• Kaethe (6/5): good for a short stay - The place was very clean, including the toilets and shower rooms. There were enough showers and toilets. There were not kitchen facilities, and the smoking area outside on the second floor did cause the room to smell faintly of cigarettes at times. It was not very homey, so it was really only a place to sleep, and would not recommend if you are staying longer than one or two nights

(6/5): After the intrigue of the capsule hotel vanishes, you essentially see it for what it is, an Hostel. - The location is extremely comfortable. 5 minutes walk from Shibuya Station, you can explore tokyo during the day, easily go back in the afternoon for a quick change before going out for the evening. Toilets and showers were always clean. Everything else. The capsule are very noisy, I spent 4 days next to a guy who snored from 11pm to 10am every day. A Capsule hotel without communal area becomes very claustrophobic. The storage space was very limited and it is impossible to get your capsule clean as you need to empty it completely, but again with limited storage space that's an hard task.

• BAPTISTE (9/5): Très bien ! - La proximité avec shibuya station et en même temps dans un endroit calme. Et dans l’ensemble tout était bien. Dommage qu’il n’y a m’avait pas d’ascenseur. Avec ma grosse valise un peu compliqué de monter les 2 étages
• James (8/5): Very good, amazing value. - The staff were kind and efficient, and the capsule was decent. I paid a little more - not much - for a premium capsule, and I think it was worth it for the extra space. The facilities were good, and there were fresh towels and bathrobes every day if needed. The only thing that was a bit annoying was having to leave everything in a locker or in the small safe in the capsule, on account of there not being any doors/locks to each capsule. It all worked out fine and the value for money is brilliant, especially considering the location and that it's ten minutes' walk to Shibuya Crossing and all sorts of transport links, but capsules you could actually leave things in and lock would make a multiple-night stay a bit more comfortable. (I'd never stayed in a capsule hotel, so maybe this is normal. Obviously it's not really a problem if you're only staying a night or two.)
• Edgar (7/5): - es un hospedaje tipo capsula, esta bien ubicado cerca de la estación de shibuya se puede ir caminado al centro mucho comercio y lugares para comer. la zona de fumadores muy cerca de las camas a pesar que se encuentra en exterior yo igual podía sentir el olor, el aire acondicionado es muy bajo y se puede llegar a sentir bastante calor incomodo,( no me permitieron guardar mis cosas después del chekc out , me toco caminar y buscar un looker para poder guardarlas).
• James (6/5): - The rooms themselves were fine but the hallway area before you enter your room smelt a bit and was kinda dirty. It was fine for 2 nights but not that nice, I thought from the photos it would be nicer.
• Johnny (4/5): You get what you pay for (and pay for what you get) - Great location and reasonable bedspace for capsule-style accommodation Hell on earth when it came to noise insulation from other travellers, partly my bad luck because a couple of my neighbours snored like steam trains, but the accommodation did nothing to mitigate this. The dorm is a long, long room and was crowded at all times I was there.

• Devon (7/5): Great for budget travelers but pretty messy. - Staff were great. It had all the amenities you'd expect from a capsule hotel. Close to Shibuya Station. Excellent value. I will stay here again but perhaps in a less crowded travel season. Cleanliness was a problem. They clearly wanted foreigners to stay in this capsule hotel, but they didn't enforce the extra cleanliness or noise rules that foreigners require. So the sleeping area had lots of noise and talking, slippers and luggage scattered everywhere and the common areas often had trash and personal belongings scattered around, and the shower rooms were in not-so-great shape. I would still stay there again because the price was so good - but this place really needs to accept the reality that young broke foreigners are often clueless when it comes to rules and expectations.

Shared bathroom was dirty. Staff will not hold luggage after checkout (not my experience with other capsule hotels)

• NY (9/5): - friendly staff and great location. my last day there at 5am, there was a dude came inside my room while i was asleep. i was so scared that i thought it was a dream. he was so intoxicated and sober. the thing is he was naked. i tried to tell him to get out of my room but he still didn’t. very scary and i’m still shaking thinking about this. but overall, i still love the place

• jamie (4/5): Don’t bother unless you plan on checking in after 3 and checking out before 10 and won’t need to leave your luggage ther - Good location. Small but comfortable enough. Shower was pretty good They are ridiculously anal about you being out of your little cupboard by 10am and you absolutely cannot check in a second before 3pm. They also absolutely will not let you leave your luggage there at all as it’s too small but they will find room for your luggage if you pay them extra cash. I don’t know if that’s the actual ridiculous policy or if the rude obnoxious reception staff just tell you that to earn some extra money. Having such ridiculous check in and out times you’d think they’d offset that by doing you the courtesy of letting you leave a bag there for a couple of hours. I wouldn’t go back there

• Joseph (10/5): Great location and good facilities - Very close to the centre of Shibuya. Pleasant environment. Good facilities. The tv in the bed space was cool. Clean and comfortable. The other guests were pleasant as well. 24hr help desk comes in handy.
• Mihnea (6/5): - You get what you pay for; in shibuya so you can’t beat this property in terms of value for money. Super tiny hallways, was always crammed up against people. No place in the storage room where people usually organize their clothes. If you get a top capsule, the ladder layout is very poor and you need to be careful, otherwise you might hurt yourself.

For the price I had way better stays at other capsule hotels for a fraction of the price. Also booking.com sells the rooms at a way higher price than the place does them selves I payed almost $300 Canadian when it would have been under 15000 yen for the amount of time I stayed

• Matthew (7/5): A fun experience. - It was fun staying in a capsule hotel! The pods were really comfortable and other guests were super quiet so no worries there. The bathroom and lockers for our gear were great and the location was amazing! The staff weren't the friendliest but I guess they're dealing with a lot of guests every shift so its understandable.
