- Matthew (7/5): - Location was perfect for our stay I wouldn't stay in a front-facing room again. The noise from the Shisha customers on the ground floor continued until dawn, and we had to have the windows open to cool the room.

Très proche d’une rue où tout peut être vendu: du crak, du shit … avec des nombreux SDF alcoolisés Rue sale Hébergement : À l’arrivée on nous installe dans une annexe de l’hôtel, peu entretenue, mobilier abîmé, finitions non abouties Demande de chambres non attribuées malgré un mail de confirmation (chb eu à la 3ieme nuit). Pas de volets et un projecteur qui éclaire comme en plein jour. Pas d’insonorisation même dans l’hôtel Services: Hôtel indiqué 5 étoiles de bases, retrouvé à 3 étoiles par la suite sur booking mais en réalité je sais pas si il y en a une. Indique un petit déjeuner et quand on demande à l’accueil on nous informe qu’il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner sur place.

- Philipp (8/5): Good bang for a buck - Budget-y option outside the city centre. We didn’t expect much, yet.. Got everything you need in the room and in its surroundings. The city was easy to reach via Elizabeth or Picadilly Line. The neighbourhood is okay, but Chiswick is close and cute for walks. Would book again. A bit strong on the air refresheners

The environment was much busier than expected when we arrived, which made it feel overcrowded and uncomfortable. During the night, there was loud praying coming from the neighbouring room around midnight, which disturbed our rest. The listing photos also did not clearly show the surrounding area or the general atmosphere around the hotel. If this had been accurately presented beforehand, we would not have chosen to book there. The accommodation may suit guests who share the same faith and lifestyle reflected in the environment, but for people from different religious backgrounds, it may not feel suitable or comfortable.

Able to get a twin room that was comfy and spacious enough for a single night The bathroom layout was a bit odd with a bath curtain in the shower meaning you couldn't really avoid getting water on the floor but despite that the room was alright

Especially when you handing to the hotel with luggages. And the room is really small. Probably good for one person, We two were a little bit crowded
- ARTUR (4/5): "Pokoju rodzinnego Deluxe" nie polecam. - Pokój sprzątany, wymieniane ręczniki i uzupełniane zestawy do napojów. Wbrew nazwie to nie jest "Pokój rodzinny typu Deluxe". Słabej jakości meble, szczególnie łazienkowe (okleina), niewielka ilość miejsca, drzwi wejściowe zatrzaskowe, bez możliwości przekręcenia zamka od wewnątrz, brak przejściówki do gniazdka. Największym problemem jest głośne otoczenie (bar z palarnią sziszy), a szczególnie brak poczucia bezpieczeństwa, ze względu na zewnętrzne (boczne), niezamykane wejście do przedsionka pokoju, który wygląda obskurnie. Wbrew temu co pisze w odpowiedziach na pytania podróżujących recepcja nie jest czynna całą dobę, co utrudnia wymeldowanie.

- Roberto (8/5): E' stata una scoperta casuale che si è rivelata una sorpresa. - Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Struttura molto pulita e profumata. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Stanza dalle dimensioni sufficienti alle nostre esigenze (siamo abituati ad uscire presto e rientrare tardi per godere della città ospitante). Servizio di pulizia e cambio biancheria e asciugamani ottimo. Servizio TV presente e funzionante anche con canali satellitari. Piccolo frigo presente e funzionante. Bagno modesto e funzionale. Doccia ben tenuta e funzionale. Stanza molto calda. Posizione della struttura in zona 3 (periferica) ma ben servita sia da autobus che metropolitane (queste raggiungibili in pochi minuti con bus). Il materasso a molle un pochino morbido, La tendina nella doccia potrebbe essere sostituita con porta a soffietto (anche di plastica). La finestra della camera affaccia su una corte interna abitata. Per motivi di privacy sarebbe consigliato munirla di vetri offuscati, per evitare di tenere sempre la tenda chiusa.

Además que tiene fácil acceso a personas de movilidad reducida y ascensor No me gustó la habitación. Era muy antigua y no se parecía nada a las de las fotos. Todo era con alfombra roja . A mí me tocó en el 1er piso, no sé si las demás plantas están mejor

- Micha (1/5): Slechtste hotel ooit - Niets vreselijke was het. Ze zaten binnen waterpijp te roken en te bidden. Het leek wel een shisha lounge/ moskee. We voelde ons als 2 vrouwen alleen niet veilig. Kapot toilet. Schimmel smerige vloer en gevaarlijke buurt. We zouden 5 nachten blijven. Snel een nieuw hotel geboekt en de volgende dag weggegaan.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful: we were missing some cutlery after ordering takeout, and they kindly provided us with some disposable ones. We also have nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness; only on the first day the room wasn’t cleaned, but it wasn’t an issue since we were out all day. The Wi-Fi worked well and was very convenient during our stay. In addition, the area is well served with shops and is very well connected by bus and metro. Excellent value for money.

- Patrik Mrázek (9/5): Na takový víkend bych toto ubytování doporučil klidně i příbuzným. - Lokalita byla celkem klidná, připomínalo mi to rušností některá z menších měst v České republice, což jsem velice ocenil. Dopravní dostupnost do centra super. Velmi pohodlné matrace. Celkem čisté prostředí. Dostupnost podniků s jídlem, nechci použít slovo restaurací, protože to byl mix různých podniků, byla dobrá a bylo z čeho vybírat. To samé obchody všeho druhu jsou k dispozici taktéž v hojném počtu. Obsluha byla vstřícná a i přes to že jsme přišli už v pozdějších hodinách na check-in, tak s námi bylo jednáno velice slušně a mile. Měli jsme to jako výlet na prodloužený víkend. A na to je tento hotel zcela ideální. Cena/výkon super. Ohledně té restaurace/baru- Ano procházíte přímo okolo, nicméně hosté ani obsluha si vás nevšímají, a pokoj ani společné prostory cítit "dýmkou" v čase když jsme se tam pohybovali nebyli. Takže toho není vůbec potřeba se bát. Co se týče vybavení pokojů, tak bych řekl že takový standart- mýdlo, ručníky, toaletní potřeby, klimatizace, konvice + čaj s kávou... prostě klasika. Co mě velice překvapilo byla klasická evropská zásuvka u postele...nepočítal jsem s tím a nevím jestli je mají na všech pokojích ale byl jsem velice mile překvapen. Taktéž jsem byl velmi překvapen z toho jakým způsobem mají vyřešené rolety...po zatažení zůstane v místnosti úplná tma. A další super věc byla chytrá televize...je možnost pustit si například Youtube,což bylo opět příjemné překvapení. Jediné co by se dalo vytknout byli čistě vizuální detaily... působilo to, jako by se někdo učil opravovat různé věci svépomocí... ale to vůbec není důležité. Vše fungovalo na 100%, takže max nějaký ten vizuální nedostatek ale jinak bylo toto místo skvělé. Pokud někdo hledá luxus, tady ho nenajde, ale pokud se chcete prostě jen dobře vyspat, odpočinout si do dalšího dne, být v čistotě a klidu, a mít ochotný personál + dobrý výchozí bod za super peníze tak tohle místo mohu určitě doporučit.

- Anna (8/5): Great price for London - Really good price for London!! Clean room, comfortable bed etc. Check in was straight forward, bus routes just outside. No issues as such just can be quite loud downstairs. Really perfect for a night or twos stay though.

- Ana Rita (8/5): Boa experiência. - A 10 min do metro. Supermercados mesmo ao lado. Cafés agradáveis para pequeno almoço. O quarto e casa de banho encontravam se limpos. As camas eram confortáveis. Os funcionários firam muito simpáticos e deixaram nos guardar lá as malas antes da hora do checkin e também após a hora do chekout. Quarto um pouco pequeno para 3 adultos. Falta na casa de banho uma tomada, cabides para pendurar roupa ou as necessaires.
