Guest Reviews
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Very convenient location - close to the station, buses and river embankment. Large room, good bed. Simple interior, but clean.
- Eros (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very helpful, precise, and friendly. Very easy self check-in. Our kids locked themselves out of the room ð and she sent someone with a spare key within minutes.
- Fien (4/5): Would not recommend - The location wasn't bad, check in went smoothly. The mattress was very hard. Although the room was really big, it didn't add value.
The bathroom was inconvenient. When you took a shower the whole room was wet. The toilet clogged even though we threw nothing in. And there were cockroaches in the bathroom and on the wall.
- Khairul (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (7/5): Good -
- Kiril (9/5): Superb -
- Denise (2/5): - No help on arrival to find room. To far from from main Kanchanaburi. Shabby and dirty barroom. I would never go again
- Denise (4/5): - The room was large with Good air conditioner. Bed was comfortable. Bed linen clean. Site was quiet.WiFi good. Fridge for water. Their was nobody to greet us our Thai taxi driver had to call someone to explain how we could get to our rooms. It was too far out of main streets of Kanchanaburi. We had to walk on busy main road with no footpath into main area. The shower head was dirty and there was a lot of mould in the shower room. The decor of the room was shabby. No bed side lights. We stayed 3 nights but would never go back there or recommend it to anyone who canât speak Thai.
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Krzysztof (9/5): Superb - We didn't meet host, but we contacted through WhatsApp and it was okay. Self check-in and -out instructions were clearly provided. Conveniently located, no far from bus or train station. Room was very big and it was comfortable. AC worked well.
- Ian (8/5): A Good Stay! - The room was big and clean, the bed was big, Aircon and the shower was good. All you really need for a comfortable stay without the extras. The location was a bit out of the way for restaurants and bars for evening entertainment. A thirty minute walk but not an issue for me personally. Unfortunately, the Verve cafÃĐ nearby was closed whilst I was there. Think it reopens 14th Nov.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything was good except that the lifts were not working. No doubt the will be repaired soon. That did not bother me. Effective air con, and you need that. Very large rooms. Quiet. 10min walk to bus station.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Solo in transito. Buona sistemazione vicino al centro
- Lynette (2/5): Poor - The guy on reception did not speak or understand English. Had no idea we had booked. We were 3 ladies and a room with 2single beds and a faux leather chair. He tried to put me in a room with some random guy! The chair I Slept on parted in the middle, had no sheet and there was no third towel. Coffee and powdered milk was there but no kettle! Would not book again and be reluctant to recommend
- milan (8/5): not that great, not that bad also... - the hotel itself is ok for the price that we paid, but when we decided to stay one extra night, they charged us almost double the price! but still, hotel was ok, we had a really big room, wifi was on and off, but still manageable! also extra furniture in the room was a great addition! but, the best thing about this place is that its close to the Verve, a restaurant and a bar that you just can not miss!!! we even got a ride to the bus station from the owner!
- jeff (10/5): We really liked it! - We took a tuktuk to the accommodation from the bus station. This should cost about 100 baht. You have to barter with the driver. We arrived at the residence and there was no one at the front desk. You may have to wait a minute on the comfy sofa, but someone will come to help you. Our room was spacious and very clean. We loved having a refrigerator and small freezer. There was ample storage for clothing and personal items. Every day we got new bottled water and coffee packets. There was also a water cooler for water refills downstairs in the lobby. The AC in the room was topnotch. The bathroom was a typical Thai bathroom with no shower curtain to separate things but this is usual. There was a 7-11 down the street to the right as well as a small restaurant on the right just as you come down the drive. There was a market in the evening on Monday just down the street which had food stalls, local produce and assorted wares. We are walkers and walked to the Bridge over the River Kwai though many people might think it too far at about 4 kilometers round trip but it is possible to walk most places. Our only complaint is that the bed was somewhat hard but again this is usual in many Thai accommodations. There were so many good things about this place that we could overlook the bed but just thought it should noted.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice and Clean but Far Away from town - Staff is very friendly buto don't speak a lot of English, barely any, so its hard to communicate with them. Also quite a bit out of the town area where there are things to do.
- Brittany (10/5): Convenient, clean, and great service! - The room was perfect for any backpackers. It was a big room that was very clean and roomy. The location was walking distance to markets and the bus station.
