- Ivan (10/5): - The staff was really friendly and made a very stressful week feel a bit easier to get through. The room was cleaned every day and it was done so to a very satisfying degree. The breakfast was very delicious and the rooftop location made watching the sunrise while you have your breakfast a really good experience. I have to again mention the staff, such kind and helpful people. I know where I will be staying on my next stay in Kayseri.

- Hendrik (6/5): Let management have a learning moment by spending a night on the ninth south floor - The mountain view from the ninth floor is truly breathtaking. The upstairs restaurant offers a simple yet satisfying dining experience, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine or a soft drink. The lobby downstairs, complete with a bar and restaurant, is beautifully decorated, and the entire hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and well-furnished. However, be sure to check your room for any unpleasant odors, especially in the bathroom, as well as the temperature before settling in. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and quickly helped in a professional manner. When we were shown to our room and the suitcases were inside, we realized we were breathing in a strong foul, sewer-like odor. Moreover, the room was very warm and no window was open. I immediately went to the reception, and they promptly offered us another room. An employee joined to inspect. Room 908, which smelled terrible, was replaced by 910, but both the employee and we smelled the same foul, sewer-like odor. So it became room 911, which smelled reasonably clean. We soon discovered the air conditioning was not working. Inquiry revealed the system was switched off due to the period of the year, winter time (we were here in October). It was really sweltering in the room, the same temperature you feel inside a car parked in the summer sun. We almost felt sick. Luckily, a window could be opened, and using a clothes hanger between the door, some ventilation was possible. A staff member brought us fruit, chocolate, and nuts to ease our discomfort. It took 14 hours before the room was sufficiently aired to reach an acceptable temperature. The window had to stay open constantly, and during the day, the curtains had to be drawn. This brought quite some noise since a busy street runs in front of the hotel. The foul, sewer-like odor we smelled in the other rooms returned only once for about 30 minutes, but it was not as intense as before.

- garywU1355OW (8/5): Good Hotel Great Stay - It's my 2nd stay here. This stay was 6 Weeks. Very good location with many shops and restaurants available. Tram line just outside the hotel. Even it's located in a busy street the room was very quiet. Room was very clean and neat. The best part is always the breakfast. Good selection and tasty food. Great thanks to the Breakfast Team (Alper Avci, Onur ,Inci) the team always gives the best service and assistance. Always looking forward for my daily breakfast. Fresh bread were made daily by 2 Senior Ladies, special thanks to them too for always taking care of us. My sincere thanks to everyone in this hotel for the pleasant stay and great service. Looking forward to coming back in the near future.

- Yasemin (8/5): - Frühstück war gut. Es gab sogar ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett. Alles in der Nähe. Es gab mehrere Krankenhäuser in der Nähe für den Fall. Personal war nett und zuvorkommend, nur Toilettendeckel gab es einen Fleck den ich dann selbst sauber gewischt habe.
- murat (8/5): İyi - Odaların temizliği iyi. Kahvalti zayıftı. Çeşit yoktu. Odalar ses geçiriyor. Yandaki odanın sesi odanın içinde gibi duyuluyordu. Minimbar boştu. En azindan yaz günü minibara soğuk su koymak daha iyi olabilirdi.

- Nikail (10/5): Viel besser als erwartet - Richtig sauberes Hotel, mit sehr gutem Service. Ich war positiv überrascht, meine 2 Nächte mit 2 Zimmer für 5 Personen waren äußerst angenehm. Frühstück hatte ich nicht mitgebucht, da wir langschläfer sind. Auch die zwei Restaurants sind sehr gut. Also von mir eine klare Empfehlung.

- Mevlüt semih (8/5): Genel olarak güzel - Tertemizdi odalar ama banyo eskiliğinden dolayı pis gibi görünüyodu. Banyolarda aydınlatmalar yetersizdi. Klima çok çok gürültülü çalışıyodu ve çok etkili değildi. Kahvaltısı yeterli ama bir misafirim geldi onun kahvaltısı için fiyat çok yüksekti bence eklenen fiyat. Otelin gerisi çok güzel.

Although we were on a non smoking floor in the evenings there was a strong smell of smoke in our room!

- Kenan (8/5): Başarılı - Bir otelden bekleyeceginiz "iyi" kavramının gereklerini yerine getiren bir otel, kahvaltilari ve sunumları bu gune kadar kaldigim otellerden acik ara cok daha iyiydi,Kahvaltılıklarin kalitesi evinizi aratmayacak kadar iyi, sauna ve buhar odalari temiz,calisanlar oldukca titizdi.havlulara biraz daha dikkat edilse guzel olur yipranmisti ve guzel koktugu söylenemez.
- Mustafa Arin (10/5): Nice family stay... definitely recommend it. - I chose this hotel with reference of a friend of mine. I am not going to look for another hotel when I am in Kayseri and will stay here every single time. Staff at the front desk 100/100(Super helpfull from every aspect)... Staff at the roof top restaurant at breakfast and dinner 100/100. Housecare lady: 100/100, accomodation 100/100. Hotel is within 15 minutes to all of the attractions of the city. 20-25 minutes to the ski location. I came with the family but am definitely recommending it for all of the solo/business/ pleasure / family vacations.

- safiyam67 (8/5): Great stay at kayseri - After flying for almost 20 hrs we arrived at the hotel exhausted only to be met by an incompetent receptionist who I assume was still being trained. No platinum Elite welcome and no mention of drink or points. She did mention that breakfast was included but we are aware that breakfast for platinum members has to paid for. Apart from that we were upgraded to an executive room where we had an amazing and well deserved sleep. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spotless with all amenities provided. Breakfast was also great with a large variety of fresh foods. Cannot fault anything about this hotel.

- Christopher (3/5): Very poor stay for a top hotel chain - Good location Breakfast was very poor. Hotel and room stank of cigarettes. Room was very noisy due to bar in hotel. Bar staff repeatedly tried to charge food and drinks that we hadn’t even ordered. This happened on several occasions. Reception split our 4 day room bill into 2 separate bills meaning I had to pay on my card twice very stupid and very confusing
