- Antonia (5/5): A tired hotel in need of more attention! - The location was good. The rooms were extremely dated and there was no heating available in the room or an extra bedspread. The breakfast service was terrible! The manager was a 'one man band' running around checking guests in and preparing breakfasts at the same time. Sadly, there was such a delay in serving us a plate of croissants and a tea/coffee that we were left with no other option but to leave and go to the cafeteria opposite the hotel to have a decent breakfast. One other guest was told to help herself to juice only to be met with a lump of fungus when she poured her juice into her glass. When she showered this to the manager he just shrugged his shoulders and pointed her to the sink to throw it away. This hotel needs a good refurb and some more attentive staff.

- Harold (4/5): - De kamer was lekker op maat. Badkamer als kamer ook op maat Toen we aankwamen kregen we direct het gevoel ze geen idee hadden dat we hadden gereserveerd. Het ging heel moeizaam. We hadden bezoek om gezamenlijk te eten. We lieten de kamer even zien. Deze werder ondervraagd of zij criminelen waren. Verder is de badkamer groot genoeg om een fatsoenlijke douche cabine in te zetten. Deze douche zou prima op een cruise schip passen. Heel klein. Als laatste, het ontbijt was serieus somber. Alles voorverpakt. Geen eitje. 1 croussant. .

Colazione abbondante e servita direttamente al tavolo. Il parcheggio dista a circa 700 metri, ma comunque c’è un trenino che si ferma davanti all’ingresso… Pulizia del bagno non eccellente, ma biancheria pulita

- luisa anna (4/5): Profondamente delusa - Colazione non soddisfacente, buona la posizione, la struttura si trova a due passi dalla piazzetta del lungomare Le cose essenziali per me, per cui avevo prenotato, non c'erano: parcheggio e ristorante. Il parcheggio nelle vicinanze era tutto a pagamento, abbiamo trovato parcheggi gratuiti, forse una decina, a 700 metri circa dalla struttura, il ristorante era chiuso. Se avessi avuto le informazioni giuste da subito, non avrei prenotato presso la struttura.

- Lorenza (5/5): Sommariamente, per chi volesse semplicemente appoggiarsi e godersi un pieno centro soprattutto di prima mattina, io lo c - Il punto in cui è situata la struttura è un punto realmente strategico. È proprio all’inizio del porto di Castro, lì dove è possibile passeggiare la sera e ci sono delle ottime calette di giorno dove poter fare il bagno . Un altro punto a favore della struttura , è che le camere sono grandi, ed il fatto che siano molto luminose, hanno un ottimo impatto Della struttura non mi è piaciuta la colazione, poco fornita, pochissima alternativa .. nel 2025 non si può offrire solo una colazione dolce, bisognerebbe variare e spaziare tra frutta, yogurt e cereali misti

- Jennifer (8/5): Old world charm in great location - Old world charm in the heart of the port. Feels like stepping back in time. Surprisingly quiet despite the location. A morning swim in the port is htstvsteps from the hotel. Great hot water. a Martinucci cafe (a chain cafe with coffee, cocktails, gelato and snacks) is convientltvacross the s treet. Would stay here again. Parking is an issue. They do offer secure parking but it is quite a distance up hill from the hotel. If you are lucky to score rare free parking closer to the hotel, take it! I always appreciate it when someone makes me coffee and that’s the best part of the breakfast, which also includes a croissant, a slice of cake, and commercially packaged biscuits and jams.

The beds and hotel in general could use an upgrade but was very clean and the room was serviced daily which was more than expected from a 3 star hotel. The room was fantastic for the price.

- Andreazuri (7/5): Lots of unexpressed potential - Ok, this is the only one hotel in the centre of Castro Marina, near the "piazzetta". It has so much potential. Rooms are spotless clean and are very nice although a bit small (the building is probably from the 1940's so there's nothing you can do about it). A few steps and you are in the middle of the village, with everything it has to offer. Position is unbeatable. ...and... yet there is a lot of unexpressed potential. Breakfast could use a lot of TLC, especially with the competition of the nearby pasticceria. All of the experience can be much much better if only there was a bit of smiling attention to detail. Again nothing wrong per se, it's just in the overall atmosphere.

Niente, but it would be nice to have “a do not disturb/please clean” placard to put on the doorknob to let the housekeeper know when and when not to enter the room.
