• Lesa (2/5): Pool guy was very nice, older gentleman. The rest sadly was just gross and not comfortable - Pools A bit filthy. Guests that made it uncomfortable, on drugs and acting paranoid. Did not accept my apple Mastercard when checking in. Bathroom was not cleaned.
• Tony (7/5): We had a great time and kids really enjoyed it. - My kids loved it! They enjoyed the pools and playground. Staff was friendly and everything went smoothly. Great for families with kids and good location for nearby attractions and beaches. TV was very grainy. Didn't bother me but other family members were surprised. The pictures on the website do not reflect current state of the features. My biggest disappointment was that the pond mentioned on the website is fenced off with ugly signs and unaccessible. We used to be able to walk down to the pond to look at the frogs and dragonflies.

• Stephanie (7/5): Ok for the price - Service was amazing the room was old and the AC wasn’t working. opening the door to go inside was also difficult to open. Bath was dirty.
• Albert (5/5): - The room was clean and properly stocked with towels and soap. There was no hot water Saturday evening. I returned from dinner, took care of a couple things and washed my face. The water was maybe lukewarm. The water would not get any warmer. Sunday morning was better. Hot water was available.
• Jeffrey (3/5): Decent place to stay if your kids dont mind cold water and want a water slide to ride. - The water slide is cool but the pools were as cold as the ocean water and the water slide was broken for half of the day on saturday Staff accused me and my guest of using the room next to us that was apparently left open and threatened to charge me extra with no proof. I have been staying at this hotel since i was 8 years old (about 15 stays in my lifetime) and they had 3 water slides a ferris wheel a train that kids could ride around the whole property and swan boats you could use on the pond as well as a petting zoo. Now only the big water slide normal pool and kids pool remain plus staff was very rude.

• Christina (10/5): Recommend highly all year long! - Move-in customer service and friendliness of the manager. Location was on the main road, very convenient to everything I needed, and still quiet and quaint. It felt like a small in on the Cape. Perfect room for my business stay. I liked everything about my stay.

• Irene (4/5): Saved a bunch of money, but it wasn't worth it. - Location was good and the price could not be beat. The room was really old and out of date and definitely not clean. Also, there were lots of rooms at the front of the motel with a paved parking area, but I was given a room at the back side where there was not a paved parking area. I thought that was rather strange.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the shower was nasty and the AC couldn’t be used because it was so dirty it just blew out dust, dirt and a nasty odor. The place was sketchy as hell and over the top dirty!

• Susan (8/5): - Room was a good size with a king bed and the property was well kept. Bathroom needs attention but was agood size. Close to all services and major highways and ocean. Attentive staff and all requests were taken care of. Great spot for kids with pool and play area.

• Richard (2/5): - Very noisy, too close to highway, window did not lock, cereal and pastry very stale, party animals noisy and lots of trash on ground, furniture in room looked like it was picked up at the dump or a yard sale, tv was staticky, no room cleanup until I left(was there seven nights) blamed on Covid ( three years later!), could see daylight around edge of door, a dirty place. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances. It was pathetic! Just plain awful!

Room was smelly, accumulated filth behind the tops on the sink, the gentleman in the morning did not acknowledge us or speak to us. The eggs were possibly 2 or 3 days old squished together in the container. There was trouble checking in as I had tried to do it online and it didn't work.
