternenhimmel im zimmer, also freut euch schon mal auf eine schöne Nacht.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Eine positive Überraschung - Die Aufenthalt war voller positiven Überraschungen, kostenfreie Fahrradnutzung, große Terasse, Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, neue Möbel, stillvolle Einrichtung. Die suit ist im prinzip wie eine neue Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer, und Badezimmer. Es gibt kein Rezeption, oder Empfang, die Schlüssel wird mit Code geholt, alles anderes in den Unterlagen im Zimmer erklärt. Unkompliziert. Die Nacht war still und ruhig, die Innenstadt ist mit U-Bahn in ca.10 Min zu erreichen.

• Fulya (8/5): - Schönes Appartement. Die Gegend ist leider nicht so schön. Da das Fenster direkt zur Straße hin schaut, kann man direkt in das Appartement hinein schauen, sodass man die Gardinen immer geschlossen halten muss...Trotz dieses Mankos war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Very easy and quick for public transport to other parts of city -old town, Schönbrunn, etc. Shops, cafes, restaurants & daily open air market very close. Worth exploring the area. Room/suite was very clean, nicely laid out, comfortable. Kitchen feature allows for enjoyment of foods you can bring back. Service very friendly & responsive even though not right on site. Easy in and out of room.

• FRANCESCO (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto 10+ - Ottimo appartamento finemente arredaro e recentemente ristrutturato a due minuti dalla metro. Camera spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort tra cui anche una macchina da caffè a cialde per prepararsi la colazione. Dopo 3 giorni hanno fatto il cambio della biancheria e sistemato la stanza. Il check in Sì fa maniera autonoma andando a prelevare le chiavi dell'appartamento da una cassetta di sicurezza con Pin. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato.
• elsa (10/5): Grazioso appartamento - Appartamento grazioso,le stanze sono carinissima,la cucina ha tutto necessario per poter cucinare, pentole piatti ecc... in periferia ma comunque ci sono negozi bar supermercati indispensabili per passare 4- 5 giorni in relax, fermate dei pullman, la metro sono vicino a piedi un 5 minuti.... per arrivare al centro a piedi passeggiando 52 min,strade comode adatte per bici a piedi e con auto ...consiglio a tutti ...

O anfitrião enviou email explicando sobre as chaves, foi tudo ok, porém quando entramos o apartamento era para casal e estávamos em três adultos: eu, meu marido e meu filho de 17 anos conforme tinha realizado a reserva. Não tinha cama para três e apenas toalhas de banho para duas pessoas!
• Marta (10/5): Moderne Suite mit guter Bahnanbindung - Haben 3 nette Tage in der Junior Suite „die Zuckerbäckerin“ verbracht. Check in war durch schlüsselsafe - und vorher zugesandtem Code - unkompliziert. Sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Kleines Manko für uns war, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte und somit nur durch die Tür Frischluft ins Zimmer bekam. Ansonsten hatten wir nichts auszusetzen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder! :)

Единственное, немного сложно было понять движение электричек из аэропорта и обратно на ближайшую к квартире станцию - легко уехать не в ту сторону или проехать станцию, на которой необходимо делать пересадку. Так как мы приехали рано, еще не работал код ящика, в котором должны были ждать ключи, но как только позвонили по телефону, сразу к нам вышла домработница и заселила в квартиру. Квартира просторная, есть все необходимое - халаты, тапочки, кофе, чай. Единственное, расстроили грязные тарелки в кухонном шкафчике и очень пыльные лампы на подголовнике кровати. В целом нам очень все понравилось, вернулись бы еще обязательно!

I really like the interior of the place it was so stylish. They even had a nespresso machine & a record player! I loved it.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nicht ganz zentral, aber sehr schöne Appartments - Der Meidliger Marktplatz ist sicher nicht der zentralste Platz von Wien, die Unterkunft selbst (es gibt mehrere unterschiedlich gestaltete Appartments im Haus) lässt aber keinen Wunsch offen. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische, getrenntes Schlafzimmer. Perfekt also, wenn man nicht nur unterwegs ist, sondern auch ein wenig länger in seiner Unterkunft verweilen möchte.

• Iryna (10/5): Отель просто супер! - Впечатления от отеля остались наилучшие: большой номер, свежий ремонт, мини-кухня, бар, чай/кофе, индивидуальные принадлежности и т.д. Была в новинку система заезда. В отеле нет стойки регистрации, за день до вьезда был прислан пин, введя который в домофоне у двери выпадал ключ, с помощью которого можно было попасть в номер.
• milena (10/5): Bellissimo appartamento - Appartamento stupendo, tenuto benissimo, con cucina con piano a induzione, stoviglie, bollitore per the e macchinetta a cialde per il caffè. Vicino a grande supermercato, piazzetta con baracchine di vario tipo, pasticceria e all' fermata della metro. L'appartamento era disponibile solo dal pomeriggio ma abbiamo lasciato le valigie al vicino milchbart. L'unico neo è che non siamo riuscite a far funzionare il piano a induzione ma abbiamo mangiato cmq fuori. Ottimo arredamento e fantasia radio retrò
• Verified traveler (8/5): Tolles, urbanes Hotel mit hervorragender Anbindung - Die Idee ehemalige Verkaufsläden in Hotelzimmer umzuwandeln ist einfach genial. Der Fußboden war zwar eiskalt, aber das Hotel hat Pantoffel bereit gestellt und damit steigt der Wohlfühlfaktor enorm. Ein wirklich nett gestaltetes Zimmer. Ich war wirklich hoch zufrieden. Es gibt kein Personal oder eine Lobby, was mich aber nicht störte. Eine Kaffeemascine für Kapseln und ein Wasserkocher für Tee stehen im Zimmer bereit. Die Kapseln für Kaffe oder Teebeutel natürlich auch. Die Anbindung mit Bus und U-Bahn ist auch sehr gut. Mit der U4 ist man in kürzester Zeit in der Innenstadt. Die einstmals legändere Diskothek U4 ist ebenfalls gleich ums Eck. Das Hotel befindet sich gleich neben dem Meidlinger Markt, was den urbanen Charakter des Hotels nur hervorhebt.
• Verified traveler (10/5): 三星级的价格五星级的入住 - 真的很棒啊，空间很大很整洁干净，有热水壶咖啡机还有拖鞋，这个在国外很少见，嗯，还有冰箱，里面的酒水和零食应该可以随便吃，还赠送免费咖啡花茶和自制小饼干，真的很棒。靠近meidling火车站，附近有U6去景点也很方便，离美泉宫步行20分钟，强力推荐。

• Manfred (10/5): - Es war einfach genial, in einem ehemaligen Geschäftslokal zu schlafen. Die Einrichtung war sehr ansprechend und man hatte das Gefühl, sehr exklusiv behandelt zu werden - war wie unser eigenes Reich. Parkplatz haben wir gleich davor gefunden und zur nächsten U-Bahnstation sind es auch nur wenige Gehminuten. Den Thermostat haben wir leider erst am nächsten Morgen entdeckt - im Zimmer wars viel zu heiß. Die Tees und Pflegeprodukte im Bad haben auch das Ihre dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns außergewöhnlich gut betreut gefühlt haben. Ein supergutes Frühstück hätte noch gefehlt und wir wären im Himmel gewesen...
