Verified traveler (2/5): - Al ir allí no me abrieron el timbre. Llame al teléfono y me comentaron que habia sido un error porque solo abren los meses de verano, no me pude alojar y me tuve que buscar otra cosa. Al hacer la reserva CONFIRMEN QUE ESTE ABIERTO.

Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible - Mon ami et moi avions réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel, mais une semaine avant notre arrivée l’hotel m’a envoyé un mail en m’annonçant que l’on nous avait changé d’hotel sans aucune raison valable et surtout sans nous avoir dit quoi que ce soit!! Je ne trouve pas ça professionnel du tout, je ne recommande cet hôtel à personne.

Hugo (2/5): - Good location but the bathrooms are out of the room. The place doesn't allow to cancel the reservation once you complete the process. Expedia's search engine doesn't recognize when you are traveling with kids.

Maria (8/5): Nice place for one night - Perfect place to stay for just one night. Super kind staff. Maybe the price for renting bike where a bit expensive, since they where not in super good condition and also it where really warm in our room since the fan didn't work so good.
Dawn (10/5): Great place for a weekend trip in San Sebastian. - Great place if you want to save some €€! The room was clean and the service was great. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you want to stay at a place if you want so save some money. Still had great access to public transportation and the beach was within walking distance.

Our private room was nice, and we were welcomed by a very friendly member of staff, however the building next door is undergoing heavy renovations and smack on 8am the builders started drilling and banging what felt like centimeters from our heads.
