- Peter (8/5): Out in the country - Excellent food and service. Its a little off the beaten track but the rooms are ok.
- MARIE-PAULE (10/5): - Calme, cadre agréable, facilité de stationnement. Prix correct.
- Sadri (8/5): - Great place. tranquility super. Service not really great about hospitality.breaky should be included in the price as it is a very rural
- Sally (10/5): Lovely hotel on rural surroundings - Lovely hotel in rural surroundings.
Restaurant closed on Tuesday evenings but staff managed to produce a 3 course meal anyway.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - IT was very Nice that the restaurant was open for the quests of the hotel
- Michele (4/5): Unpleasant experience - Alhough we had a reservation for two nights we were told the morning after the first night that we had to leave before noon, that our reservation was for one night only. The owner said it was the fault of Expedia which always advertises for rooms available when there are none. She said they have been unsuccessful with attempts for Expedia to remedy this situation. We were forced to leave early. The management had known this since we made the reservation but didn't let us know when we arrived. When we were about to leave, a large group of tourists arrived and it seems we had to vacate to leave room for this more lucrative business opportunity for the hotel. We were reimbursed for the cancelled night.
The rooms was extremely small with no insect screen on the window and it was full of mosquitos. The bathroom was cramped with no ventilation.
Overall not a pleasant experience.
- Ruth (6/5): - Poor check in service. Major mosquito problem at night. Poor wifi. Nice and quiet location with great local bakery.
- Christina (2/5): Beware of this hotel! :-( - To our surprise when we arrived, we were told that the hotel was full and they could not accommodate us. We had a long discussion with the owner/manager, who kept on blaming hotels.com as not being responsible. After we showed him that our booking was paid for and guaranteed, he insisted that we phone you directly even though we hardly had any mobile reception in this hotel. We had just paid €64 for a taxi from the airport to this hotel because it was wrongly stated that the hotel is only 12km from the airport but in reality the distance is double 24km and deserted. It was getting very late in the evening and we strongly requested the room we paid for. Finally he decided to offer us a very small horrible room, where we could hardly move. The bathroom was completely outdated with the toilet stuck to the bath with broken tiles. We had no other choice but to accept as we had an early flight the next day. Being hungry after a long journey we had no other options but to use their restaurant. We ordered 2 Sirloin steak which were uneatable. The following morning we went for breakfast which was included. The breakfast consisted of of stale croissant, stale bread and butter/jam. The lady/owner that served us was extremely rude. We asked her if she could kindly book us a taxi to the airport but she replied arrogantly that a taxi would take more than 1 hour without checking. Luckily we used Uber. This was a horrendous experience and please keep away from this so called hotel.
- Trevor (10/5): Quiet spot in the country - Delightful rural auberge within easy reach of Toulouse. Quiet, comfortable and run by helpful people.
