• Christian (8/5): prima, ik zou weer terug komen bij een volgend bezoek - de eigenaren zijn leuke jonge mensen, sympathiek en eerlijk. niet te ver weg van de Oude Stad, lekker dicht bij het station. een ontbijt in huis was leuk geweest, maar gelukkig kun je twee deuren verderop goed ontbijten, maar die locatie is niet altijd open. maar je vindt wel wat in Salzburg.

• Nikhil (7/5): - Convenient location, well connected The hotel did not have a lift, so it was quite difficult to carry luggage three floors up, we were on the 3rd floor. Also the room facilities were very average, for the money we paid, at least having complementary water, coffee/tea and a kettle would have been nice.

• Birgit (4/5): Lage, Personal und Sauberkeit super, aber das Zimmer an sich nicht so toll! - Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!! Check in war super einfach und schnell, sowie das Auschecken. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und der Parkplatz im Hof ist super! Das Zimmer war für ein 2-Bett-Zimmer sehr sehr klein. Wir hatten keinen Platz um den Koffer hin zu stellen oder uns zu zweit zu bewegen ohne uns im Weg zu stehen. Das Bad war viel zu klein. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist schlecht abgelaufen. Das Fenster war zur Straße, wir konnten leider nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen, weil die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Fenster vorbei fährt.
• Sandra (8/5): Ich komme schon im 2. Jahr gerne - Die Lage ist top. Das Personal sehr freundlich, das fand ich toll. Da es kein Frühstück bin, bin ich ums Eck ins “Heart of Joy” gegangen. Absolute Empfehlung. Das Badezimmer war sehr einfach.

• Bektaş (7/5): İyiydi. - Tesis konforlu ve güzeldi. Oda büyüktü. Konumu güzeldi. Çalışanlar kibardı. Hava soğuktu ve kaloriferi ilk gece yakmadılar üşüdük. Odada ne terlik ne kettle hiçbir şey yok. Bu fiyata biraz yetersiz buldum. Yine de teşekkürler.

• Frau V. (8/5): Gut, Einfach, Nah - Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Lage – sowohl der Bahnhof als auch die Altstadt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich hervorragend und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung, vor allem für Reisende, die zentral und unterkommen möchten Verbesserungspotenzial sehe ich jedoch beim Badezimmer, das deutlich renovierungsbedürftig ist. Außerdem könnte der Check-in-Prozess vereinfacht werden: Ohne Handy, Internet oder ausreichenden Empfang gestaltet sich der Zugang zum Hotel sowie das Erhalten des Schlüssels über den Online-Check-in recht kompliziert. Hier wären alternative, unkompliziertere Lösungen wünschenswert.

The walls are a little thin, could hear the noise from outside and from hallway. A fridge in the room would have been useful. Single room is small, but for a short stay, I cannot complain.

• Thomas (8/5): - Leider wird das Hotel in der kommenden Woche endgültig geschlossen, was sehr bedauerlich ist. Andernfalls würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder ansteuern. Für ältere oder nicht sehr fitte Personen dürfte das steile Treppenhaus ohne Aufzug ein Problem sein.

• Jochen (8/5): Gutes Appartment-Hotel in sehr guter Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Salzburger Altstadt. - Gute zentrale Lage, zu Fuß zur Altstadt in 15 Minuten. Zimmer und Bett einwandfrei und geräumig. Der deutschsprachige Teil des Personals war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kein Bitte nicht stören Schild, Reinigungspersonal kam trotz mehrmaliger Erklärung, dass kein Zimmerservice benötigt werde und trotz warnender Rufe einfach ins Zimmer, da hier offenbar eine Sprachbarriere vorhanden war.

Az étkezésre közvetlen a szállás mellet van lehetőség, ahol jó a kiszolgálás, finomak az ételek és az ár is megfelelő. Az egyetlen kellemetlenség az volt, hogy hárman érkeztünk, de a szoba csak két fő számára volt elkészítve (pipere cikkek, törölköző, a harmadik ágy nem volt elkészítve). Mivel vittünk magunkkal, így ez nekünk nem okozott problémát.

• Eilish (1/5): Not good - Sadly nothing I had no towels in my room when I arrived but reception has very limited hours. So I then had to wait until the next day to shower and even during the hours reception should be managed no one was there. I had to find towels myself. The room said it had a fan and there wasn’t one so I had to email and get one after my first night. The soap ran out during my first night and I had to find soap myself when I found the towels. The room is very noisy as it’s so close to the train station. While I was showing the water didn’t stay on the shower well and luckily I had taken extra towels to mop it all up. So expensive and wouldn’t recommend sadly

Area bagno stretta Porta della camera tutta da cambiare

Špatně fungující dveře sprchy - mimo dolní vodítko. Rád bych toto sdělil personálu při chech-out, ale komunikace byla puze na úrovni zaplacení účtu; škoda.
