В номере есть всё необходимое (халат, тапочки, полотенца, мыльные принадлежности, фен, чайник, вода, чай). В номере панорамные окна и большая комфортная кровать. В отеле приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, готовый помочь в любом вопросе. В пешей доступности парк, ТЦ и экспо центр, рядом много кафе, где можно поесть. С удовольствием порекомендую к заселению!!! Всё покравилось

Подушки жесткие🙏.Для меня это важно.

• Arina (10/5): Чистая, тихая уютная гостиница, прекрасный персонал - В гостинице пошли навстречу и заселили утром, поскольку мне нужно было отдохнуть между двумя ночными рейсами. Гостиница очень чистая и уютная, тихая, предоставляют воду и чай в номере. 15 минут езды от аэропорта, от центра тоже недалеко. При случае остановлюсь здесь снова. ***

• Ulvi (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet and cozy hotel, it's a pity it was only for a few days😅. The staff is very responsive, they helped with an early check-in. Overall, a wonderful hotel.

Upon my arrival at 1am, I was tired and couldn't find the receptionist immediately. After waiting for 10 minutes, she appeared with an unfriendly expression. Another inconvenience I encountered was that my VISA card, which worked perfectly fine at other places, was not accepted at this hotel. Furthermore, the hotel only accepted payments in KZT and did not accept USD or EUR, which was inconvenient for me

There was no kettle in the room, you had to go to a common room to get hot water. There was no refrigerator in the room either, but you could use the common one (which seems not too hygienic to me).

• Ekaterina (9/5): Wonderful small hotel - Very friendly ladies at the reception, a nice and clean room with all needed for a comfort stay. I have also very much liked transfer service from the airport provided by the hotel.
