- Gerhard (4/5): Ich war vor 3 Jahren schon mal in diesem Hotel. Gegenüber damals hat es sehr nachgelassen. - Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht. Die Lage zum Strand war das einzige Positive. Das Personal war zwar nett, aber mangels Englischkenntnisse gab es Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. Wir sprechen auch kein Por-tugiesisch. Irgendwie ging es dann doch mit der Verständigung unter Benutzung einer Übersetzungs-App. Bei der Frage nach Getränken wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass es im Hotel keine gibt und wir sie im benachbarten Restaurant holen sollten. In den 7 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes wurde unser Zimmer nur einmal gereinigt. Die Putzfrau ist uns einmal im Flur begegnet. Dort war sie schon etwas krank, danach haben wir sie nicht mehr gesehen. „Pflegeprodukte sollte man sich besser selbst mitbringen, es gibt nicht einmal Seife. Die Duschkabine hat ihre beste Zeit schon lange hinter sich. Auch war der Toilettendeckel defekt. Das Bett macht einen Heidenlärm, man sollte also keine hohen Ansprüche stellen, was den Schlafkomfort betrifft. Die Mattratzen sind hart und durchgele-gen. Auch das Schlafen bei offenem Fenster geht gar nicht. Wenn der Lärm der PKWs und vom Fitnessstu-dio abgeklungen ist, der nicht schlimm war fing jeden Abend spät ein Hund in der Nachbarschaft zu kläffen an. Und das ging dann die ganze Nacht in unregelmäßigen Abständen.

E sempre disponíveis para colaborar com vista a garantir uma boa estadia aí hóspede. problemas da fechadura da porta mas foram rápidos em arranjar uma solução com troca de quarto. No quarto inicial estavam muitos artigos essenciais em falta, que provavelmente esqueceram de repor a quando da limpeza.

Pedi fatura. o alojamento pediu mais 15%. Disse que não pagava mais e que ía reclamar. no ultimo dia da estadia ficaram de a enviar sem custos adicionais mas, até agora, não recebi nada. Espaço a evitar. Nem o preço baixo justifica. Não reservei com pequeno almoço, mas a zona das refeições tinha um cheiro intenso a comida.

- gijs (6/5): - prijs, ontbijt, hygiene en het bed was ook goed. de man bij de receptie sprak geen engels. kreeg een kamer zonder uitzicht (1 raam in een lichtkoker) en kleiner dan aangegeven. toen was er lekkage en moest ik van kamer wisselen die avond zat er een gat in mijn badkamer door de reparatie. de dame bij de receptie sprak wel engels en heeft het goed opgelost. geluidsoverlast van koelkasten en airco's heb mijn dagen op kebra kanela beach doorgebracht 15min lopen. boodschappen op 10min.

Das sei nunmal mein Zimmer. Es gäbe eine Dachterrasse, die aber im Moment geschlossen sei. Für eine Nacht habe ich es auf sich beruhen lassen, zumal das Zimmer an sich okay war.

- Francois (7/5): - Proche de la mer, 15 minutes a pied de restos sympa, petit déjeuner simple mais fourni. le pauvre chien abandonné quelques jours sur sa terrasse de 6 m2 par ses maîtres.....et qui du coup a aboyé par vagues jour ...et nuit. Vérifier avant d´accepter la 103 que il n´y a pas un labrador noir sur la terrasse voisine.

- Rolf (3/5): LT meiden - Der Check-In wurde nur ausgeführt unter der Bedingung, dass zusätzlich zu dem Komplettpreis der bei Booking.com vereinbart wurde eine Gebühr von 560 CVE etwa 5 euro pro Nacht gezahlt wurden. Eine schriftliche Anfrage hierzu bei Booking.com wurde nicht beantwortet. Hier schleicht sich eine traurige Praxis bei Booking.com (rip-off) ein. Es gibt dann Hotels bei denen die Übernachtungssteuer einbegriffen ist und Hotels bei denen diese nicht inbegriffen ist. Sichtbar ist es nur , wenn danach gesucht wird. Resultat bei Booking.com gibt es zwei unterschiedliche Komplettpreise, die allerdings nicht gekennzeichnet sind. Bei der Buchung über booking.com empfiehlt sich also eine intensivere Recherche bei eurer Schnellbuchung. Die Schnellbuchung wird zur profunden Internetrecherche. Für mich ist das nichts anderes als ein “foul play”. p.s.: entgegen der Angaben bei Booking.com gibt es im Hotel weder Frühstück noch Mittag- oder Abendessen. Das Hotel hat wenig Zimmer mit Fenster nach außen , sondern in der Regel zum Innenbereich. Einen angekündigten Balkon gibt es nicht. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer war bei uns defekt Fliegengitter am Fenster nicht existent, was zu entsprechendem Blutverlust führt.

- Tamas (8/5): Nice staff, spacious and clean room!! - I booked it the same day on my arrival to the island, as a substitute of my original hotel. The staff were really nice, rooms are spacious and nicely clean for a good price. Spent 2 nights here, but only because i was moving around the island with the moto. Comfortable bed, nice shower. There is a restaurant in the corner of the street (haven’t tried). 5 minutes drive from Plateau and centre of Praia. Wifi is working fine, but uploads are really slow.

A szobám ablakából és a szálloda tetejéről is láttam az Atlanti-óceánt, 50 méterre egy étterem, 180 méterre egy quad- és robogókölcsönző! A szoba tiszta, a személyzet barátságos, a reggeli finom, az ágy kényelmes, és a tiszta fürdőszobában minden működött. Wi-Fi tökéletesen megfelelt. 1 ágyas szoba helyett ugyanazon az áron 3 ágyast kaptam, így a szoba igazán tágas. Van légkondicionáló, TV, hűtőszekrény és privát fürdőszoba. Reggeli lehetne változatosabb. Alapjában rendben volt.

- ТУДРЕТ (6/5): - Я поменяла предыдущую комнату (одноместную) на трёхместную. Да, эта комната значительно лучше. Персонал был очень любезен. Комната для троих человек достаточно просторная. Есть кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, хороший душ. Матрасы конкретно в этой комнате были слишком твердые. Хотя я останавливалась в другом номере этого отеля и там матрас был отличный. Лично мне не очень понравилось месторасположение самого отеля. Далеко от центра. И рядом кроме нескольких кафе больше ничего нет. Возможно кто приехал за пляжным отдыхом, то недалеко пляж. Но для других целей это не очень удобное расположение.
- ТУДРЕТ (6/5): - Приветливый персонал. Понравился в одноместном номере отличный матрас, чистота, есть кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник. Останавливалась в одноместном номере. Он оказался практически без окна(окно выходило в какой то колодец). Было душно, очень плохая шумоизоляция, напора и горячей воды в душе не было. Любезный персонал принесли мне горячую воду в ведре и ковшик))

- Marius (10/5): Safe and comfortable stay in Praia, good value for money. - The staff is super helpful and friendly. I arrived in the middle of the night from the port and the receptionist assisted me and was super welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean.

- Faye (4/5): Hébergement à améliorer. - Hormis l'emplacement qui est dans un quartier résidentiel, rien ne nous a plus. La literie et le frigo bar sont médiocres. Même pas une bouteille d'eau n'est offerte dans les chambres et il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans les toilettes qui ne sont pas très fonctionnelles. Le wifi non plus n'est pas de qualité. Tout est à revoir !

- Laura (10/5): LT stay - Great staff, very helpful. We asked for recommendations for dinner and weren't disappointed, had troubles with our scooter but the night staff gave us a hand. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning. 1min walk to the sea, 13min walk to the beach, 5min walk to a scooter/quad rental, and a local restaurant just next to the apartment. They also helped us for taxi, sending someone to pick us up at the airport and organizing the way back Location is great!
