• Mira (3/5): Common space is not clean, abandoned house - The location was quite central, you still need a Scooter, as the sights are pretty far spread all over Ayutthaya. (In the guesthouse they rent only 1 bike and it’s veeery old. They rent it only on a daily basis; not 24 hours. We chose T and T rental and vintage, it was a 3 minutes walk away from the guest house with plenty of newer motorbike rental options - they also have a vintage store in the second floor) -Floors, stairs, all common areas were not cleaned in weeks, probably months -Abandoned house which stays empty most of the times, that’s why the furniture is so old and nobody maintains or cleans the house :(
• Mira (3/5): Shared common areas are quite dirty, rooms are a bit cleaner - Good location, but Ayutthaya is besides the temples not really a nice city with lots of things to do. It doesn’t really matter where you stay - you have to rent a scooter anyways to get around, as the temples are too far to walk and they are too spread. Multiple kms apart. This guesthouse only has 1 very old scooter to rent, which I wouldn’t recommend. You can only use it for the day (not for 24 hours) and it’s really really old - rather walk 500 meters to the other professional motorbike rental offices. It’s an abandoned, old and bad maintained building, nobody cleans the floors or common areas, as written in other reviews from other guests. The family just lives sometimes in this abandoned house as it seems. I was surprised that the calendar was blocked for a few months, when the owner said; they live in another province and probably just rent out the rooms sometimes, while in Ayutthaya. However: the room itself was clean, the furniture is quite old and you hear the street noise, but it’s Ok for Backpackers. The shared areas are quite dirty (the floors were very dirty, black marks; never cleaned in a few months, animal poo etc.) but the rooms are inside cleaner. I still wouldn’t recommend it, as there’s way cleaner and more comfortable options in Ayutthaya for the same price. On the last day, we checked out at 11 and our transport was only booked at 4 PM. The owner didn’t want to allow us to leave our 3 big suitcases in the guest house, so we just asked the barber (which is connected to the guest house) and the barber said Yes, then suddenly the lady from the guest house changed her mind and said Ok you can leave your luggage here. Initially she said, we must leave them outside of the gate and she can’t guarantee for the safety - I guess she did that to get a bit of extra money for the storage? I found her behaviour a bit greedy and trying to rip tourists off during this 3 days on multiple occasions.

L’hôtel est littéralement ouvert sur la route, on entend constamment les motos et camions. Les matelas sont durs et pas confortables. On ne peut pas ouvrir les volets pour aérer ou lumière du jour. • Dirk (9/5): - Clean rooms and facilities. Location is within walking distance from Wat Mahatath, Wat Ratchaburana and the surrounding park. Also close to the station but it's not easy to walk there since the water is only bridged by a local motorway, so it's best to get a ride. Quite a lot of noise from the road outside is bleeding into the rooms. There are loud tuktuks roaming the street until after 12 and the road starts getting busy at 5am, so better bring some earplugs. There is a pair of soft earplugs provided per person by the guesthouse. They're not very good, however it's very considerate which is again a plus.

Es kann auch ein Fahrrad geliehen werden. Food Market und Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar. Toilette war sehr ungünstig nah an der Wand angebracht. Mogelijkheid om zelf thee te zetten en tosties te maken. Gratis water. Wasservice beschikbaar. Enorm vriendelijke eigenaresse die je tips geeft qua bezienswaardigheden. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt. Ik had een eigen kamer en die was keurig. Goede WiFi. Schone badkamer, zoals in Thailand heel gewoon douche je in het toilet. De balkondeuren sloten niet goed aan dus veel warme lucht naar binnen , maar er is airco. Ligt wel vrij rumoerig maar ze heeft oordoppen klaarliggen op je kamer.

• Andrej (9/5): - 친절한 호스트와 청결한 햇빛이 잘 드는 방, 그리고 정말 편안하고 좋은 공용스페이스가 있어요! 저희 호스트 메리는 아유타야 관광 정보를 굉장히 잘 알려 주셨어요. 시간이 별로 없었는데 덕분에 볼 수 잇는건 다 보았습니다. 숙소는 굉장히 깨끗하고 편안해요. 공용스페이스 해먹에 누워있으면 시원하고 기분이 좋습니다. 숙소 나무바닥을 걸으며 들리던 소리도 굉장히 좋았어요. 화장실 수압도 좋고 위치도 터미널에서도 가깝고 유적지와도 가깝고 야시장과도 가까워요! 아침에 일어나서 공용 공간에서 출근하는 사람들 학교가는 사람들을 보는 시간이 굉장히 즐거웠어요 아름다운 강아지도 있구요. 해가 잘 드는 아름다운 숙소였어요. 저희에겐 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 감사합니다 :-) 없습니다.
• Yamazaki (9/5): - マダムもスタッフさんもとても親切で良かったです。猫も犬も可愛くておりこうさん。 バスターミナルが近い。鉄道フェリーからもまあ近い。ナイトマーケットが近い。そのナイトマーケットで夕食をとる前に散歩がてら、ふらっとワット マハタートに行けてしまう贅沢な立地。 建物は古いが良い感じで清潔に保たれている。水回りも綺麗なのでいつも安心して利用できました。 ツインベットルームに滞在したのですが、ちょっと物を置くための場所が足りなかったので、共用部の椅子をお借りして部屋に置くことを許可してもらいました。そのおかげでとても使いやすくなりました。 大通りからの騒音は全く気にならず私達はよく眠れましたよ。ボディソープ有シャンプー無。湯沸かしポットや冷蔵庫は共用です。大きな冷蔵庫は冷凍室も広くてよく使いました。チェックアウト後も共用部の扇風機とハンモックで出発まで休ませてもらえました。 2泊しましたが、なにかと便利で清潔でとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。 物を置く棚が少ない←椅子で解決 壁にフックが2個では足りないかな。
• Chiara (9/5): Bello e rilassante, la signora ospitale e disponibile - La parte esterna comune era molto carina e piena di posti dove potersi sedere / stendersi per rilassarsi Purtroppo essendo una guesthouse anche il bagno in camera con la doccia sopra alla tavoletta non era comodissima

• Remi (10/5): Très bien - Tout était très bien. Ca correspond bien aux photos. Bon emplacement. Chambre agréable. Grand espace commun à l'étage au centre. L'hôte est très accueillante. Il y a plusieurs chats, ils sont relaxes et agréables.
• Claudio (8/5): - Ottima la posizione per visitare i parchi archeologici, staff molto gentile e disponibile. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. I troppi rumori fuori dalla stanza, dovuti soprattutto al comportamento di altri ospiti decisamente maleducati. Inviterei l’host a far rispettare di più i momenti di tranquillità nella struttura.

• Yumiko (8/5): - マダムがすごく優しかった。 チェックインの時に帰りの電車の時間まで気にしてくれた。 早く着いたので荷物預かりをしてもらおうと思っていたが、空いている部屋にすぐ案内してくれた。 自転車も60バーツでレンタルできます。 タイヤに空気を入れてくれてサドルの高さ調節もしてくれる。ただ少し古く変速ギアなどは付いていない。 部屋は清潔にしてあるが設備は古い。 シャワーを浴びるとトイレがびしょ濡れになってしまう。

• Adriana (10/5): Perfecto - El personal. Llegamos de Chiang Mai a las 3 am y nos abrieron muy amables. Al día siguiente nos explicaron cómo visitar la ciudad y les alquilamos las bicis, tienen café de cortesía y una mini cocina muy agradable Nada, es ideal. Quizá el agua caliente que no iba bien es la única pega.
