• Timothy (9/5): A great room with a view - The guest house had a wonderful position, with great views over the coast and towards Taormina. The room was well decorated and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was peaceful away from the bustle of Taormina. An excellent buffet breakfast with some extremely tasty cakes on the terrace each morning was great. Good value. Shower didn’t work very well due to low water pressure and fridge a bit noisy. Road to property is steep with tight corners.

Le premier jour la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas mais cela a été réparé le lendemain par l’équipe donc un grand merci. L’isolation n’est pas parfait non plus mais il n’y avait aucun bruit lors de notre séjour

Frühstück mit Liebe zubereitet. Bett mega bequem. Pool mit Ausblick ebenfalls top, auch wenns noch zu kalt war, war ich drin :) Kleiner Tip: zu Fuß nach Taormina ist bisschen wild wegen den Autos aber machbar. Sonst am Einfahrt gibt's riesen Parkhaus. Wir wollten aber was trinken während des Tages und entspannen. Hin zu fuss, dann Taormina erkundet. Mit Seilbahn Einweg zur Isola Bella und anschließend im Restaurant(ihr kriegt eine Karte im Sciccosa) mit Blick auf Isola bella Dinner genießen, schön Taxi vom Restaurant bestellen und für 20 25€ wieder im Hotel. Unglaublich schön war es und genügend Zeit für alles. 100% weiterempfehlung. Nachbarn oben laut nach 22 Uhr. Dafür kann aber jetzt keiner was. :)

Lieu magnifique Très difficile d’accès par une route unique en lacets , très étroite ou vous risquez le choc frontal au 4 premiers virage (surtout vue la vitesse a laquelle les Siciliens conduisent). Nous n’avons pas pu sortir en voiture le soir pour aller diner. Conduire de nuit est Trop dangereux pour nous. Aucun restau accessible à pied. L’accueil a notre arrivée n’a pas été des plus chaleureux. Pas de conseils

L’hôte (femme) est d’une gentillesse sans nom, elle nous laissée profité de la piscine le dernier après midi alors que notre réservation était finie. Vue incroyable, piscine au top, terrasse du déjeuner très agréable. Attention ne surtout pas se rendre dans le restaurant conseillé par l’hôte (homme), arnaque pour les touristes (addition gonflée). Literie a revoir, insonorisation déplorable. L’hôte (homme) ne nous a pas laissé accéder au toilettes pendant l’après midi piscine !

Curata nei dettagli, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, struttura immersa nella pace e tranquillità, ideale per chi vuole stare a Taormina ma non nel caos. La zona piscina stupenda con un bel solarium e una piscina a sfioro con vista mare e Taormina. Incantevole! Un posto che consiglio per chi cerca davvero un luogo sciccoso come il nome della struttura. Noi in quando coppia che possiede un b&b abbiamo valutato tutto e non possiamo altro che dire : tutto meraviglioso!

• Charlotte (6/5): Overall below expectation - We stayed for two nights. The staff was friendly but not particularly attentive. The view is great, but the pictures looked more promising than the reality. The walls are very thin – you hear everything from next door. The room felt a bit old and dark, the bathroom just okay and sometimes no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was very basic and not really healthy.

• Adriana (10/5): - Die Aussicht auf Taormina und das Meer sind wunderschön. Das gesamte Personal war überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sowie das Bad wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Da das Hotel etwas abgelegen von Taormina ist, ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen.

• Jarosław Rzeszutek (9/5): - Bardzo przytulny pensjonat, pyszne śniadania, parking tuż przy wjeździe. Niesamowity widok na Taorminę i morze. Bardzo miły personel, widać że się starają i dbają o gości. Pokoje czyste, dokładnie sprzątane każdego dnia. Cienkie ściany - niestety słuchać hałasy z sąsiednich pokoi. W trakcie deszczu woda uderzała o jakąś blachę na zewnątrz generując hałas, który budził nas w nocy.

Für nicht so geübte Autofahrer könnte allenfalls die Anfahrt und das Parken vielleicht eine Herausforderung sein.

• Heather (10/5): - The view from the pool is the highlight of this property. It's away from the crowds and peaceful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the AC worked well enough. Breakfast was exceptional with bread, yogurt, pastries, and eggs made to order. As others have said, it would be difficult to stay here without a car. Even with a car, it's a steep and windy road, and the parking is challenging. It would be nice to have some options for drinks in the evening, or plan to bring your own. We did and they were kind enough to offer ice and glasses for us.

• Filippo (9/5): Siamo stati molto bene durante il nostro pernottamento, tutti sono stati molto gentili e la guest house è tenuta molto b - Vista spettacolare, letto molto confortevole, camera molto pulita e sia il signore che la signora sono stati molto gentili. Colazione monotona, potrebbero variare i prodotti Avendo la camera al pian terreno, a volte si sentiva un odore cattivo proveniente dai tombini della piscina, ma niente di grave.

Svegliarsi con la luce del sole che si riflette sul mare in una cornice d’eccezione non ha prezzo. La piscina a sfioro rende la permanenza unica. Un plauso allo staff, nelle persone di Simona e Ciro, estremamente gentili e cortesi, pronti a dare indicazioni e suggerimenti preziosi per la permanenza. Torneremo sicuramente. Nulla.
• HORTENSIA (8/5): Agradable y acogedor - Es tranquilo y está alejado del bullicio de taormina, lo cual viene bien para aparcar, pero tienes que usar el coche para todo. Acogedor, limpio, cama cómoda Hay avispas pesadas en el exterior

Il B&B offre camere pulite e confortevoli, con una splendida terrazza e una piscina a sfioro con vista mozzafiato. Il personale è stato molto accogliente. Un’esperienza di relax e comfort che raccomandiamo vivamente!
• Eric (6/5): Décevant - La vue. Établissement très difficile d’accès avec une route sinueuse et mal entretenue. Un « mini parking » à l’hôtel. Il ne faut pas y aller avec un véhicule imposant. Nous avons abîmé notre voiture de location en reculant tellement tout se joue dans un mouchoir de poche. De plus atteindre Taormina le soir est un vrai calvaire, des bouchons partout, très peu de places pour se garer nous avons fini par devoir chercher un restaurant beaucoup plus loin. Attention pas de restauration possible dans cet établissement excepté le petit-déjeuner.

• LAÉTITIA (9/5): Bien - La chambre propre, le petit déjeuner avec du choix, le parking gratuit, tarif plus abordable par rapport aux autres B&B. Assez excentré de Taormina, pas de navette ou de transport. Pas gênant pour nous qui avions une voiture mais à savoir pour les voyageurs en général. Le bruit du passage dans le couloir manque d'isolation.

Good location to get to anywhere needed via hire car Stuck for food in the evening if you cannot make it to a restaurant. We had this happen during our August stay as tourism peaks and the volume of traffic blocked us from getting to the Centre.
• Nico (9/5): Schönes Guest House mit tollem Blick. - Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Berg und sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und es mangelt eigentlich an Nichts - man muss nur nachfragen und bekommt einen Tipp für ein Restaurant oder auch frisches Rührei. Die Unterkunft liegt relativ weit entfernt von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln auf einem Berg, sodass ein Auto oder Taxi notwendig ist um an- / abzureisen oder etwas zu unternehmen während des Aufenthalts.
• Giovanni (10/5): Super Sciccosa - La posizione della struttura è straordinaria: circondata dal verde, nella campagna taorminese, consente di rilassarsi nel silenzio in assoluta tranquillità, ma nel contempo di raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro di Taormina o la spiaggia di Isola Bella. Il paesaggio è da cartolina. La signora Patrizia ci ha accolti come una perfetta padrona di casa; il personale tutto è stato gentilissimo. Ottima la pulizia! Niente
• Susan (10/5): Wonderful haven of rest and relaxation with lovely staff and owner - truly exceptional. - Sciccosa is a beautiful haven in the sunshine with lovely staff. The pool and view are truly good for the soul and being woken by a cockerel and the sound of church bells throughout the day this is a really lovely place to relax and recharge. The only downside to staying a Sciccosa is the need to get taxis to and from Taormina. Getting a taxi from the guest house is fine and we were quoted 25 euro for the journey. However, trying to get a taxi from Taormina back to the guest house is not always easy and the price being quoted can vary going up to 40 euro after midnight. So with the stress and cost of the taxi's I would definitely consider hiring a car the next time.

The owner Patriczia & her staff were exceptional in their help & kindness, nothing was too much trouble, we couldn’t thank them all enough. They would gladly help with any advice about places to go & see. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this guest house It was extremely clean & well cared for & it had the most amazing views over the whole area, although it was not in the centre of Taormina, it was in a much more quiet and relaxed setting, yet still within a five minute (20/25 €euro ride) away from the centre. The Taormina train station is a five minute taxi (€20)ride away where you can access lots of other coastal resorts. The staff were always available to call us a taxi. The public transport system was readily available & very reasonably priced and accessible. We didn’t hire a car although lots do staying here, we found we were able to get by without a car and the owner Patriczia kindly gave us lifts down to the station whenever it was convenient which was a great help. Staying here genuinely made for us a great holiday I can’t say anything negative about the property, there were two of us and we both felt the same
• Emma (8/5): Beautiful property with stunning views - The property was absolutely gorgeous, the view was priceless and the hosts couldn’t have been any more hospitable. We stayed for 4 nights / 5 days and spent 2 mornings lazing by the pool enjoying the breathtaking view. The location was very far out from Taormina, before going we planned to walk into Taormina (it looked like a hour walk on Google maps) but this literally isn’t an option. The taxi there is €25 so we spent a lot on taxis to and from the property. Car hire is an option but we wouldn’t have felt safe driving up and down the hill (it is very very very steep and bendy), that said we wouldnt change our stay here the view was worth it, but we would’ve been better prepared knowing we’d spent so much on taxis
• Siobhan (9/5): Fabulous bright, clean guest house, with wonderful views out over the water. - This guest house was a total delight and made my stay in Taormina wonderful. The host Simone is amazing, so welcoming and helpful - she sent me to her nail and laundry ladies to get myself sorted! As well as parking and food recommendations of course. The hotel is bright and clean, and the included breakfast is really lovely. The view down the mountain and over the water from my room was gorgeous, and the night time staff brought me ice and a proper wine glass to enjoy dinner on my little balcony. Highly recommend. I found driving up the twisty roads to the hotel a fun adventure, the road generally wasn’t too busy. Great value for money for a Taormina holiday. Nothing to complain about the property at all. Factor ~15euro into your daily budget for parking if you plan to drive to Taormina and spend the day in town. Parking in the big Porta Catania carpark was very accessible and easy though.

Location is good too, 10 mins from the centre of Taormina. Ubers really easy to order and costs around €20 for one way into the town. I can’t wait to come back with my husband as this property is brilliant!

• Merry (10/5): Fantastic value for money with a wonderful view - The rooms are spacious and clean, we had a terrace with ours. The pool area is great and has a fantastic view. It gets the sun all day. The property is only a few mins drive from the parking right outside the pedestrianised centre of Taormina. We had to leave early and the host prepared us an early breakfast and brought it to our room. Our favourite place we stayed in Sicily and fantastic value for money. There was nothing to criticise.
• Craig (9/5): Relaxing spot just outside busy Taormina - Friendly staff. Fantastic views. Breakfast very good. Comfortable bed. Room was a modest size. Need a car as taxis will be 50 euro return into Taormina (even though it's only 10-15 mins away).

• Mark (9/5): Perfect base for exploring Taormina and the surrounding area - Fantastic views towards Taormina and the sea. Very well maintained, well appointed rooms. Rooms have their own terrace area and there is communal dining area, as well as a breakfast terrace with lemon trees. Simona was delightful, helpful and welcoming. You will need a car to use this property. It’s position means that it’s quite a long climb up, and ten minutes drive from parking in Taormina.
• Elgie (10/5): We loved it and highly recommend it! - This guest house was clean, beautiful, with amazing views. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Fresh eggs and warm pasteries.
