La chambre est spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Et chambre au calme. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, je recommande sans hésiter.

• Kerry (8/5): - Nice hotel but slightly out of the way beds were really comfortable which is important nice friendly staff if you're going to book ring them direct or email. What I didn't like they are building another hotel really close so you are woken up at 8am decided to move opposite side of hotel but then was woken up at 5.30 bloody chickens making a right noise so moved back to old room. I starting walking to wonderland where all the bars are 15 min walk bankapour all restaurants are 10 min walk.

• JOHN (8/5): - The property itself, the staff, the room, etc., are all fine and well worth only $23 USD per night. We did not know prior to booking that there was construction going on next door which is very loud during the day. When that building is finished, this will be fine. They do need to change their bath towels, as they had a terrible smell. If they take care of this, everything will be fine. The gym and pool are ample and nice. They have security at night. We will stay here again after the construction is finished. We will bring our own towels and wash them ourselves.

• Peter (10/5): Excellent value for money - The precious is a hotel that meets all your basic needs. It is not flashy but is extremely good value for money. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to single male travellers. However it is way better than staying in a hostel if you’re backpacking. The room I stayed in needed a bit of a paint job. But it was fine. There were scuff marks on the walls and bathroom ceiling, it didn’t affect my comfort though.

• Nicholas (8/5): A great place away from the tourist centre. - A great stay overall! Check-in was quick and easy (500 Baht key deposit). My large, bright corner room was spotless, with daily checks keeping everything in order. Calm, respectful guests made for a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was clean and quiet, having it to myself most afternoons. Recommended— and even better for long-term stays. Some road noise on the roadside rooms (earplugs needed), but I am a light sleeper.

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - I really like the facilities in this condominium. Very nice swimming pool. On the first floor there’s laundry area. The room is big and clean, it has sitting area with desk, it’s convenient for people who work remotely. There’s only one suggestion that I want to share. You can make the room better by adding drying rack on the balcony.

• Pedram (6/5): Good for short stay - Bed was big and comfy, room was spacious and very nice balcony. Also the pool and gym are nice to have available. Great location, price ok. The staff lady that checked me in reacted badly to me stating that cash deposits for rooms should be notified to customers by email before checking in to avoid issues. She acted in a very sulky and ignorant manner afterwards for the rest of my stay even though it was no big deal. The other staff member and security were more friendly. Bathroom had black mould.
• Tim (10/5): My precious - Big room, lovely staff, good value. One of the few places I've stayed in Huahin where the safe actually fits a laptop. Many hotels don't even have any safe. I had a little trouble getting into the room at first, you had to pull the door tight while turning the key. After the reception told me the knack I noticed one took the trouble to tape the instructions on the door so other guests won't have that issue and I never did again, even when coming back from the pub. Very limited availability so couldn't stay longer! The land directly in front of the hotel will at some point soon be built on. It hasn't started yet. The bathroom window in my room couldn't be shut completely so hard to keep out insects. Balcony's are quite small.

• Anya (5/5): Read above - The room size was great. Not well located to city centre. Although there was a 7/11 around the corner and food/restaurants nearby it is way too far from the beach or centre particularly if you don’t have transport. Air conditioning remote didnt work and we had to turn off and on through the hole in the aircon point. Quite dangerous. However was able to get new batteries the next day. Shower was very poor and thankfully we were only staying 2 days. English and greeting by reception basic. Security guy at building entrance says he does not speak or understand English and is deaf so cannot communicate or understand anything. Trouble is that if there were issues at night you would not be able to communicate with security to obtain any assistance!! We ended up relocating to another far better hotel with better reception greeting, English speaking and understanding staff. Located close to beach and other facilities- market, supermarkets, mall.

• Sid Ali (10/5): Séjour sympa - L'hôtel offre des locations à longue et courte durée. Il est situé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, 20 minutes du night market et du market village. Les chambres dont spacieuses et bien tenues. La piscine est propre et le fitness n'est malheureusement pas climatisé.

• Brede (10/5): - For the price, I was very happy with my stay here. Big room, good wifi, nice with a balcony, also has gym and small pool. Friendly hotel staff as well who got me a bike in 5 mins. Keep in mind there are some long term residents living here so not just hotel guests. Only downside would be bed is pretty hard, can certainly recommend this place if you want a budget friendly hotel. 7/11 right outside the lobby and other restaurants/shops

It is clean and comfortable with good air con. Nice pool, a gym too! Close to bars and eateries and a short walk to the beach if you can endure the heat. The staff are really friendly and helpful too. This place isn’t the ritziest….its basic but good. I would definitely stay here again. There was nothing to dislike. Budget accommodation at its best I would say..👍

• Rick (8/5): - Room size was large, which was nice, with marble floors, large bathroom, my room also had a nice view overlooking the pool and street scene plus mountain view beyond. The staff are all super sweet and helpful. Some noise from the busy street about 200 m away, but generally quiets down after about 10 pm If you get a room on the other side, you may have some roosters to wake up to, lol.
• Vanadium9 (9/5): Best value for money in the area, 7min drive from the beach. - Quite location, but close to the shops and night market. Swimming pool and the gym. Gap under the door 15-20mm,which is not good for soundproofing. Swimming pool water is quite cold, the flow can be adjusted so it will heat up during day.

Ridicilous conditions for deposit longstay & the conditions and pricing when checkout (ctm need to pay for cleaning airco and curtains) Conditions has to do with smoking, but even if you not smoke and you neighbor smokes you could lose your deposit.
• Paul (9/5): The Precious in Hua Hin; a good choice - This was my in Hua Hin, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was big enough, and very clean. The location seemed a bit far the first day, but it really wasn't; I had gone longer way. From then on I looked forward to the walk. There are many shops and street food a stone's throw away, and a 7-Eleven 1-2, minute walk. The Precious is good value for the money, and I will be back. Nothing here.

• David (8/5): Clean, good pool/gym but a little far out of town - The hotel staff were really good, friendly, welcoming and spoke good English. It's a good 25 minute walk to the beach down soi 88 but I'm happy walking everywhere in 30+ degree heat. Some really good coffee places and street food just outside the apartment and the pool & gym were of a good standard despite no AC in the gym! Certainly helps you sweat out all the toxins. Quite a lot of long term residents in the block. Due to the lack of carpets or any home comforts in the rooms they felt a bit clinical and because of this noise travels easily. If you're at the rear of the block beware significant noise from barking dogs and cockerels in the morning!! I asked to be moved halfway through my stay due to this and excessive noise from an inconsiderate long term resident. Unfortunately the other room was just as noisy so this tarnished what would have been a really good experience. I wouldn't stay here again because of the noise.
• Jack (8/5): Good hotel - Originally booked a standard room and immediately had to upgrade. Very small and dark and more suitable for a quick one night stay. The deluxe room was totally different. Spacious, light and clean. Yet again, as with most hotels, no table or chairs to eat at. Basic comforts surely!

• Gerald (8/5): - The room is new, but getting grubby in parts as if just given a cursory clean each day. A bit out of the way with no shuttle, passing motorbike taxi or tuktuk. A couple of reasonable eating places opposite.

Little stand open till lunch time, closed on Sunday's. Fantastic pastries and bread. Great pizza and more across the street at Mr. beam. Bar next to it. Laundry close by. Love Hua Hin.
• Darryl (10/5): It is Precious indeed - I love Hua Hin. I watched this building go up and thought of trying it out for a stay. Now I would love long term. Great place. Brand new, nice pool, friendly staff, parking,easy access. Mr. Beam pizza across the street, Mone Bar next to that.
