- Michael (1/5): Auf den Fotos hui in echt - Die zentrale Lage und das gut bestückte Frühstücksbuffet. Der überaus kompetente Mann an der Rezeption welcher einen kleinen Preisnachlass erwirkte und dadurch uns für eine weitere Nacht zu bleiben bewegte. Die fleißige Biene die anscheinend Frühstücksfee und Zimmerdame in einer Person ist und immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen hat. Das bei der Anreise zur ausgeschiebenen Check in Zeit Niemand da war. Uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer als vereinbart zugewiesen. Welches wir nehmen mussten da kein Personal vor Ort war und telefonisch nichts unternommen wurde. Es kam auch niemand auf Nachfrage ins Hotel oder beantwortet unsere Nachrichten. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir hier definitiv nicht gebucht. Das Zimmer war zwar schön eingerichtet ABER der 1. Schein trügt!!!! Matratzen dünn und versifft. Kein Schoner oder Topper drauf. Das Leintuch ging gerade mal darüber. Im Klo noch Reste vom Vorbesitzer. Der Lattenrost auch auf einer Seite kaputt. SPAREN AM FALSCHEN FLECK!!!! Die Nacht sollte ja ruhig und erholsam sein!!!! Nicht hier!!!! Die Kirchen Glocke, Autos und Passanten halten einen wach/wecken auf da trotz geschlossenem Fenster alles hörbar ist. Bekamen am nächsten morgen endlich jemanden zu sehen der dann alles versuchte um es besser zu machen. Wir nahmen ein anderes Zimmer. Jedoch besser geschlafen trotz Topper haben wir hier auch nicht. Neue Matratzen/Topper, Spannlaken welche passen und neue Dichtungen der Fenster wäre eine Investition wert. Am besten der Besitzer schläft selbst mal in den Zimmern um es am eigenen Leib zu spüren und hautnah mit zu erleben.

- Olga (8/5): - Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten im Cesky Krumlov. Allerdings liegt der PP ausserhalb und ist nicht im Preis inkl. Sehr schönes Gebäude, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, der Frühstücksraum ist märchenhaft. Es sollte jemand beim Frühstück anwesend sein, der Frühstück sollte früher möglich sein, nicht erst um 8 Uhr. Wenn man schweres Gepäck oder Koffer mit Rollen hat, ist es umständlich, bis zur Unterkunft zu kommen. In der Unterkunft ist kein Lift, verständlich, da es sich um historisches Gebäude handelt. Man realisiert es jedoch erst, wenn man das Gepäck hoch schleppt:-).

- Sarah (9/5): Nice place. Good value. - Location is very close to parking lot P1, only 5 min walk. It’s right in the middle of the historic, beautiful centre. The room and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good. As there were no elevations and we were assigned the fifth floor, it was tough getting the luggage up. A worker helped us when she saw us struggling. They were helpful when we left with the luggage as well. You have to make sure the check-in might be a self-check in as we experienced. Check the email regarding the procedure. I called the number and got help, when the door of the hotel was locked. As it was quite cold when we stayed, I found the room somewhat cool at night, I turned the heater on, and it did help getting the chill out, but still kind of cool.

- Patricia (9/5): Nice place to stay - I had a huge room, complete with 2 armchairs and a coffee table, tea and coffee making facilities, so very comfortable. Cute breakfast room. I am a senior lady and was put on the 5th floor with no lift, and in the room furthest from the stairs. I appreciate that they allocate the rooms before guests arrive, and without being told have no way of knowing ages, but as I arrived early in the day and with heavy luggage I would have thought common sense should have suggested a little tweaking of rooms might have been the order of the day. I was probably the oldest person in the hotel that day. I was just so grateful to two other guests who helped me get my luggage up and down the stairs, or I would have been in trouble. I am usually more in touch and check out lifts, etc, and ask for lower levels but had to change my booking fairly late and missed that one.

Für den Tag konnten wir uns am köstlichen Frühstücksbuffet stärken. Ein gelungener, empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt. Nicht gefallen, kann man nicht sagen - trotzdem eine Anmerkung: Da wir mit 1 älteren Dame unterwegs waren, sollte man bedenken, dass es in den Gebäuden keinen Fahrstuhl gibt... wir hatten hier Glück und ein unteres Zimmer erwischt ;-)

- Victoria (10/5): A wonderful, central place to explore Cesky Krumlov - The hotel was very central in Cesky Krumlov and as very charming. I really enjoyed the breakfast options and how easy it was to get to the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful! As a solo traveler this was a great place to stay.

- Tamara (3/5): - Das einzig gute an der Unterkunft war die Lage im Stadtzentrum. Das Einzelzimmer wirkte wie eine Abstellkammer. Man ging in das Zimmer hinein und stand sofort vor dem Bett. Im Zimmer war das Bad integriert - ohne eine Trennwand oder eine sonstige räumliche Trennung. Es war das Bett und die Dusche sowie die Toilette im gleichen Raum, der ca. 12qm groß war.

Keine Patkplätze neben dem Hotel. - Stilvolles, historisches, kleines Hotel an zentraler, guter Lage. Parkplatz ist ca. 7 Min. vom Hotel entfernt, unbewacht. Schwer zu finden und ungeeignete Zufahrt. War schwer zu finden, da die Informationen zu ungenügend waren. Ab 10.00 h keine Zufahrt zum Hotel möglich.

Obzvlášť keď máte smolu na rodinu hlupákov ktorí neberú ohľad na druhých a sú hlučný. Hodinu sú na chodbe vyhukujú a majú pritom otvorené izby. Wau efekt sa nekoana. Tu sú fotky izieb upravené a veľmi prifarbené. Keď otvoríte dvere vidíte všetko vyblednuté ošumelé. Postele sú vyležané a veľmi nepohodlné. V kúpeľni sa veľmi šmýka podlaha. Ľudia, ktorí dávajú tomuto zariadeniu vysoké hodnotenie zrejme nezažili dobrý hotel.

- Josef Herbert (9/5): Wir werden sicherlich wieder dorthin fahren, wenn es geht auch im selben Hotel. - Dieses Hotel ist sehr angenehm und hat eine tolle Lage. Leider gibt es am Hotel keine Parkmöglichkeit. Nächster öffentlicher Parkplatz ist 300m entfernt und kostet 12€ pro Tag. Andererseits konnten wir schöne Fotos machen, da kaum störende Autos auf den Bildern zu sehen sind.

- demir (7/5): İdare eder. - Konumu çok iyi, oda yerleşimi ve dekorasyonu çok güzeldi Kahvaltı yetersizdi. İnternet ilk gün çok kötü çekiyordu, görevliye bildirdik, ikinci gün internet tamamen gitmişti. Yataklar ve yastıklar rahatsızdı. Saat 16’dan sonra resepsiyonda yardımcı olabilecek hiçbir görevli/muhatap bulunmuyordu. Banyoda bulunan lavabo su akıtıyordu bu yüzden yerler ıslak ve kaygandı.

- Nicole (8/5): Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem ziemlich hübschen Hotel. - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstück ausreichend und alles vorhanden, was man möchte. Süß eingerichteter Frühstücksraum. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus selber ist einfach sehr alt, aber schön eingerichtet und es wurde sich den Gegebenheiten angepasst. Die Parkplatz Situation ist etwas schwierig, aber es ist halt einfach eine alte Stadt und ich verstehe, dass es außerhalb zu parken ist. Allerdings ist die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz vom Hotel ziemlich bescheiden. Also ein größeres Auto sollte eher den Parkplatz beim Schloss ins Auge fassen. Beim Rausfahren weiß man ja, was einen erwartet, aber bei der Ankunft war es doch etwas nervenaufreibend. Bei Gegenverkehr wird es, nun ja...eng. :)

- Dennis (7/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in Krumau. - Sehr nettes Personal, schönes Denkmalgeschütztes Haus. Frühstück in Ordnung, aber zu wenig Abwechslung. Betten etwas hart.
