- Marco (7/5): Excelente cama y ubicación pero cocina mediocre - La ubicación del apartamento está genial, si tienes suerte puedes llegar a aparcar en alguna de las calles que hay alrededor que no son de pago. Pero la mayoría de las calles son de zona azul o verde. El colchón para ser un apartamento turístico estaba realmente bien, creo que ha sido de los primeros en los que no he echado de menos mi cama. La cocina siempre suele ser el punto debil de estos alojamientos, EL CUCHILLO, porque si, había solo uno, no era capaz ni de cortar una cebolla, finalmente tuve que comprar uno y se lo dejé a unos amigos que viven en la isla, porque era imposible usarlo para nada. Si consideráis alquilar un coche, os recomiendo poner un ticket de una hora o algo así y dejar que os multen, son 6€ de multa y te sale mas rentable pagarla al momento en una maquina que pagar un parking que son 12€ el día.
- Cristina (4/5): - La ubicación era estupenda y las instalaciones muy cómodas, sobre todo el dormitorio El ruido fatal, se escuchaban todos los ruidos del bloque de los apartamentos de alrededor, el piso daba a un patio interior. La cerradura de la puerta se quedaba cogida y costaba mucho abrir. La cocina y baño eran un poco pequeños. Nos quedamos 6 noches y nos dijeron que en la mitad de la estancia vendrían a limpiar y no lo hicieron

- Corujo (2/5): - Que estaba cerca de la playa Me tocó unos vecinos que se dedicaba a hacer ruido a todas horas, hasta en la madrugada y no me dejó dormir en toda la estancia . A parte la lavadora es muy antigua y no va bien y el plato de ducha para una persona con mas cuerpo no entras . Gracias que a mí sí me vino bien

- LETICIA (8/5): todo ok - La ubicación es perfecta si te quieres tanto mover en la ciudad o salir a recorrer la isla. Si llegas después de las 20h, es fácil estacionar cerca aprovechando la zona azul. Estaba MUY limpio y bien equipado con todo li neevsario Quizás el ascensor es muy pequeño si viajas con varias maletas, pero no limita el acceso.

There is a proper kitchen where you can cook (with a fridge, electric stove, microwave, kettle, dishes, etc.), a nice bathroom with good makeup light, a washing machine, drying racks, a fan in case you get hot. There are also window blinds. Everything is extremely clean! Everything was perfect

- Berta (10/5): Sin duda repetiría - Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento fue la ubicación, estábamos enfrente de la playa. Lo más importante es el aparcamiento, era fácil aparcar, aunque todo era zona azul. La zona azul no costaba mucho y no pagas de 20:00 h a 09:00 h del día siguiente. En cuanto al alojamiento en sí, nos encantó. Estaba todo muy limpio y la cama era súper cómoda. Volveríamos a repetir sin duda, también muy encantados con la atención del personal. Esto es algo muy personal, la habitación no tiene persianas. Dispone de una cortina a modo de persiana. Personalmente, nos gusta dormir con mucha oscuridad y al amanecer entraba claridad a través de las cortinas.

Close to beach, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and transport. - receptionist was friendly -Cleaning and fresh towels during the stay -Place was clean and cozy. Had almost everything that you'd need -Smooth check in/check out -Hairdryer, iron and most importantly washing machine -Beds were comfortable minor things to improve. Not a deal breaker -Shower cabin is quite small. -the induction cooker is a little old and not that efficient. Could do with an upgrade -Hot water seems to run out quite quickly. 1 person was ok but 2 people might struggle to get full hot showers in a row -Would be nice to have washing machine detergent. Just because you have to buy an entire container for 1-2 washes. -Wifi was patchy and frequently dropped.

- Małgorzata (8/5): Pobyt był krótki -3 dni a lokalizacja pozwalała na poznawanie Las Palmas komunikacja miejską. - Świetna lokalizacja, wejście do mieszkania o każdej porze, na podstawie informacji o kodach dostępu do kluczy. Bardzo, bardzo mała kabina prysznicowa.

È un appartamento grande, ascensore presente, doccia funzionante alla perfezione, acqua calda presente. È un appartamento sicuramente spazioso. Abbiamo avuto accesso all'appartamento in anticipo rispetto all'orario prestabilito. All'arrivo non ha risposto nessuno sia al telefono che suonando il campanello. Hanno aperto il portone solo delle ragazze che uscivano dall'edificio e così siamo riusciti ad entrare, il ragazzo del checkin è arrivato qualche minuto dopo il nostro arrivo. L'appartamento è molto rumoroso, e non perché i vicini facciano casino ma perché i muri sono davvero sottili. Inoltre, le finestre sia di cucina che di camera da letto non hanno il doppio vetro ed essendo ubicate nella parte interna di tutte le altre case vicine, rendono difficile il riposo notturno. È come stare in vacanza tutti insieme :-D altra nota negativa, i fornelli. Le piastre sono due ad induzione, e oltre ad essere poche, sono posizionate troppo vicine rendendo impossibile cucinare due piatti nello stesso momento.

- Cedim (10/5): Apartment direkt am Hafen und in der Nähe vom Strand - Dass Mitarbeiter und Reinigungspersonal Respekt vor der Privatsphäre hatten, fand ich ganz toll. Sehr freundliches Personal. In den meisten Hotels wäre es nicht so. Dort taucht das Reinigungspersonal sogar dann auf, wenn man es nicht möchte. Die anderen Gäste waren ebenfalls angenehm. Jeder respektiert gegenseitig gerade die Privatsphäre und die Ruhe im Haus, sehr schön. Die Küche war wie gewünscht komplett ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in derselben Straße. Auch ohne Google Maps kommt man in der Gegend zurecht. Abends einen Spaziergang Hafen oder am Strand ist hervorragend, da alles ziemlich nah bei den Apartments liegt. Ich empfehle gerne das Urban Center Las Palmas gerne an Freunde weiter und würde selber auch immer wieder dort buchen. Sehr gute Erfahrung.

- Luisa (8/5): Som helhet, mer än nöjd. Kommer att bo här igen om jag kommer tillbaka - Ljust och fräscht med bra utrustat kök. Uppskattade den lilla espressobryggaren och den rymliga terrassen med bl a hammock och att det var öppet så man kunde njuta av solen. Området genuint och inte så mycket turister, mest spanjorer på restauranger och barer. Menyer på spanska så Google translate är bra att ha. Nära till affär, stranden och inte lika blåsigt som på las Canteras-sidan dit du ändå gick på 20-25 min. Nära bussar åt alla håll. Kommer att bo här igen. Lite kallt på golven så inneskor/strumpor ett måste. ( var där i januari) Lite dålig fart på duschen men det funkade. Lite strul med receptionens betalterminal och var tvungen att gå dit ett par gånger innN jag kunde betala för boendet. Receptionen låg dock nära. Den minsta och sjukaste hiss jag åkt med någonsin

- Durand (1/5): Appartement supérieur à éviter - La propreté et le lave linge... Un accueil froid à l'arrivée. L'odeur, l'humidité dans l'appartement. L'emplacement dans le port industriel et le bruit infernal, l' appartement est situé à côté d'une grande avenue dont le bruit des voitures ne cesse.

- Helena (2/5): Do not book - Close to the city and the beach (walkable distance) You can hear absolutely everything, making it impossible to sleep. I was repeatedly woken up by coughing, spitting, people coughing up mucus, using the toilet, flushing, and even people having sex. There is no access to fresh air, as the central part of the building has no windows or outdoor ventilation. Everything feels old and worn. There was a blocked drain that leaked into the cupboard under the sink. I contacted the property about this issue, but they never replied. The kitchen is very limited and not suitable for proper cooking. I am very disappointed, especially as I paid more expecting better quality. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

- Leila (8/5): Piso interior con ubicación ideal - Ubicación, comodidad de la cama, limpieza, wifi y atención del personal inmejorable. Se escucha cualquier ruido de los apartamentos de al lado. Si las ventanas aislaran el sonido, sería ideal. No smart TV.
