De gebowkte kamer, halfvrijstaand huisje blwek een badkamer te hebben dienonder de zwarte schimmel.zat inclusief de douchekop. Heb dus sowieso een anderw kamer gevraagd en ook gekregen, maar wrl erg jammer dit. Het eten in het restauyant was wel erg goed.
• Jens (8/5): Leuk speels resort voor een fijn verblijf - Heel mooi terrein en ruime kamers. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Fijn bed en badkamer. Het personeel is erg aardig, maar beloofde ons om ons op te halen vanuit een ander strand en kwam vervolgens 1 uur later. Ik denk dat door matige Engelse kennis soms communicatie soms wat lastig. Het strand bij het resort is niet zo mooi en er is niet zo veel te doen. Maar binnen 15 min ben je op een mooi rustig strand en het kost 300tbb maar voor een enkele rit vanuit het hotel.

• Sin (8/5): Exceed expectation. - We have a nice breakfast in the hotel. The environment is chilly with lots of trees around. The resort is at the beachfront. My son likes the swimming pool just outside the room. The sound insulation of the room is not under expectation. we can hear people walking and pulling the chair in the room above us.

• Wanna (9/5): A colorful resort with spacious room, close to a scenic route along the beach. - Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is delicious with decent variety. There is a small market close by in the evening. The furniture is a bit shabby. The painting was peeling off. The wall is not sound proof, hear some traffic noice from a street behind the room. The beach in front of the hotel is dirty.

• David (9/5): A visit to Khung Wiman - It's our second time there. The facilities are excellent, the standards are high and the location is good. The restaurant on site has a great menu, and our breakfast was very good. On this occasion we got a great rate. Sometimes prices can be a touch high, but the standards are also high.

Not crowded. - not the best housekeeping. - bad management of frontdesk staff. - our room shared pool with a family of 6 people. - dirty and out of order pool. The water in the pool was not circulated. (pump out of order?) - the temperature in the shower was very unstable. - balcony full of small ants/insects. -the refrigerator was to small - not soundproof walls..could hear noise from outside waterpumps and talking sounds from neighbor room. - no dining table in room!

• Lalita (9/5): European/Norther American feeling in Thailand - Very unique style for Thailand, a great idea actually to attract not only foreign, but also Thai tourists. The little houses are pretty, kept in good condition and clean. Rooms are very spacious and beds were comfy. The staff was very nice and helpful, they also had a little souvenir corner at the reception. The pool has a jacuzzi feature, which was also nice. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and the food was tasty. The glass window between bathroom and bedroom. I understand that it's a way to make the bathroom have more light, and for a couple or family it's not really an issue. But I could imagine that staying there with friends or work colleagues might be a bit awkward, if they need to share rooms.

• Jo (9/5): Quirky and charming. - Breakfast was lovley with a choice of some western options as well as Thai options. Everything we sampled during our stay was very good. We ate dinner at the restaurant every evening and the food was delicious. Especially the Tom yum goong and all the seafood dishes were tremendous. Service was professional and friendly. All the staff were so helpful and pleasant. We were able to thoroughly relax during our stay and this was because Peggy’s Cove had thought of everything. Also loved coffee cove serving lovley coffees and smoothies. Upon first arriving I thought the pool area looked disappointing. There were a couple of lonely sun loungers under a lonely looking palm shade. Once we were using the pool however it was extremely pleasant. So I think just make it look more appealing to encourage people to use it. Bicycles are available for use and we took them out one morning. They could do with some maintenance as they were a bit rusty, failing brakes etc and we weren’t convinced they were entirely safe. I think if the hotel invested in some electric bikes (that could be hired for a charge) that would be fantastic for people like us who don’t drive in Thailand but want to explore the beautiful area in some degree of comfort.
• Ellis (8/5): A very good resort hotel that we recommend for adults and families. - Unique resort design. Big welcome. Good international breakfast. Very good rooms with comfortable big beds. We asked for baggage collection and packed breakfast for 0700 check out as we had to go to Bangkok airport. As no staff arrived we took our cases to the car and we had to chase for the breakfast package. We eventually departed at 0720 and fortunately arrived at the airport on time for the international flight for one of our party. This lateness by the baggage collection just took the edge off an otherwise excellent stay at this very good resort hotel.

They have put enormous effort to recreate the feeling of east coast Canada, but in a beautiful beachfront setting. The entire property is beautiful and perfectly maintained. the staff is excellent and working very hard. The restaurant is superb. all is fantastic. no complaints at all

• John (10/5): It was pleasant night of stay spending holidays with friends. What you see is what you get. - The staff was very friendly and easy to dealt with. The hotel is just in front of the beach and the room is worth the amount that you'd paid for and was very clean. The breakfast was superb and the food was delicious. Our room is situated at the very last part of the properties and adding additional lights on the pathways like hanging lights on the trees would he much better so that guest can walk with ease in the middle of the night. There's no motobike for rent for the guest just only bicycle.

• Possatorn (7/5): Next time will try another hotel - A la carte breakfast was delicious. Most of the staff was friendly. The room was clean enough. Got 2 free ice cream per room for 2 nights stay. Overall it was good hotel. The price was also fair but nothing exceed expectation. The buffet breakfast for the 2nd night was bad compare to a la carte breakfast. They just wanna lower their cost I guess. The shuttle service is available from 8 a.m. so you have to walk if you wake up early. The room was not soundproof. Beware if you stay there on weekday, there was some school activity at the meeting facility with around 2 buses of kids and teachers so if you just wanna chill out at the hotel you may want to look somewhere else. Overall, my first time there was a lot better. Next time will try another place.

After I release the water from the jacuzzi, I have found a lot of brown dirt in the bottom. This happened after the rain, I guessed. My first use the day before was unremarkable.

• Willy (10/5): Mooi hotel vlakbij het strand - Nieuw hotel,alles prima in orde met ruime kamers met voor ons rechtsreeks toegang tot een klein zwembad aan de kamer. Restaurant en ontbijt mooi verzorgd. Hotel is vlak aan het strand gelegen, gewoon even de straat oversteken. Maar zoals bij alle openbare stranden in Thailand is dit ook niet proper. Je kan echter altijd terecht in het zwembad van het hotel.

• GORDON (8/5): Picturesque Hotel - We had stayed here before. Returned this time with a group of cousins. Picturesque place but somehow staying the second time was not that exciting. Also staff really needs more training. They are not too efficient nor friendly, considering this is a kind of a resort, they should be more accommodating and friendly. Bear in mind there is really nothing around this hotel. Just a traditional thai fisherman village!

It was everything and more, really beautiful resort, friendly & helpful staff, great food. Rooms immaculate, very good attention to detail. Will most definitely come back again and stay for longer.

• GORDON (8/5): Serenity of Nature - Short holiday break from busy Bangkok. This was a very nicely designed resorts of villas. Nice style. Only problem is the neighbourhood is basically fisherman village with nothing around it. Just the sea view and beach. Not even a 7-11 nearby. But great if you just want to be away from everything else and enjoy the serenity of nature.
• 808 TATW (10/5): Wonderful experience - A truly wonderful and unexpected surprise off the beaten path. The owners and their architects developed a real gem. Every little detail is well designed and thought through. The staff is extremely friendly, the infinity pool is awesome and also has a cool section with jets in the floor. The beds are huge and the mattresses are very comfortable. Hard to improve much, but would be nice to have a few international channels on the TV. Everything else was top notch.
