• Yorihiro (7/5): 長年、愛好してきたが、今年が最後かなあ、。。。 - 露天風呂が良かった。快晴で雪を戴いた穂高連峰や笠ヶ岳が温泉から見れて絶景だった。 離れの貸切露天風呂が無くなっていたの口惜しかった。火曜～木曜まで休館日とは驚いた。昨年は火曜日だけだったのに。それでも休館日でも玄関に千円を入れておけば露天風呂に入れたのが、今年からは休館日は入浴禁止なって、寂しい限りです。もう気軽に寄れる所ではなくなりましたねえ、。。。

Disfrutamos muchísimo del fin de semana, en medio de las montañas, en un ambiente super tranquilo y con las termas calientes.. fue un sueño Quizás el único inconveniente sea que no hay comida. No obstante, antes de ir hicimos compra en una tienda de conveniencia y al tener frigorífico en la habitación nos vino genial, también tienen un calentador de agua y microondas.

• Tom (8/5): Beautiful natural onsen was soo relaxing - The natural Onsen was lovely, and we had the place virtually to ourselves. The room was large and comfortable. Quite difficult to reach, and there is nowhere to explore by foot. Must have a car if staying more than 2 nights.

• Ning Patcha (6/5): - ออนเซนดี อยู่ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติ สวย ราคาที่จองไปเป็นช่วงเทศกาลเป็นราคาที่สูงมากเมื่อเทียบกับสิ่งที่ได้ และโดนเรียกเก็บเงินเพิ่มเติมอีกสำหรับเด็ก ทั้งที่ตอนจองมีการระบุจำนวนคนเข้าพักทุกคนล่วงหน้าแล้ว แต่ทางที่พักก็แจ้งว่าได้รับเงินไม่ครบ จึงขอเรียกเก็บเพิ่มอีก โดยทาง Booking ก็ไม่ได้แจ้งในราคาที่ต้องจ่ายเพิ่มนี้ สถานที่ไกลจากร้านอาหาร ควรต้องเตรียมของกินมาเอง จำเป็นมาก

• Tran (7/5): Cũng tạm được thôi, sẽ kg quay lại - Rất thích khung cảnh xung quanh, vùng núi thật tuyệt, đẹp tuyệt vời Chọn ở đây để được tắm onsen ngoài trời private nhưng lúc tôi ở lại đóng cửa. Thất vọng và rất uỗng công sức đi tới đây và uỗng tiền. Phòng rất lạnh, máy sưởi chỉ sưởi được 1 khu vực gần máy

Not having one in the room was really not an inconvenience. Having an option to have dinner/breakfast would be nice even if they were delivered from somewhere else.

Don’t go expecting amazing 5 stars, but it is very special to be in the mountains and under the stars in the onsen and the staff are nice and welcoming. The food was advertised but that’s ok if it’s not there. It was amazing.
• Francesca (7/5): Suggestivo ma di difficile comunicazione - La vera esperienza di onsen giapponese, il loro stile di vita, l’acqua termale calda, impari come si vive in una struttura termale Nessuno parla una parola di inglese, al check in viene mostrato un video che elenca innumerevoli regole, noi abbiamo cercato di impegnarci a memorizzarle tutte ma qualcosa ci è sfuggito, per esempio che ti devi cambiare tre volte le scarpe, quelle marroni e blu per andare fuori, quelle solo marroni per stare all’interno, quelle beige per andare in bagno. Abbiamo sbagliato e ce lo hanno fatto notare in malo modo. Oltretutto ricordo che parliamo inglese solo per andare incontro ad esigenze di comunicazione, ma in realtà la nostra lingua sarebbe l’italiano. La struttura inoltre pubblicizza una cena meravigliosa, quando siamo arrivati però ci hanno comunicato che non avrebbero servito nessun pasto. Infine metà degli onsen erano chiusi per via degli orsi, anche questa cosa non ci è stata comunicata in anticipo.

• Kazuki (8/5): 今回の旅を彩っていただいたお泊まりでした！ - ロケーションがとても良かったです！ 橋を渡ることが非日常の入り口となり、目の前を流れる川が迫力あり…。 露天風呂も夜も朝も最高でした！ スタッフの方のご対応も良かったです。 新穂高ロープウェイに近いところも良いです。 部屋に手を拭くタオルかペーパータオルがあると嬉しいなと思いました。

• Aharona (9/5): בסה"כ שווה כל אגורה בשביל הנוף והמיקום המהמם - כמו באגדות . - המיקום - גן עדן. הגסט האוס מנהל את עצמו בצורה מאוד יעילה ונקיה. לא חסר שום דבר. היה שקט, נעים והנוף - חלומי. אונסן פרטי פנימי וחיצוני, מעורב או מופרד. בעלי המקום נחמדים . מדובר על גסט האוס עם שירותים משותפים אבל למרות שהיה מלא, לא פגשתי בשירותים בנפש חיה בשום שלב. היו 4 חדרי שירותים חכמים למעלה ועוד שלושה למטה , כיורים, מקלחת שניתן להתקלח בה למטה בפרטיות באופן יחסי (בכל זאת לא מקלחת בחדרים הפרטיים..) לא תלוי בבעלים במיוחד אבל היו פשפשי גינה שהצליחו לחדור פנימה ונכנסו לשירותים :-) והבת שלי פחדה מהם אז היינו צריכים להרוג אותם כשמצאנו אותם...חוץ מזה - הכל נקי ומקסים. מחיר קצת יקר יחסית לגסט האוס.
• antti (7/5): Good accommodation with a wonderful onsen by the river - The room was a traditional style japanese room and we really liked it. The onsen of this accomodation is wonderful, right along the river. This was my second time in this accommodation, and I will definitely come back The room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly, we found a few dead beetles in the room.
• Jarno (8/5): Traditional Japanese with wonderful onsen, but no food nearby - The location is very good, the rooms are in traditional Japanese style and spacious. The onsen is wonderful (and there is an onsen where male and female can bath together). The lady at the reception was a bit harsh when we checked in, but when we got to know each other a little bit it became a lot better! The main issue is that the restaurant is closed for dinner and for breakfast, although booking states otherwise. I only read that in the latest reviews after we had already booked. Booking.com still advertises with the breakfast option. If you want to go out for dinner/breakfast, you have to drive for min. 15 minutes for the nearest supermarket/restaurant.

• Carlos (8/5): Baños onsen naturales - Los baños onsen en la naturaleza són toda una experiencia, realmente me alucino y disfrute mucho. Recomendaria el ryokan pero que no os engañen las fotos de comida/cena (no hay), ya que mi experiencia no fue del todo positiva. Me decepcionó bastante la falta de servicio de cena, algo que esperaba encontrar. Además, la comunicación fue difícil debido al limitado dominio del inglés por parte del servicio. Te ponen un vídeo explicativo en lugar de una atención más personalizada. En general, considero que existen opciones mucho mejores para disfrutar de la experiencia ryokan.

• Damon (9/5): - Incredible place to stay, high up in the mountains on a beautiful clear river. The hotel has several natural open air hot springs. Bathing in them then jumping into the cold river was an amazing experience. We stayed as a family and our kids loved it.
• Kaare Rysgaard (8/5): - The hotel has its own hot tops. Its situated in the mountains and is a bit old in Japanese style and very authentic. We got a great feel there, but its not that modern. We had hiked 10 hours before coming to the hotel. They serve no meals - not even breakfirst so we had to walk again about 1 km each way.

There is no restaurant, no breakfast and no place to eat nearby in the evening which is problematic if you dont have a car.

• Pedro (9/5): Magical place - Property is amazing, in a beautiful place, access to their own onsen, private or public. If you are a guest you have free access to the amenities. Terrific value for money, I will return for sure Totally recommend it mainly if you come by car, considering is a bit remote. 20min walk to the ropeway Shin-Hotaka, through a beautiful path next to the river. The only problem for me was that there is no food services (paid or included) and there wasn’t any super markets walking distance and even the bus could take hours. So, come prepared with loads of food! The hosts didn’t speak English, they try to explain everything but if you have any doubts just use the translator

• Mcnamara (10/5): Cozy and scenic - While it was pretty far up the mountain from Takayama, Shinzanso was well worth it. Very pretty scenery all around and the hot springs were so relaxing. First time sleeping on Japanese futons and it was the comfiest we had been during our entire trip (4 different hotels) to Japan!

• Paula (8/5): - De onsen was fantastisch. Naast een fijn gedeeld bad kon je kiezen uit twee prive onsens om in te baden. Na een dag wandelen echt heerlijk! Verder hebben we in een restaurant verderop heerlijke sushi gegeten. Jammer dat er geen ontbijt beschikbaar was. De kamer was wen beetje fris nog in april.
