There was a beautiful sunset to view from my room, with the added bonus of being able to watch a starling murmuration for many minutes.

Stephanie (6/5): - Our room was spacious but a few things came up. There were dirty and damp towels left in the closet outside the bathroom that you could smell through the room. The check-in was extremely slow and absolutely no hospitality was shown. I showed up in my wedding dress with a veil and not a single word was even spoken to me, it was lackluster.

Pearl (4/5): - Although most of the hot food was low quality (I don't know exactly why this chain uses powdered eggs) and the rest mostly carbs or sugar, the kitchen staff was helpful, polite and friendly. Top points there! Front desk manager does not know how to smile and is less than accommodating- especially to Americans. Don’t display your politics at your job! But housekeeping gets only 1 star. First night, only 2 paper thin, rough towels in room. I did request more, so 2 more paper thin towels were delivered. Second night, they did not make the bed in the morning...and I was extremely careful to never leave anything on the bed. In my friend's room, they removed her granddaughter's dolls from the bed and made it. Front desk staff was invited into the room to witness that no one had been in there.... housekeeping made excuses (lied). They were just not friendly, not welcoming. Disappointing experience!

834chuckk (10/5): Big bang-little buck - Being a Hilton Diamond member I have stayed in my fair share of Hilton's. This property is by far a touch above the rest. Staff was very helpful about the local eateries and very welcoming. Clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.

The breakfast in the morning was lovely. The staff filling and keeping up with everything we wonderful. And so kind when I asked for an extra vanilla yogurt for our little guy. I’ve left the pool until last because it’s incredible! So clean. The water is a beautiful warm temperature. It’s just a straightforward pool, no slides or anything but we had so much fun as a family both on arrival and before checkout. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend for families.

The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced in weeks of traveling across the US and Canada, and the every single member of the hotel staff (night and day) was helpful and friendly. There is also a great First Nation museum very nearby!

Ryan (2/5): - I don't want to blame the staff because it might've been a short staff issue, but check-in is at 3 PM. I arrived at 4:15 PM, and was told in my room hadn't been cleaned yet. I was a little frustrated and was deciding what to do, and then suddenly I was told that my room was ready. Interesting. So I get up there, there's one pillow on each bed with a pillowcase on each, and then the rest of the pillows are just piled on the desk. So we turn on the air and get ready for the show that night. We come back to the room, it's time to go to sleep, and every time the air kicks on and makes a loud bang. This means that having a steady sleep was impossible. I woke up like every 30 minutes the entire night because of this. I do not blame the staff, the air conditioning system is not their fault or responsibility. I think they may have been understaffed for how busy they were that weekend, and that's on management. Because of check-in is at 3 PM, which is late as hell by the way, and I show up an hour and 15 minutes later and it still isn't ready? Really think about this. That's not what I paid for. The staff were friendly, so you have that going for you. But other than that, that stay was absolutely terrible.

I believe all the teams stayed at the hotel. Well there kids were wild. They were running in the halls until 2am playing in the elevator pushing other kids in the luggage carts. All I can say I will ask next time if they have any tournament in town. But the hotel made things right for me and my family.
