Wayne (8/5): Hotel very nice. Need to have signage to let people now they can’t get there car till 7:00. - Location. The hotel was very nice My parking. I paid valet parking. I was told the would bring the car any time. In the morning I waited at the front desk because the was a sign saying they where helping other guests. When someone did finally come out I was told they didn’t start getting cars till 7:00. I was given the keys and to take my things and go find a car I didn’t park. Then I had trouble getting out because I didn’t have a receipt except the valet ticket.
TheGambianRPCV (8/5): Great place for a sleep downtown - Delightful experience. Great location and comfy room. The front desk was excellent at check in and check out. Would certainly recommend. Had a tiny issue with the valet as when we returned from having dinner, there was not one present. We found out he had to leave for an emergency - totally understandable. Just had to go to the front desk to make arrangements. My only concern was the temperature of the pool. It was frigid, so we didn't partake.

Stéphane (1/5): Hotel to be blacklisted. Not compliant with B.com rules - Nothing This hotel is not complaint with B.com contract. I had a prepaid reservation booked in advance and despite struggling hours by email and phone with B.com and the hotel, I couldn't get the invoice for this stay B.com contract is clear : even if B.com is paid upfront when making the reservation the hotel is the only one to issue the final invoice. In addition to that I had paid for a B&B fare and the unique day I went for breakfast the hotel asked me to pay an extra for a coffee Please avoid this hotel !

Claudia (10/5): Will definitely come back to this property - A great location around the corner from the casino and we were going to the Bengals game the next day and driving to the stadium was no problem at all Really not much the only problem I thought we were gonna have was parking, but they have added valet parking so no problems there
Sunrunr (10/5): Anniversary Adventure - We enjoyed our stay and voco Cincinnati. It is centrally located to everything. The manager is very personable and knowledgeable about the area. The onsite restaurant and bar are very nice and the food was great. The room was comfortable. We will stay there again.

3RiversMom (8/5): Okay place to stay for access to many Cincinnati attractions - Natalie was at the front desk all 3 evenings of our stay. She was so helpful and friendly. We made a room change because of some not so pleasing smells on the 2nd floor, so visiting anytime near the end of 2025, maybe something to consider. The cafe downstairs seemed to be understaffed the first morning, which was a disappointment. We were really looking forward to seeing what they could brew up for us with their super nice espresso machine, but just decided to stick with good ol' SBUX a couple of blocks away after the lack of attention we received on the first morning. We enjoy our Netflix or Prime viewing in the evenings, but this was not an option on the dated televisions in the rooms. The pool was too cold to enjoy. Super accessible, affordable parking in the garage next door. Great location for enjoying all that Cincinnati has to offer: walked to Paycor stadium, took the Connector (electric FREE train) to "Over the Rhine" area, a short Uber ride to the Museums. Beds are not that comfortable and could use an upgrade. Rooms were sparkling clean.

Jackinbama (8/5): Nice hotel in downtown Cincinnati - I would normally stay at a different hotel when visiting Cincinnati but The Pittsburgh Steelers were playing the Bengals and I found myself looking for an alternative. I did some research and because my destination was the Arnoff Center for the Performing Arts and one of the nearby restaurants I opted to try voco Cincinnati Downtown. This is a nice hotel. Our room was quiet and comfortable. They have a restaurant and bar on site. We didn’t try the restaurant but the bar was nice enough and had reasonable prices. They don’t have a parking lot ( I think they might have had one at one time). They suggest using one of the many local parking options or using their valet service for $40 per night. My knock on this hotel would be with the supply of sundries in the room. We had a kuerig coffee maker and they supplied two pods (one regular and one decaf). The room had a nearly empty box of Kleenex and no back up. The same was true with the toilet paper which was one partial roll and no pack up roll. I suppose this is just one bad housekeeper but I have only one experience with the hotel. Two towels of each size too. I rather enjoy a extra towel. That doesn’t mean I won’t go back. The pluses out weigh the minuses.

Resort63439704560 (2/5): Got LOCKED OUT OF ROOM & staff could not let me back in. My stuff was sequestered! - I got LOCKED OUT OF ROOM & staff could not let me back in. Staff was awful and unwilling to help. I DO NOT recommend staying here!! This happened because the door's keypad ran out of battery so the key cards didn't work. They had NO WAY to charge it or an override key. They told me the only way I could get back in was to wait in the morning until the maintenance staff came. They offered to give me another room to stay in without my belongings. I insisted to be let in the room because my medications were in there. I overheard the staff say "What kind of medication does she need that is so important?" How RUDE! Why do I have to explain my medical conditions to the IHG staff?!? What if a child got locked in, or a pet, or a flight to catch, or any emergency? I couldn't believe they had no way to open the door and that I was "crazy" one for wanting to go back in. I politely asked the staff to call their manager to see if there was another option because at this point the girl at the front desk kept repeating "there's nothing I can do" over and over. The manager (Vicky or Nicky or M something?) even asked the front desk girl "why did you call me for this"? Like the manager couldn't be bothered with a guest who wants to get back in their room and get their meds. I was let inside the NEXT day and missed work calls in the morning since my laptop was in there. Because I couldn't get my meds, I was unable to function and work the next day which was really bad because this was a business trip. I did get the room comped by a manager (Brad) for only that 1 night but unfortunately I was worse off from my losses $$ from work, physical ailments, and inconveniences. I think I can take legal action because of that and will be looking into it. So attorneys - please contact me!

Shaun (8/5): - Very clean and super friendly staff. We had issues with the TV, but that only lasted a couple hours. The pool was not in great shape and the water was WAY too cold to swim. Our kids very very disappointed. The beds were super firm. Killed my back, but I know some people like that.

Jennifer (10/5): - Best sleep I ever had away from home! After our concert ended, we were starving. We were so happy to see a very nice variety of frozen meals/snacks, available to purchase in the lobby, that filled us up immediately, since it was after midnight on a Thursday. Be sure to purchase parking when you make your reservation, since it is limited. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was exceptionally clean.

Tammy (10/5): - Absolutely Loved this Property Malia at the Front Desk was Amazing!!! She was so kind and helpful with anything we needed !! The parking was very easy across the street and was around $12.50 or so to park overnight . We walked to Great American Ballpark for a Reds game and there were plenty of dining options to choose from . We are Definitely planning on staying here again !!! Walked Down Sycamore to get to the ballpark !! They also have dining and bar onsite .
Saulius (2/5): - Horrible experience. It was supposed to be nice hotel, but room was really damp. Then in the middle of the night we heard popping sound. Luckily it woke us up ad appearantly AC unit fried. We srartedsmelling major burnt wires / rubber smell. Called Reception and lady who answered did show much of

Evan (4/5): - We found hair on the bed and pillow, which made it clear the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The sheets smelled unpleasant, and the toilet also had hair on it. We only stayed one night after driving nine hours for a meeting, so we were too exhausted to argue, but it was a very disappointing experience. We left early the next morning and will not be returning. This was the worst IHG property we’ve ever stayed at.

Robert (10/5): Outstanding Stay! - We couldn't have choose a better Hotel for our two night stay in Cincinnati. Easy to arrive off major highway with parking garage right next to lobby. Very friendly staff made us feel welcome right from our arrival. Small and cozy hotel with everything you could ask for. Super clean and very quiet. Even took advantage of the five foot indoor pool. Hard Rock Casino three blocks away and Paycor Stadium 20 minute walk. Parked my car on arrival and never had to use it till driving home. This place gets a A+.
Terry (10/5): Friendly hotel in Downtown Cincinnati - Wonderful service, friendly staff and great location in downtown near a stop for the free Connector train which the staff told us about. Nice bar, breakfast was an expensive buffet with lukewarm food. It was the only negative.

E.g. the towels were really small and low quality and the toilet paper was the same brand that you get when doing jury duty. Super weird because the body was and shampoo were very nice... Not a deal breaker, but I'll at least bring my own tp in the future! 😃

Verified traveler (10/5): - The location was perfect. Centralized within walking distance to our interests. If needed, there is a Cincinnati connector stop right around the corner. The management and front reception employees went over and beyond my expectations to pull off a 60th birthday surprise for a dear friend of mine. They allowed me and a friend to decorate her room early in the morning so when she arrived she was completely surprised. If you are into MLB, the stadium is literally around the corner with an easy 8 minute walk. The Cincinnati River Front Park is absolutely pristine. I would stay here again if ever in that neck of the woods again.
Charlie (10/5): Business Trip to Cincinnati - Excellent customer service, very good location. Easy walk to several Catholic churches, ballpark, bars and restaurants. Will stay here again!
Sara (8/5): - Had some last minute vacation plans and stayed here. It was great. Breakfast buffet was nice, and front desk person that checked me in was so nice. The only complaint I have was parking. Scanner didn't work when I was leaving. Then after about 5 minutes of struggling, gate was opened. But then I had to circle back to return the key. Was a little annoyed by that. Wish they had something like a QR code to send to use as a scanner instead of a card.
