Unsere zwei Kinder (16+8) haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade fanden wir dass fiele der Angestellten kein oder nur wenig Englisch verstanden. Zudem hat uns der Strandabschnitt nicht so gut gefallen. Die Liegen waren in einem eher schlechten zustand. Sehr schade das der Strand an sich sehr schön war.

- Elena (3/5): - Я не понимаю восторженных отзывов. Это обветшалый отель, по неадекватной стоимости за ночь. Кондиционеры не регулируют температуру (душно в номере). В душевых (что в номере, что в раздевалках на улице) воняет затхлой водой и плесенью. Один бассейн открывается в 10:00, другой в 09:00, но к этому времени только лениво подтягивается персонал. На море нет лежаков! И самое интересное - на территории только один ресторан (китайский) и он работает до 21:00! Персонал с большим трудом понимает вас с переводчиком (нас заселяли 40 минут). Этот отель в целом одно недоразумение за большие деньги.

For those who are visiting Haitang Bay for the first time, swimming in the sea here is not possible: very strong wind, dangerous currents… The sea is more for admiring and wetting your feet) We lived in a large room with a swimming pool, the room is really big and comfortable. We stayed in January, and it was cool to swim in the room's pool. Therefore, the daughters only swam in it on a large inflatable flamingo, jumping into the water only once, but my husband swam a couple of times. The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, the architects did a great job; very cool landscaping and height difference work. the details of the hotel : There are 3 swimming pools on the territory - adult, stylized as a natural bath;), the warmest and it was the one that most of the guests swam); children's with slides - my daughter did not get out of it, there is a foam party every day at 5 pm. She was in touch with us on WeChat the entire time we stayed at the hotel and helped us when needed.

We would especially like to highlight Albert, a member of the reception staff, whose attention made all the difference. He was always very helpful, attentive, and willing to assist at any time, making us feel welcome from the very first day. Without a doubt, his professionalism and friendly manner contributed to making our experience even better. We would definitely return. I couldn't swim at the hotel beach, as swimming is not allowed. I understand this is for safety reasons; that area is dangerous due to sea conditions.

- Mami (9/5): とてもいい思い出になりました。日本から少し遠いですがこのホテルはまた是非泊まりたい。 - 部屋が最高。２ボウルの洗面で５人家族でもゆったり、お風呂もとても広くてくつろげた。清掃も問題なし。 バルコニーも広く、テーブルとソファがあるので毎晩お酒を飲んでくつろいでいました。波音が聞こえて癒されました。オーシャンビューをお勧めします。 海までは、ホテルのガーデンを歩いてすぐ。遊泳は禁止なので海水浴には向きません。 ホテルのガーデンはとてもよく手入れされていて、鳥のさえずりや花の香りに癒されます。朝ごはんの後の散歩にお勧め。 一周しても大した距離ではないですが、歩くのがつらければ数分待てば送迎の車（トゥクトゥク？）が来ます。 英語が通じないスタッフが結構多かった。夫が中国人なので特に問題はありませんでしたが翻訳アプリがあると安心。 クラブラウンジのカクテルタイムは、温かいフードが3品ほどで食事代わりには物足りない。ただ、デリバリーや外で買ったものを持ち込んでも問題なかったのでそこはよかったです。

- SERGEY (9/5): - Территория отеля представлят ботанический сад.Территория была приобретена в 2013 году, как я понял, сответсвенн, все насаждения разраслись и превратились в прекраснйы сад. На берегу успела сформироваться шикарная кокосовая плантация. Комнаты имеют свежий вид, отличное белье, отличная уборка.Очень грамотно и тактично выбирается время и пожелания гостей к уборке.Завтраки -достойныые, учитывают вкусы европейцев, китайская кухня тоже предсталена хорошо. По территории доставляют машинки, если кому не хочется ходить. Интервал- минут 5. До 16PM по территории очень мало людей. Ужины -великолепны. Улуга "ужни в воздухе". Кран для подъема гостей поднят все время и это придает шикарной территории и замечательным видам из всех комнат ощущение, что стройка продолжается. Поэтому не стал фотографировать.

В бухте Haitang Bay не плавают, и мы это знали до того как бронировать отель, поэтому остановились на Hyatt с бассейнами, джакузи и СПА! Мы пользовались всеми услугами: ужин в номер, обед в ресторане отеля ( по ценам также как и в ТЦ рядом, но тут продукты точно свежие) гриль бар на ужин, шампанское и чай в номер, SPA - интересный опыт ( не скажу, что уникальный). У мужа был день рождения, отель поздравил и приятно удивил сюрпризом! Персонал -отличная команда👍 Кстати, многие не знают, что вдоль всей бухты можно гулять по «green way” это дорожка, которая пролегает через всю сеть отелей, а также по ней вы дойдете до Duty Free - огромный shipping mall. Очень классно пройтись , особенно если на море сильный ветер. Spoiler- если пройти по пляжу из отеля направо , в часе ходьбы отличный бар с прекрасной музыкой 🎵

Сделали небольшой апгрейт. Мы забыли планшет, но нам прислали его в другой отель👍🏻 98% постояльцев китайцы. Купаться не получится в море, но это не минус и мы знали. Купаться только в Ялонг Бей. Закуски и напитки в клубном лаунже достаточно скромные. Но, отель отличный, полный релакс, молодцы👍🏻
- Qiao (6/5): 回去进修吧 - 房间很大，浴缸超大，视野很好，酒店园景很美。 服务完全达不到五星级酒店的水准。订了两间房五天，前台先是搞不清楚Booking的订单是押金还是已付。我们一堆行李，前台竟然问我们是自己拿上去还是要送？认真的？酒店的信息一点不提供，全靠问路！谁做的培训？！海棠湾的酒店没有管家还是头一次遇到，说是人手不足。更奇葩的是这是我唯一遇到早餐要排队的！家里老人起得早一点先去吃早餐，桌子已经有了，等我们到了报房号不行还要里面出来人接？！管理简直一塌糊涂！要不是悦趣营的工作人员都很热情，我连6分都不会给。这家Grand Hyatt管理层可以回去重新上学了！

Всё на высшем уровне не смотря на то, что отель не новый, но в номерах нет запаха, мебель не убитая, номера просторные. В номерах убирают хорошо, на ресепшене решали все наши вопросы. Хорошая, ухоженная территория. Завтраки хорошие, вкусные, разнообразные. Ужин просто восторг, морепродукты, рыба, мясо. Отличный бонус, что из отеля есть отдельный выход сразу в торговый комплекс, где очень много ресторанов. Не смотря на некупальную бухту, из-за течения, мы знали об этом, мы обязательно вернёмся в этот отель.

- Tim (4/5): Excellent view, beautiful beach but poorly-maintained hotel - The hotel offers beautiful scenery, easy beach access, well-maintained gardens, festive decorations for Chinese New Year, attentive service, and good-quality food in the breakfast buffet and superb-quality dinner in Yu Cun restaurant. The air conditioning in my room blows an unpleasant odor, the carpet is stained, the TV is malfunctioning and lacks screen casting, some LED lights flicker, and the curtain track is stuck which caused the curtain cannot be completely closed. Poor soundproofing allows noise from upstairs. The outdoor swimming pool is poorly maintained, with broken tiles at the bottom that may cause injuries. Public restrooms have a strong odor, and changing rooms lack cleaning supplies. Smoking control is inadequate, with cigarette butts found in non-smoking areas.

- Wenqian (9/5): Peaceful relaxing trip - The hotel looks quite impressive when we talked in, very peaceful. the staff were very helpful and friendly, we had a late checked in, they helped us with luggages and explained things well. breakfasts were really good, had lots of choice mix of western and Asian food. Easy access to a very quite beach which just the end of the hotel and they offered free photo shooting with 5 free pictures. the hotel is just next to the 68 food hall where has lots of restaurants. both restaurants within the hotel were very over priced as well as the spa.

But they give it to me. I’m very disappointed that I couldn’t give my son what he wanted. I saw my next room had flamingo without guest. Even though, my birthday happened during my stay in this 5 star hotel they didn’t give me anything. Even 4 star hotel give paper greetings. This is small gesture.

- Leroy (8/5): Very good - We loved the property itself. Very peaceful and almost a great escape! I liked the walks in the gardens; the view from our room. That the staff (tried) to meet our needs. So many things as you can see in the photos my suite was so dirty! Shanghai being opened doesn't explain why I had to have hair in my fridge or food swept under my carpet, cigarette smells in a none smoking room! They managed to clean after I told them. I met with a manager in the club and I pointed out how poor cleanliness is and the floor of the club right where we met was dirty and he took no notice even if i showed him. The hallways and lobby stayed dirty during our stay even if i told them. This is the dirtiest Hyatt I've been too. Nomatter how they try to make up for the next day something else was below expectations. I hope to be back to this beautiful property, but I hope when I do so it is under better management and the hire private cleaning contractors.

There is a problem with the drainage of the bathroom. I have the same problem when I change my room. It was not a pleasant experience.

Service was so so at the beginning but it improved along our stay and it seems is much better than other hotels. Family rooms are impressive (fully equipped apartment with 2 rooms). The children room is absolutely amazing.

We were very disappointed in a beachfront hotel whose beachfront we were forbidden to swim in. We understood that this was for safety reasons but we did not know this in advance. We were restricted to the hotel family pool because the "grownups" pool was closed. The family pool was crowded and very warm.
- Philip (10/5): Lovely tropical weekend getaway - This was the first weekend getaway for a group of friends after the Covid travel restrictions. The hotel still had some limited services (no spa, no pool bar, some pools still closed), but what was open was wonderful. The hotel is beautifully landscaped, the rooms are large and very comfortable and it all feels like a wonderful tropical getaway. The breakfast buffet is extensive and very good. There is a food street mall right next to the hotel which provides different options for dinner. The staff were very welcoming, and if the level of English spoken was limited the desire to help was nevertheless clear.

Very friendly staff, nice and warm. The breakfast buffet is superb, big selection, both chinese food and western style. Plus, it is right next to the biggest food and shopping center in this area. There is a shortcut from the courtyard of this hotel, that takes you two minutes. Definitely will come back!

Food offering does not match the five star hotel, except in price.

Special mention to Terence Ng from Yu Cun restaurant who made our stay extra special with his hospitality. There was also a shopping/food complex just outside the hotel. Only thing that I did not like was the check-in which took very long with barely any air con at the reception area (had to also stand to wait in the queue).

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel, but needs minor imporvements - This hotel is as good as the description. However, there are 3 things that was discouraging: 1. The hotel doen't provide chairs and beach umbrellas at the beach. Understand it's a new rule from the local Government (explained by a staff), but it does affect the value from a guest point of view. 2. Some facilities are getting old and stained, in need of some maintenance. 3. One of pools there was for adults only when I visited 2 years ago. It was a great area to relax, have a swim, drink and eat. However, it's now full of kids... jumping and yelling, the same as the other pools.
