- kerrio207 (2/5): Unpleasant smell - The hotel smells like a dispensary. We had to change rooms because the smell of marijuana was so pungent. For a newer hotel it wasn’t up to par. Stay at the Hampton across the way.
- Stacy (4/5): Second time staying here and we were disappointed. - Location The room smelled of cigarette smoke and cleaning solutions, bath towels were stained. The bed was hard as a rock and not comfortable at all. Hard time understanding the night shift desk clerk; spoke quickly and didn’t have very good English.

- Ashley (10/5): Good overnight stay, spacious room and quiet hallways. - Food pantry thing they have, snacks available at any time! Spacious kitchen with fully stocked utensils and kitchenware! Staff. The over night didn’t seemed thrilled to be there. Had an attitude with my wife as we didn’t know that the amount of $ from the snacks gets put on after check out.
- Schofield (8/5): Very good - It was clean, stocked with the dishes we needed. Friendly helpful staff. The plug in the kitchen didn't work and it was inconvenient to unplug our stuff and plug in the coffee pots and toaster and then unplug and move everything back every day.

They have outdated carpet, no makeup removers or things like lotion to offer. Overall, minor inconveniences added up- it was a fine place to stay for one night but not worth the cost Pros: they did have comfy pillows & I was able to get plastic forks at the front desk

- 903MikeS903 (10/5): Large space to relax and pretty well equipped kitchen - We used the hotel to recover post hip surgery and found the 2 queen 1-bedroom quite enjoyable. The room was spacious, the kitchen well equipped (and if something was needed the desk staff was most helpful). The large refrigerator/freezer was a big plus. The bed was comfortable and the bath clean and functional. The floor/carpet could use a deep clean, however, as the feet got quite dirty. Also the pitter patter of dogs/people above can be heard but not voices. Otherwise the room provided a quiet sleep. Note: no breakfast provided and no pool.

I called the hotel, they said they aren't allowed to change anything we put on the site. I emailed Booking.com and received no response. Our AC went out and sounded like a freight train. It got fixed about midnight. We usually in bed at 9.

- Leasa (6/5): It was a good sized room but very disappointed in the quality control verifying that things worked. - I liked the kitchen, kitchenware and large refrigerator. Both the coffeemaker AND the 2 burner stovetop did NOT work so there was no way to make a cup of coffee in the morning. And I feel for the price of the room there should really be a breakfast of some sort. I went ahead with the room thinking I could just prepare something in the room. But no, nothing worked.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not handicap Friendly - Asked for assessable room and there is no way that the room could be considered assessable. For one thing it had a tub with ONE grab bar. Bottom of tub slippery, very easy to fall. Why are beds for the handycap so high off the ground. It makes it hard to get into. Also short toilet, didn’t have the high ones.

- Michael (6/5): - The first thing we noticed when my wife and I got into the room and put things into the bathroom is that there were no cups for water whatsoever. We did use a coffee cup, so that worked out OK. The bigger issue was the blood that we found on the sheets on my wife side of the bed. That was a little unnerving. It was taken care of while we were gone for supper with family that afternoon. It Hass to make one wonder if the sheets were really changed from the previous occupant!
- salmonbj (4/5): I won't stay again. - When I entered our room it smelled somewhat unpleasant, but I assumed it was cleaning chemicals and therefore the room was clean, which I like. Our room was quiet and the temperature was comfortable. The next morning we found a huge swarm of ants in the kitchen by the garbage can. Now, I think the smell was the room being treated for ants. Thanks to the staff member who was willing to relocate us to another room as we still needed a place to stay, but I will not stay there again in the future.

Convenient businesses nearby such as gas, Aldi's, Walmart, fast food, etc. Staff were friendly and accommodating. You choose when you want your room cleaned and refreshed. Free clothes washing. Gym and business room. Wifi was fast and constant. Area has nearby walking path about 2-3 blocks in length for walking circuit. Nearby construction was not offensive. Close in proximity to airport and MSP plus suburbs. Free coffee, tea. Other essentials available for purchase. Room charge made on weekly basis, if you are staying longer than 7 days. ATM machine in lobby. Beds and pillows are soft. In room kitchen with 2 countertop electric burners, toaster and full sized freezer/ refrigerator. They have a storage locker full of other kitchen appliances you can check out and use. Hotel and grounds always clean and orderly. Trash is picked up from hallway containers on a daily basis. I noticed some patrons used delivery services for food. Have hearing impaired rooms available upon request. Pets and service animals welcome. Would definitely choose this hotel again when in need of accommodations in the area.
