luca (7/5): Ci tornerei sicuramente ma con un contenimento di prezzo - Struttura pulita e completa di teleria, abbastanza silenziosa sé non fosse per qualche treno di troppo. Check-in puntuale e asettico Attraversare il sottopasso di notte per andare in centro non è dei più belli, scarichi in bagno un po’ intasati per cui doccia a rilento e piedi a mollo (essere al mare sicuramente non facilita).

Private balcony plus roof-top shady terrace. Helpful staff. About 10 mins walk to private and public beaches, plenty of shopping. Train takes 30 mins to Rome centre, 50 mins to airport (into Rome, change at Travestere). Much less hassle for a one-night stopover than central Rome. Smallish room, squeaky - but comfortable - bed.

Terrace was huge and you could have morning/evening tea/coffee/drinks. There is a separate kitchen area but only with microwave. No basic amenities were available in the room, for eg. kettle, mugs, etc. No coffee maker but a coffee vending machine is available downstairs. Even drinking water bottle you need to buy from vending machine.
Filip (8/5): Very good - The location is great if your intention is to use the train to Rome. From Ladispoli to Vatican City is 20 min. Around 45 min to Roma Termini. Check-in is fast and easy. The beach is 10 minutes walking. I didn't like the bed and pillows.

Stephen (8/5): Very good - Was just a bed for the night heat the station on the way to the ship. Bed was soooo hard. AC noisy but we weren’t there long. David needed to advise you must open the front gate BEFORE you drop the keys. You need a key to exit the property which is also a fire risk.
