• carolyn (9/5): Comfort w/ immersion in history. - The hotel was in a great location for walking around Prague--it was right on the street that led to the Karlovy Most (Charles Bridge). You could walk directly into the city or stay on the left bank & walk up to the Castle. An elevator would have been nice but I realize it was not possible in such an old building.
• Stephanie (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt - Sehr gute Lage, praktisch direkt an der Karlsbrücke. Alles auf der Kleinseite und auch Altstadt usw. fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Straßenbahn auch nur 2 min entfernt. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Familiensuite im Dachgeschoss sehr geräumig und praktisch ist die komplett ausgestattete Küche. Machbar, aber viele Treppen zu bewältigen bis ins Dachgeschoss.

• geschiere (10/5): - Personal care of the employees was very good. We asked for gluten free bread during the booking process but they didn't have any during breakfast. One of the employees went to the grocery store to get it, which is really nice. Not much to complain. The bed was a bit on the hard side for me but that's personal preference and after days of walking you will sleep no matter what.

• Kurlova (10/5): When choosing a hotel in beautiful old Prague, we really wanted to feel the atmosphere of the city. This hotel captured - An old building with a cozy, stylish hotel inside. Right next to Charles Bridge the location is wonderful. Lovely, welcoming staff and a delicious breakfast. The receptionist was top-notch. Special thanks to him for making our stay so pleasant, fun, and memorable.

• Ferdinande (4/5): Trotz guter Bewertungen eine Entäuschung - Gute Lage, zwar freundliches Personal doch meist nicht vor Ort - sie nannten es „ flexible reseption“ in ihrer WhatsApp Konversation. Check in Zeiten werden bei der Buchung mit 15-23:30 angegeben, es wird jedoch kein Hinweis gegeben, dass es sich dabei meist um Self Checkin handelt. Bei mir bereits ab 16h. Frühstücksbuffet wird um 9h ( eine Stunde vor Ende) nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Käse, Mozzarella, Wurst,… waren aus und auch auf meine 2x Bitte nicht mehr zu bekommen . Begründung : „ Order from the Boss“. Gefährlicherweise löste sich die lange Leiste einer Stufe zum Bett, wodurch die zentimeterlangen Nägel herausragten. Angesichts der guten Bewertungen eine ziemliche „Ernüchterung“, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ?, es wird an vielem gespart ( Personal, Frühstücksbuffet, Instandhaltung,…z.B. kaum Duschabfluss). Vielleicht liegt es am neuen Management seit einigen Monaten ?

• Robert (9/5): Wir haben ein perfektes Wochenende verbracht - Wunderschönes historisches Gebäude mit charmanten Zimmern im Prager Stadtteil „Kleinseite“. Die Lage gleich bei der Karlsbrücke ist perfekt für alle möglichen Erkundungen in der Stadt. Alle Mitarbeitenden (inklusive Eigentümer) sind äußerst aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Room and bathroom are very big and comfortable. The breakfast is worth it with plenty of variety and made to order eggs. It was noisy so not for light sleepers and also no plug connection close to the bed.

• Pavol (8/5): - Lokalita, ochotný a milý personál, budova má staropražskú atmosféru, vybavenie izby je celkom fajn. Trochu slabšie raňajky - sme zvyknutí na väčší výber. Jedlá, ktoré by mali byť teplé (volské oko, párky, ...) boli síce v ohrievači, ale nebola pod ním žiadna sviečka ani nič iné, čo by tie jedlá ohrievalo. Niektoré jedlá vám pripravia na počkanie. Kúpelňa - ventilátor neodsával (toto nefunguje takmer v žiadnom hoteli, kde sme doteraz boli), nádoba na sprchový gél pripevnená v sprche bola prázdna, čo je nemilé prekvapenie ak to chcete použiť a prídete na to až vtedy, keď ste už mokrý v sprche. Steny medzi izbami nie sú asi veľmi hrubé, kedže bolo počuť hostí z vedľajšej izby.

La nostra camera era accogliente, pulita e silenziosa, inoltre avevamo a disposizione un bollitore con la possibilità di farci una tisana o un caffè. La colazione era fornita di una buona scelta di dolce e salato. Lo staff giovane e cortese a venire incontro alle nostre richieste.

Bardzo dobra komunikacja, dokładne informacje, łącznie ze zdjęciami budynku i informacją odnośnie self check-in. Personel bardzo miły i sympatyczny, udzielający dokładnych informacji i gotowy do pomocy. Bardzo dobre śniadania i kawa dostępna przez cały dzień. Zdecydowanie polecam nic do zarzucenia

• Ingrid (9/5): - Lage perfekt Abzocke aufgrund Besitzerwechsel. Wir haben im September 2025 fùr 3 Nàchte gebucht (ùber Ostern 2026) zum Preis von 598.-€. Im November wurde unser Flug um 1 Tag vorgeschoben. Daher wollten wir 1 Tag hinzubuchen, also 1 Tag davorsetzen. Wir erhielten vom Hotel eine Buchungsbestätigung und eine Preiserhöhung auf 639.-€. Eine Erhöhung von rund 40.-€ für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder schien uns normal. Als wir nun anreisten, wurden wir nach der 1. Übernachtung praktisch herausgeschmissen. Das Hotel habe im November 2025 den Besitzer gewechselt. Daher wurden bei der Umbuchung, unsere anderen 3 Nächte storniert und der Gesamtbetrag von 639.-€ für 1 einzige Übernachtung einbehalten.

• Alissa (10/5): History and charm in central Prague - I loved this place! This XVI century building, tastefully renovated and decorated, has its own character and ressembles no other. Location is fantastic - right next to the Charles bridge on the quieter side of the city, towards the Castle. My room was overlooking the street, yet it was quiet. I had a comfortable bed and cosy room. Reception is well organised and staff very helpful. There was a personal touch to this place which I really appreciated. Just to flag that hotel being a historical building, there is no elevator, and climbing the fairly steep stairs is something to keep in mind

• Torsten (8/5): Gute Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Prag - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, sowohl zur Burg als über die Karlsbrücke zum Altstädter Ring. Es sind sehr viele Touristen dort unterwegs. Das stört aber nicht in der Unterkunft, da die Fenster sehr geräuschdämmend sind.
• Ida (9/5): Prisvärt och fint! - Läget var perfekt med utsikt mot såväl Karlsbron som slottet. Vacker byggnad med mycket fina rum. Välstädat och mysigt. Frukosten var god med tillräckligt utbud. Äggröran var supergod, rekommenderas. All personal var trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi är inte vana vid så höga kuddar därför önskvärt att det fanns lite plattare kuddar som alternativ i rummet.

• Dmytro (10/5): Simply awesome! - This hotel is a real gem, if you manage to 'catch' a booking. The terrace with a table right behind the 'harpy,' surrounded by tiled roofs and overlooking the Malostranská Bridge Tower, will make you say 'Wow!' The room was very large yet cozy, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and caring - a solid 10 out of 10. Be prepared: to get to the upper rooms, you need to be in good shape, as there is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep.

• Anu (10/5): A Gem in Prague - This small hotel located in a late medieval building is a gem. It is really furnished with taste and paying attention to details: dark wood, panels, comfortable bed and high ceilings. The bathroom was luxurious and everything in the hotel room was immaculately clean. We did not have breakfast, but it would have been available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was towards to a busy street, but despite that there was no noise and the bed was very good. This was our first time in Prague and will certainly return to this same hotel.
