Die Lage ist in ruhiger Umgebung trotzdem noch zentrumsnah... Mein Zimmer im 5. Stock war es etwas laut mitunter, entweder vom Fahrstuhl oder der Klimaanlage auf dem Dach kamm ein tiefes Brummen... Allerdings war es in der Nacht dann sehr ruhig, trotz offenem Fenster.

- L3512CXdeanh (10/5): Perfect Hotel when visiting Krakow. - A perfect location for a ten minutes walk into the old town. The train station is also only five minutes away. The hotel is in a quiet district with very comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. We found all of the hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Particular praise for Dominek on reception who helped us with advice several times.

The people being the front desk were helpful. The bathroom was spacious cough with a great shower. The bed was uber comfortable. The fitness room was very small, but big enough to get an ok workout. The location was perfect. The negatives: There needs to be more variety in the buffet. Same thing every morning. The room had peculiar layout. There were sky windows that let in the morning without a way to control. The bed lamps were no good for reading. There was little closet space. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Also made use of the gym - which was a little tight and the sauna every day. It’s a short walk to the old town - expect about 12000 steps a day. Would definitely recommend
- mitchgibbo (10/5): Fantastic hotel, fantastic location, fantastic staff - What an absolute gem of a hotel! Just a short stroll from the Old Town and the railway station, it is in a great location that is an ideal base for exploring the city. The atmosphere is that of a really chilled, relaxing place to stay with a great fusion of modern style and art-nouveau / art-deco chic, with really comfortable soft furnishings, particularly in the bar / lounge area. Our room was spacious, and although no bath, the shower was more than adequate with a great supply of toiletries, towels changed on a daily basis, robes and slippers provided and a huge king-size bed that was ridiculously comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, and it just feels fresh without being clinical as some hotels can. As far as value is concerned, I would say say that it is bang on, and to top it all, the staff are fantastic... incredibly welcoming, warm, friendly, helpful, informative and genuinely wanting to make your stay an enjoyable one. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough - thoroughly enjoyable stay, and we will most certainly be coming back at some point.

- Laura (10/5): - It was the second time visiting Hotel Indigo, we've been here and wanted to return as we were impressed by the amazing breakfast that involved choosing from some amazing alternatives that are cooked right away, and not just the usual buffet. Also, we got exactly the same room on level 5, that had a bathtub and a very nice view - and they offered the upgrade to it for a special price (I asked for a room with a bathtub). Another clear plus is a bar in the hotel with a very friendly and knowledgeable waiter, so the evenings are fun to spend there as well. Thank you for everything!

- Debra (8/5): A stylish well located boutique hotel - This is a lovely boutique hotel with a great atmosphere within walking distance of most of the main sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped and very quiet. The bed was large and comfortable. We would definitely recommend a stay here. The room was very compact - made worse by having floor-length curtains which cut off the alcove space and made it very tight to get around the side of the bed. Shorter window length curtains would have added an extra 30cm to the side of the bed. We ended up lifting the curtains up to rest on the large window shelf to make the room more user-friendly. The room would also benefit from having bedside tables with drawers to store small items. There was no outside view from our window just an internal roof, but this did mean our room was quiet

- Dewi (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf op goede locatie, ik zou hier naar toe terug gaan - Super aardige ontvangst, fijn personeel, wij hadden heerlijke ruime hoekkamer. Ontbijt was ook top! De anderen in ons gezelschap hadden een best kleine kamer en de sauna was echt heel erg klein

- Magdalena (9/5): - Really lovely, welcoming staff members, nice, clean room with a very comfortable bed and pillows, a bath and a separate shower. Great breakfast although less choice for vegetarians and vegans, but I noticed that the room service menu had several vegetarian and vegan options.

- wheelieHertfordshire (8/5): A great hotel for short or long stays and great ;location for exploring - I stayed at this hotel by recommendation from my Daughter who stayed shortly before me. It was very close to all the sights. The main station was 4 minutes walk and the main square was 5 minutes walk. We had a warm welcome when we arrived. Check in was very straight forward. Our room was one the first floor(room 101) and it was beautiful. Huge high ceilings. Beautiful bedding and stylish. Bottled water was supplied. There was a fridge, iron, ironing board, toiletries and white sort towels. The Tv was nice but only 1 English speaking channel which was CNN news. Even the subtitles were in Polish. The hotel was very quiet at night. I had a really lovely sleep but the room was slightly warm so I had to adjust the temperature to suit my own needs. The breakfast was from 7-11am so plenty of time to have a lie in and still get breakfast. It was so nice. There was a nice choice of cooked items ordered to your liking plus tea, coffee, juice and milks. Cereals, meats, cheeses and salad and fresh fruit. The quality was that of a high class hotel. The waitresses and chefs were brilliant. Good and polite service and very professional and attentive.

- englishsunseeker (8/5): Nice but could be better with small improvements - Pros; -Mostly clean -Modern decor -10 minute walk to old town -Good transport links -Staff so friendly Cons; -Where they have used concrete boards this means every foot step can be heard. Due to early tours/ being a town for parties people return and leave at all hours so sleep is constantly disturbed. More sound proofing is needed however no street noise. All doors are heavy fire doors and slam loudly. More disturbed sleep. -All channels are non English (that’s fine) but they have restricted the subtitles so you cannot change them to English so pointless having a tv. They have also restricted the tv to prevent you pairing your own streaming services. -None of USBs worked -Stains on carpets -Fault with our room key only worked if we didn’t use the electric do not disturb function - Slippers were more like sanitary towels -small attention to cleaning our refillable bottles had product all down them and hard lumps hanging from the nozzles. Shows not much attention to the clean inbetween guests Problems were raised with reception and all were very kind but nothing could be done.

- morellad2016 (8/5): Great location! - We just spent few days at the hotel, the location is great, employees were nice and helpful, particularly Patrick, they speak a good English and help us to navigate the city and rail. I didn’t give 5 stars because the rooms are extremely small even for Europe standard. I select d a standard room and it was very small even, we met other people and saw their rooms in the first floor and they were similar to us. Breakfast was okay and the employees were very nice

- Uwe (9/5): Nähe Altstadt - sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. - Nettes Hotel, angenehme Athmosphäre. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und nur 5 min zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Wir hatten ein bischen Sorge, da wir ein Zimmer zur Straße hatten und bei offenem Fenster schlafe. War aber alles ok, ist eine Nebenstraße, nachts war es ruhig. War alles ok.

The staff is extremely helpful and the breakfast offers plenty of fresh options. Its location near the Old Town makes exploring the city very easy and enjoyable.

Staff really friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were cleaned fastidiously every day. Highly recommended

- PMACCA (10/5): Great hotel. - Really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Indigo. Staff very helpful. Location is easy walking to main square, shopping etc etc. Our room was a good size..upgraded due to how much I use the brand. Breakfast was a great start to the day with plenty of choice on the buffet or ordering off the menu, recommend the Polish pancakes. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to friends.
- Ralisa (10/5): Greay stay overall - Great location, excellent food and wine in the bistro served by great staff, allowed late check in as it was my birthday and also spotlessly clean. The only thing I didn’t expect was how small the standard room was, probably the smallest Indigo one I have stayed in, and I have stayed all over the world in the brand, but the staff and quality made up for it. Thank you for a great stay.

- Peter (9/5): Very good - Staff very friendly nice breakfast and a good location out of the town centre but near enough! Not much the bed lights old have done with propert bulbs as you could read by them decorative but useless as lamps
- Stephen (8/5): Would highly recommend this hotel. All the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. - Restaurant Filipa 18 was so good we ate there 2 out of 3 nights we stayed. We noticed that over half the people dinning were non residents which speaks volumes. The breakfast was also very good.

- Jonas (8/5): Good stay for a night if you're passing through - Comfortable bed, pretty room, very friendly staff, nice breakfast. Hotel very close to the city centre. There was a relatively loud fridge next to the bed, that only stopped being annoying because it randomly broke.
