- 0801mermaid (3/5): - 設施設計與人員緊急應對是否改檢討:本次半夜因為水槽泡澡時溢流，由8樓換到13樓，溫泉水槽不同樓層設計不同居然不知道，8樓浴池有個缺口，較無法承載溢出後的水，排水位置不佳，此設計容易流至臥房，當夜突然間發生此事興致全無也無法法好好休息，半夜換至13樓，夜晚人員說溫泉水流到地板，可能要增加清潔費，完全不合理，13樓的溫泉槽設計反而沒有缺口，看起來已經被補起來，排水位置也靠近排水口，無法理解為何對顧客如此反應，值班人員緊急回飯店得到回應是飯店從未遇過此事，公司應該重視此事
