Een keuken met zéér weinig inrichting. De beloofde wasmachine niet aanwezig. Zwembad is door de verouderde tegels smoezelig. Ligging naast winkelcentrum is prettig.

• Peter (3/5): Not coming for a second stay, but good for budget. - The 3 bedroom apartment was terrible - old room, cracked mirror and bath, bedsheets was not white clean, walls were dirty, furnitures were not looked after. We requested for room change and was moved to a 2 bedroom - which was ok. Was not the best experience after a 10 hours flight. It was cheap, that’s why. Staff were understanding, breakfast was expected.

The room and toilets were cleaned daily but clear scratches from cleaning the seats left obvious discolouration and there was an obvious sewer smell coming from the toilets. Overall the place was fine for a family stay equipped with a washing machine, kitchen and multiple rooms like an apartment.

Improvement in cleanliness, staff do understand English better, service is much better Still expecting to have some better choices for breakfast, 3 days and both juices are same, all 3 fruits are same, though over all pleasant experience then past.
• Petricia (3/5): Not recomend - I recently stayed at this hotel booked 2 unit with 3 bedroom (family room), and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the specific issues I encountered during my stay: 1. **Poor Lighting**: The lighting inside the unit was incredibly dim. With only a few small lamps providing light, it felt more like a cave than a welcoming environment. This really impacted my overall comfort in the space, making it hard to relax or even read without straining my eyes. 2. **Cleanliness Issues**: The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Upon entering, I noticed that the floors were not properly cleaned, and there were visible dirt and grime in several areas. The bathroom was particularly bad; it had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to use. I expected a higher standard of hygiene, especially during these times. 3. **Kitchen Amenities**: One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the availability of a kitchen, but it didn't meet my expectations. The kitchen was poorly equipped. If we wanted to use a microwave, we had to request it from the staff, which seemed inconvenient. Furthermore, there were no cooking utensils provided—just a few plates and silverware. It was frustrating to have a kitchen space that I couldn’t fully utilize. To make matters worse, the hotel has a strict policy regarding missing items. I was told that if I lost even a single teaspoon, I would be charged for it, which felt overly harsh and restrictive. 4. **Lack of Staff Support**: When I attempted to address my concerns with the hotel staff, I was met with indifference. Instead of offering a solution or any assistance, they suggested I write my feedback on a comment card. It felt dismissive and unhelpful, as if they were not genuinely interested in resolving my issues. I expected better customer service and felt disappointed in their lack of willingness to address my complaints directly.

• David (8/5): - The unit has a nice kitchen, and a washing machine. The beds are comfortable. Nice hot water in shower. It's nice having a furnished den. The breakfast buffet is very good. It costs approximately $20 USD to easily catch a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Make sure you have the address written down first. The swimming pool is also very nice and clean. There is a gym, and the elevators to the rooms are very secure. It is close to Citos which is a very nice shopping center, with lots of restaurants, a supermarket, bakeries, a place to get your haircut etc. I stay here frequently. It is a nice local establishment.

The room is pretty clean, found ants crawling on the dining table, kitchen area is clean, hot water came for only couples of minutes, last 2 nite it’s better. shower head doesn’t look like it’s being clean regularly the water spray all over from one end to another. Furnitures need to be update, specially bathroom, saw cracked on most of the drawers n sink, also on the tiles …overall I’m happy with the service during my stays there.

• Honeycrushed (7/5): Good - Nice kitchen and seems to be newly renovated. You can cook your own food via the stove. There is no microwave though. Refrigerator was big so you can stock up on food if you will be staying long. Master's bedroom was nice and cozy. Well lighted too. There is a work desk with chair that also works as a vanity. There is also a tv. Room is very spacious and cabinets are new. Single bedroom was a little dark with a table but no chair. You need to pull up the chair from the dining to be able to work. Room size is okay. Bed were all ok. Living area and dining area were all okay. The entire place is clean but there are signs of wear and tear in the walls and baseboards. It's livable but would suggest to stay with group. I think the downside is the cleanliness of the pillows, blankets, towels. These were all quite battered and not very comfortable. Also found a bedbug one morning which makes me doubt the cleanliness of the bed. Pillows were yellowish showing signs of usage and age.

• Hugo (1/5): Do not book there. - Very little! It is very loud, the windows do not close properly. The bathroom has mould, the furniture are broken, cutlery and glasses only for three people (in a two-bedroom flat), the kitchen is empty, nothing to wash up or wipe down, stains and burn holes everywhere. No pictures, nothing to cheer you up. If you ask for something, it is refused! The management of this place should be ashamed of themselves!

Very friendly team and good facilities on site including fitness centre, pool and tennis court. Apartments well equipped for a short to medium stay - including washer/dryer. Excellent laundry service at reasonable prices.
• Mark (8/5): Covenient South Jakarta business location - A very convenient and well priced property if you want to be around South Jakarta. Two 1980's styled towers, apartments are spacious if a little tired. Very friendly and obliging team, good swimming pool and tennis court on site. Just 200m from CITOS - a major food centric shopping centre with department store a couple of dozen good food outlets for dinner, along with several cafes. Pretty fast wifi and plenty of space to spread out. Most apartments have a a combo washer/dryer which is a handy addition. Reasonably priced same day laundry service is also excellent. All round, a nice change from a hotel room at a good price. The Town Hall restaurant on-site is pretty basic but OK for breakfast when it's included.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Worst hotel - It's my the Worst hotel, smelly towels and stained beds and pillow. There was an ant in the bathroom, a spider and a lizard in the room. Eventually I have paid the money, but checked out earlier than scheduled.

However, the rooms were large and if you were going to spend the day out it was a great place to stay. the food was good. the pool was nice. MY only issue and it was a HUGE issue is the maid staff at the hotel came into my room when I had the do not disturb on. they did NOT come in to clean, but to MOVE MY STUFF. They placed things in one bedroom into the other. they took things out of one suitcase and placed them in another one. They took my medicine and hid it. I had to search for them and they were in another room, not beside the bed where I had them. I felt that was an invasion of my privacy and I didn't leave my room after that. I would never stay there again nor would I recommend anyone else to stay there. I spoke with the manager but I didn't hear anything else about it. No apology no nothing.
• ZHENGXIN (10/5): 出遊好地方 - 飯店應有盡有,可以煮火鍋開火,還有洗衣機,外面有游泳池,小孩遊戲區,附近還有超級市場,百貨公司,非常便利,服務人員非常友善,打掃整理也很乾淨.
