• Czajka (9/5): What a wonderful hotel. The owner was magnificent. Breakfasts were amazing! Dinner was delicious! - I liked everything about it. Quaint, reasonable and very very clean. Maybe a little more color in the room? We had a broken flusher on the toilet but it stilled worked. We also had a clogged shower but it would start to drain if you flushed the toilet. We did let the owner know.

Bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Parking à réserver bien pratique (mais un peu technique). Chambre un peu sombre.
• hp56 (9/5): Zeergoed - De Locatie, zowel het kiezelstrand als de gondel om naar het stadje te gaan (10 euro lift retour ). Het eten (Dinner) van het hotel is een aanrader, voor gerecht en hoofdgerecht 26,50 euro. Het parkeren waar je 15 euro per dag voor betaalde, wel van tevoren reserveren.
• Arno (10/5): Een hotel waar je deel bent van een warme familie. - Prima hotel op een uitstekende locatie. Angelo, Frederica en Mariarita vormen een geweldig team dat er alles aan doet om je thuis te laten voelen. Angelo is een goede kok, dus aten wij iedere avond in het restaurant van dit hotel. De kabelbaan naar Taormina is vlakbij, evenals Iasola Bella. Op de langere termijn is wel wat onderhoud nodig.

• Madalin (7/5): - Locație aproape de plaja, oferă umbrelă și prosoape pentru plaja. Mic dejun suficient, personal foarte amabil și mereu dispus să ajute. Aproape de statia de autobuz. Dezamăgitor a fost mucegaiul pe care l-am găsit atât in dormitor cât și în baie, însoțit de asemenea de umiditate și miros neplăcut. Raportul preț calitate nu este unul tocmai bun. Pernele inconfortabile și foarte uzate, ar trebui înlocuite.
• Norbert (9/5): - Nasz pobyt w Taormina Garden Hotel był niezapomniany i niezwykły. Hotel obsługuje bardzo miły i sympatyczny właściciel, który był bardzo pomocny i sprawnie pomógł nam z zakwaterowaniem. Śniadanie dostępne w hotelu było bardzo zróżnicowane. Na samym początku właściciel dopytał nas o możliwe nietolerancje, alergie itp. To dobry znak, bo obawialiśmy się ubogiego szwedzkiego stołu a zastaliśmy dużo owoców, pieczywa, świeżych przekąsek, jajecznicę i różnego rodzaju mięs. Internet działa naprawdę sprawnie, swoje wiem-będąc już na kilku wyjazdach w swoim życiu wiem, że bywa z tym ciężko, mimo zapewnień ;). Zejście do plaży faktycznie zajmuje chwilę, nie trzeba przechodzić przez główną ulicę bo można przejść do niej od wewnątrz hotelu, kilka schodków w dół i masz przed sobą zapierający dech w piersiach sycylijski krajobraz :) Lokalizacja jest jak najbardziej w porządku. Dookoła znajdują się mini markety, restauracje a zaledwie kilka metrów od hotelu znajduje się kolejka linowa do Taorminy (chociaż dla tych bardziej wytrwałych- do centrum idzie się mniej jak 30 minut- jeżeli pokonasz kawał drogi pod górkę i trochę schodów ;D). Faktem jest to, że w naszym pokoju było trochę ciemno przez małą ilość okien. To też utrudniało szybkie wysuszenie ubrań, chociaż na sam koniec wyjazdu zwróciliśmy uwagę na suszarkę znajdującą się przed wejściem do naszych pokoi. Nie byliśmy jednak pewni czy możemy z niej skorzystać, warto zatem dopytać o to obsługę przy zameldowaniu.

Widok z okna niezbyt ciekawy, ale nie miało to dla nas żadnego znaczenia, bardziej praktyczna była moskitiera. Otoczenie cudowne, dopracowane w szczegółach. Personel przemiły i pomocny. La chambre était propre et bien pour un court séjour. Chambre juste un peu petite pour qui arrive avec une valise et un minuscule parking bien pratique mais un peu cher.

L'hôtel dispose d'extérieurs très agréables, belle terrasse, accès à une petite plage, vue mer de certains endroits. Petit déjeuner très bien. Restauration proposée. L'hôtel est à 200m du funiculaire pour aller au centre historique ce qui est très pratique.La déco des chambres est un peu datée mais elles chambres sont propres et des serviettes de plage sont prêtées ! Rien c'était une belle surprise !

Angelo the chef cooked great meals in the evening where we ate on the pretty terrace (also where we had breakfast, of which there was a good range.) Everything was great. We even had Netflix!

• Jacek (10/5): Perfekcyjny wybór. Cudowni ludzie. - Tutaj przede wszystkim trzeba zacząć od osób tam pracujących. Niesamowici ludzie. Od samego początku człowiek był zachwycony że tam się zatrzymał. Dodatkowo chcieliśmy zostawić bagaże zanim pokój będzie gotowy. Nie było żadnego problemu. Co więcej gdy przyjechaliśmy do Hotelu chwilę po 11 rano okazało się że przygotowali dla nas pokój więc mogliśmy od razu się rozpakować. Śniadania na wypasie. Wszystko co chciałbyś mieć to jest. Dodatkowo obsługa bez żadnych problemów robi kawę z ekspresu. Pokoje czyste, pościel świeża i pachnąca. Ponadto na wyposażeniu pokoju zestaw plażowy czyli parasolka i koc. Jak ktoś potrzebuje to nawet deska do prasowania i żelazko w pokoju. Działająca lodówka, która nie wyłącza się po wyjściu z pokoju. Na koniec chcieliśmy znowu zostawić nasze bagaże by jeszcze ostatnie godziny spędzić na zwiedzaniu Taorminy i tu także okazało się że nie ma z tym zadnych problemów. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić ten Hotel.
• Aki (7/5): Pleasant stay with some hiccups - Cooling worked and shower had warm water. Breakfast was good. Location was great. The lighting in the room was terrible. Spot lights right over the bed giving me headache eventhough I'm not prone to it. Also bedside lamps were too bright and cold, not pleasant. Some ants. Private parking was quite tight, and cost 15 euros/day. Poor soundproofing, sounds from outside could easily be heard. Garden was partly neat and partly post apocalyptic.
• Susanne (9/5): Sympathisches kleines Hotel - Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und hilsbereit. Wie hier schon vielfach hervorgehoben, übertrifft Angelo hierbei alle Erwartungen. Nicht nur, dass das von ihm zubereitete Frühstück und Abendessen vielseitig (Frühstück) und sizilianisch-lecker (Abendessen) ist, er erklärt auch die Zubereitung und ist ob seiner Vielsprachigkeit und internationalen Erfahrungen ein interessanter Gesprächspartner. Obwohl an der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße gelegen, ist das Hotel ruhig und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten in dem hübsch arrangierten Garten garantieren Erholung und Entspannung. Es gibt einen hauseigenen Zugang zum Strand hinunter. Sehr gut ist auch die Nähe zur Seilbahn hoch nach Taormina. Angesichts der hohen Preise in Taormina und Umgebung (deutlich höher als in anderen Regionen Siziliens) bietet das Hotel ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Vom Hotel unabhängig, aber doch erwähnenswert ist, dass der gesamte Ort Mazzarò nicht fußgängerfreundlich ist. Es gibt keinen Bürgersteig, auf dem Weg z.B. nach Isola Bella teilt man sich die Straße mit Autos und Motorrollern. Ich hatte ein "Standard Doppelzimmer" gebucht, es war klein, aber sauber und funktional ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher mit Tee-und Kaffezubehör, Bügelbrett und -eisen). Die Lage des Zimmers unter dem hauseigenen Parkplatz war nicht schön. Da das Wetter perfekt war und man nur zum Schlafen kam, störte es nicht, aber zum längeren Verweilen wäre es nicht einladend gewesen. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich im Vorfeld um ein Zimmer zum Garten hin bitten.

• Sue (9/5): Great way to end my visit to Sicily. - Angelo is amazing - I wish that I could take him home. He cooked a delicious dinner. He has great taste in music and his singing is delightful. The property is very cute - lots of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. There is a private walkway to the beach. Nothing much.

• Gertraud (9/5): Mitten im Garten - Das Hotel - oder vielmehr die Anlage ist sehr schön; die Zimmer sind auf kleinere Gebäude inmitten eines wundervoll gestalteten Gartens verteilt, es ist keine Hotelgroßanlage; in der Früh hat man die Vögel gehört. Unser Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll, die Dusche sehr angenehm, das Badezimmer sauber und die Betten mit angenehm mittelharter Matraze. Die KLimaanlage hat bei Kälte das Zimmer schnell beheizt. Das Personal (insbesondere Angelo) was ausnehmend freundlich. Den Strand erreicht man rasch über eine Stiege. Nach Taormina kommt man in einem längeren Spaziergang über eine Serie von Stiegen - ein wunderschöner Weg. Einziger Schwachpunkt beim Zimmer waren die lauten Türen - die zum Bad war nur mit lautem Geräusch zu öffnen; die Tür zum Gang (mit ca. drei) anderen Zimmern eher "lauschig". Leider war es bei unserem Aufenthalt eher kühl; der "Frühstücksraum" war auf einer Terasse; sobald es warm ist sicher wunderschön, bei Kälte sollte man warme Sachen dabei haben.

• Guenter (9/5): Autentisches Sizilien, für kürzeren Aufenthalt perfekt. - Das absolut positive war die ehrliche Herzlichkeit von Angelo und auch Gianluca. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist das Abendessen. Angelo bereitet das Essen mit lokalen Zutaten zu, erklärt alles und es schmeckt einfach hervorragend. Die Lage über wenige Stufen zum Strand ist gut. Kurzer weg zur Seilbahn, im März allerdings noch nicht im Betrieb. Zimmer sehr klein und etwas dunkel, aber sauber.
• Christian (10/5): Fantastische Unterkunft mit fantastischen Menschen! - Fantastische Unterkunft, nicht direkt in Taormina, sondern unten an der Straße recht nah an der Isola Bella. Für manche ein Nachteil, ich fand es toll da etwas abseits vom Trubel, in ca. 20 Minuten ist man oben in der Stadt. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett und das in der Unterkunft angebotene Abendessen war beide Male ein Highlight! Der Garten mit teilweisen Meerblick ist ein toller Ort um zu entspannen oder am Abend noch eine Kleinigkeit zu trinken. Wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft! Nichts.

• Ruta (9/5): Nice stay in Taormina - Angelo was very welcoming and friendly, which made our stay really nice, he really knows how to welcome guests. They serve breakfast with variety of choices. The place has beautiful garden, its possible to reach the beach directly. They provide parking near the hotel (15€ per day), which was very comfortable. We went to the old town by car and left the car in parking recommended by hotel, which was very easy. Good value for money.

Facile l'accesso ad una bella spiaggia caratteristica, bello e curato il giardino, ottima la colazione e la cena, facile il parcheggio (in bassa stagione) la camera era un po' piccolina, ma comunque funzionale e ottima per un soggiorno breve

• Radek (1/5): Velmi špatné ubytování, necítili jsme se dobře. - Nic pozitivního! Za 30 let cestování bylo toto jedno z nejhorších ubytování. V pokoji jsme se cítili jako v kobce, jako ve sklepě, byla to hrůza. Pokoj zapáchal. Když se otevřelo okno tak jsme slyšeli extrémně nepříjemné zvuky z nějakého stroje. Klimatizace zapáchala. Záchod byl miniaturní a pro některé lidi to může být problém. Vybavení pokoje je staré desítky let. Žádný nábytek. Na pokoji jsme se cítili extrémně nepříjemně. Z hotelu vede ulička na pláž která je však v katastrofálním stavu. Snídaně jsou podprůměrné. Toto ubytování zásadně nedoporučuji.

• Mary (9/5): Beautiful, relaxing spot! - The breakfast was wonderful; beautiful grounds; peaceful surroundings; friendly and helpful staff. I chose to have dinner on one of the nights, and it seemed just a bit overpriced for what was provided. I initially arrived around 9:00 in the evening, and it was a little difficult to get ito the hotel from the train station, and nto my room.
• Christine und Uli (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft oberhalb des Meers - Das Frühstück war toll und sehr vielfältig. Dazu Angelo, der immer freundlich und fröhlich war. Super An einem Abend hatten wir das Menü - auch das war wunderbar! Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, das Zimmer besser, als erwartet. Die anderen Mitarbeiter, außer Angelo, waren nicht so freundlich. Das geht deutlich besser!

• Mauricio Marim (8/5): Dois dias em Taormina - A localização é boa, pois fica perto do funicular que pode ser utilizado para chegar ao centro de Taormina, além de ser muito perto de Isola Bella. Essa acomodação é especialmente interessante para aproveitar a praia, que é bonita (o hotel tem um acesso direto à praia) Achei o quarto bastante úmido, talvez esse tenha sido o ponto que mais desagradou, pois era muito úmido, com cheiro de umidade as vezes. Um ponto a observar também é que o funicular para o centro de Taormina não estava operando quando visitamos a cidade. Não sei se era por causa da época do ano (inverno) ou algum outro problema pontual, mas tenha em mente que você pode ser surpreendido e ter que ir para o centro de carro, ônibus ou a pé (a pé é cansativo mas vale a pena uma vez, para ver o visual da subida)

• Luise (8/5): - Das Personal, vor allem der Chef, war sehr nett! Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, da in der Nähe der Busstation nach Taormina (die Seilbahn war gerade nicht in Betrieb) und es gibt einen Parkplatz! Besser ein Zimmer mit Meerblick nehmen, mein Zimmer ging auf die überdachte Frühstücksterrasse (ebenerdig), war aber das letzte das noch frei war

• Claudia (10/5): Wir wurden sehr gastfreundlich und persönlich empfangen und haben ein größeres Zimmer als angekündigt erhalten. - Ein zauberhaft angelegtes kleines Paradies mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten und direktem Strandzugang. Bis zum nächsten Fußweg muss man an einer viel befahrenen Straße ohne Gehweg laufen.
• Maie (8/5): Trevligt och bekvämt! - Vi var nöjda med frukosten. Där fanns allt jag brukar äta: joghurt med flingor, ägg, frukt, färsk smootie, gott kaffe osv. Vi tyckte om hotellets läge, nära vattnet och att det fanns en trevlig trädgård att vistas i. Om man förbokar så kunde man få trerätters menu i hotellets restaurang. Kocken Angelo var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående.

• Kim (9/5): Een leuke afsluiting van een fantastische week - Wat een leuk hotel! We hadden een fijne kamer in een leuke omgeving. Supervriendelijk personeel en een aanrader om ter plaatse een keer een diner te doen. Wij vonden Angelo een super kok, we hebben genoten! -
