• Szigeti Balázs (8/5): Központi, tiszta és hangulatos apartman, az 1-es szoba néhány apró hibával. - Egy többszobás apartmanban kaptuk meg az 1-es szobát. A hely központi, minden könnyen elérhető. Az udvar gondosan rendezett, barátságos hangulatú, tele apró színes kavicsokkal, kedves díszekkel és kiállított régi helyi munkaeszközökkel. Ez különleges karaktert ad a helynek, mintha egy apró szabadtéri múzeumban pihenne az ember. A szoba tiszta volt, és jól estek az apró figyelmességek (hajszárító, papucs). A képek teljesen a valóságot tükrözik. Az értékelésünk csak az 1-es szobára vonatkozik, mivel minden szoba más elrendezésű. Ebben a szobában a zuhanyfüggöny kényelmetlen volt, a WC-papírtartó és a kártyaolvasó nem túl praktikus helyre került, a fürdőszoba padlója pedig úgy lejtett, hogy a víz kifelé folyt.

• Jozef (10/5): - This place is a few steps from the beach, clean and well maintained. Everything in the room worked without any problems. The air-conditioning was worth it to pay a little bit extra for at checkin. The main street is right there with an endless selection of food places and all the necessities (supermarket, pharmacy etc) are a short walk away on the main street. The beach is mere meters away and it is a pleasant sandy beach. The incline of the sea is gentle. We were there in the middle of August and neither the beach nor the water were crowded. Our apartment was comfortable and practically equipped. In 2025 the rooms have excellent sound insulation from the outside, when restaurants on the main street played music in the evening with the window closed we did not hear anything.

• Sara (8/5): Soggiorno relax - Struttura praticamente sul mare e sulla passeggiata di Stalida, quindi super comoda. Il parcheggio viene segnalato sulla strada, ma si può dire che sia inesistente. Almeno ad agosto è stato necessario fare molti giri prima di trovare un posto per la macchina e sempre almeno a 10 minuti di camminata. Dovrebbero magari sostituire la tenda dalla doccia con una cabina più igienica.

• Kirstine (10/5): - Second time staying at Psaras. It suits our needs perfectly. The environment draws people from the street to take photos because of how charming the entrance is. Psaras has a beach vibe, easy access between beach and room. Lovely decor and details. Eva and Mixalis let you get on with your stay and are available when needed. The lady who serviced the room is a sweetheart. Glad to be back and will return again. Thank you team Psaras!

• Marie (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert, mit viel Liebe zum Detail - Eine mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltete Unterkunft. Sowohl die Zimmer, als auch die Außenanlage hatten so viele schöne dekorative Details. Großes Lob an die Besitzer. Die Amaturen im Bad hatten Rost und müssten erneuert werden. Es ist trotzdem alles sehr sauber geputzt gewesen.

• Thomas (10/5): All in all a fantastic property that we would return to. - We had a fabulous ground floor apartment , very clean and spacious , air conditioning Was quiet and really good. Nice big comfy bed. Change of linen and towels every other day and apartment cleaned every day too. Gardens are really pretty and the location is fantastic for the beach. Some issues with a pump noise during some nights/ early hours of the morning

• Paul (10/5): Perfectly placed and a mix of traditional and modern. - A brilliant location in the centre of Stalis and ideally placed to explore. Eva & Mikalis were lovely and so helpful. The rooms have been very recently refurbished and are spotlessly clean. The courtyard and garden are really quirky with painted stones, colourful plants, ornaments and little personal touches from the family. I would definitely recommend these apartments. No swimming pool but plenty of pools in very close proximity which let you use theirs if you have a drink plus the beach is literally 50 yards from the apartments.

• Jackie (10/5): - Had a fantastic stay at Psaras. This was our 2nd time & equally enjoyable. Comfy beds, constant hot water, great position for restaurants, bars etc & maid service regularly. The only thing to mention is on our previous visit we could use the pool at the hotel in front. We were told we couldn’t do that any more as it’s an all inclusive hotel & it’s not free to use the pool/beds like it was 4 yrs ago. Otherwise all good

• Eliane (7/5): séjour agréable,appartement correct, propriétaire gentil j'y retournerai avec plaisir - l'appartement est bien placé dans une rue commerçante a cote de la mer,donc nous avons pu tout faire a pied.. il est propre et le menage est fait tous les jours... L'appartement est silencieux, il y a la climatisation mais qui est en supplément du prix ainsi que le coffre l'amenagment de la cuisine n'est pas optimal il faudrait rajouter ud materiel notamment des poeles et casseroles, plus de couverts....
• Alan (8/5): Fantastic location with friendly owners. - The location is amazing.We are talking 20 meters to the beach, turning right out of the apartments,and 20 meters to the main street with loads of bars,restaurants, and shops.The owners clearly take a lot of pride in their property. The height of the bath could be a problem if you had mobility issues, and the shower curtain in room 15 was unfortunately dirty.

De appartementen worden elke dag schoongemaakt en iedere dag nieuwe handdoeken. De locatie is aan strand in het hartje van de plaats Stalis (Stalida). Alle noodzakelijke winkels, restaurants, barretjes, supermarktjes, autoverhuurders (Apex), ijsverkopers op loopafstand.

Szinte minden nap rendet raktak az apartmanban, vagy törölközőt cseréltek, vagy ágyneműt, takarítás is rendszeresen volt. Hamisítatlan görög stílusú épület. Szuper volt, hogy kaptunk papucsokat, tusfürdőt, sok törölközőt és a mosogatáshoz mindent (új mosogató szivacs, mosogatószer, konyharuha, stb) Apróságok... széthulló szárító, rozsdás csipeszek, nem sík aljú ülőkádban egyensúlyozás zuhanyzás alatt, régi és nem túl hatékony klíma erős alapzajjal. Konnektorok borzasztó állapotban vannak, és kifejezetten rossz helyen.

In the centre of Stalida and you can find everything. The apartment looks very artistic and cozy. Paying extra for Air Conditioner 7 euro per day but still its okay 😀

• Adina (10/5): - The staff and the owners are very friendly! The location is excellent. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. Very clean. Good view doesn't matter if you have sea view or garden view. The garden is amazing. You can find here a mini library in multiple languages. If you want a piece of real Crete, this is the place!

• Christiane (6/5): Interessante Woche - Ganz besonders hat mir das Haus, von außen, die Gastgeberfreundlichkeit und die Lage des Hauses, gefallen. Vor der Eingangstür waren ein Tisch und zwei Stühle. Ein Stuhl war kaputt. Dieser wurde umgehend durch einen intakten Stuhl ausgetauscht. Gut fand ich auch den Wäscheständer, welcher vor der kleinen Sitzecke vor der Tür stand. Zum Glück war unser Zimmer am Ende des Hauses, so dass keine Gäste bei uns vorbeiliefen. Die Bettmatratzen waren super. Haben sehr gut im Bett schlafen können!!! Das weiß-blaue Haus ist wunderschön von außen dekoriert . ist eine Augenweide. Zudem liegt das Haus fast am Strand. Nur ca. 20 Meter vom Strand entfernt und direkt an der kleinen Geschäftsstraße. Alles ist dort zu finden. Ein großer Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Viele Tavernen und Shops. Eine Apotheke und Arzt sind auch in der Nähe. Ich liebe diesen Ort. Ganz besonderen Dank an Eva, die sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Eigentlich lag das Appartment-Zimmer recht gut. Aber, da es im Erdgeschoss liegt, hatten wir oft Besuch von Krabbeltieren im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr notdürftig eingerichtet. Keinen Platz für 2 Koffer. Geschweige hätte ich sie ausräumen wollen, da 1. nur ein Schrank für Aufhängesachen vorhanden war, und 2. es keine Ablageflächen gab. Kein größerer Tisch oder Bank, wo man mal etwas draufstellen konnte. Nur ein kleiner Tisch, wo tatsächlich nur ein paar kleine Dinge abgelegt werden konnten. Zudem waren die Möbel sehr alt. Eine in die Jahre gekommene Spüle mit 2 Kochplatten, die völlig verunreinigt waren. Ein Wasserkocher und Toaster, das war alles, was es an Kleingeräten gab. Leider fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine. Das war für mich echt ein Minuspunkt. Das Badezimmer war ok. Leider auch hier keine Ablageflächen für Kulturbeutel etc. Der Duschvorhang war so kurz, dass das Wasser nach dem Duschen auf dem Boden verteilt war. Für den Safe muss man extra bezahlen, sowohl, und das finde ich heftig, auch für die Klimaanlage!!!!! Pro Tag 7 Euro! Und das Ding war sooooo alt und hat Geräusche gemacht, dass man nicht einschlafen konnte. Die Klimaanlage war bestimmt 30 Jahre alt. Jedenfalls sah sie so aus und ich möchte nicht wissen, ob sie jemals innen gereinigt wurde. Keine Ahnung, ob das, was da rauskam gesundheitsschädlich ist. Wir wurden jedenfalls krank. Ob von der Klimaanlage oder normale Erkältung, kann ich nicht sagen. Nachts war sie jedenfalls immer auf gesunde 26 Grad eingestellt, nicht zu kalt. Aber, ich weiss nicht, ob sie filtertechnisch überhaupt noch laufen sollte. Da muss mal ordentlich nachgerüstet werden, denn ohne Klimaanlage ist es in dem kleinen Zimmer, welches nur ein kleines Fenster besitzt, nicht auszuhalten. Es kam kaum Luft durch das Fenster. Und wenn wir es aufhatten, kamen auch gleich die Krabbeltiere rein. Zu empfehlen wäre hier auf jedenfall ein Fliegenschutzfenster. Im Erdgeschoss auf jedenfall! TV Programme gab es nicht, trotz TV!!!!!

Bij aankomst een hartelijk welkom door Eva en Mike op een fantastische locatie, werkelijk overal dichtbij en toch rustig, naast een prachtig strand (beachclub Nisaki aanrader). Van Eva horen dat de studio die je het allerliefst wilde voor je bestemd is 😊 half ronde overdekte balkonnetje op de 1ste etage. Studio ruim genoeg. Lekkere bedden. Kleine douche ruimte maar heerlijke douchestraal en ALTIJD warm water. En het geheel keurig schoon. Resultaat 2 erg tevreden gasten die Psaras appartementen zeker aanbevelen voor een fijn verblijf. groeten Tom en Annemieke Niets

Mixalis explained to me every detail very well at check in. He also gave me anti insects spray as I was in need of and helped me with my luggage at check out. Thank you very much!☺ Right from the entrance to the appts and the appartment its own, you see how lovely and caring these people are. Such a special decor. 🤩 Very good location, just 20 m to the beach. The appts are more than a hotel, lovely decorated and very clean, exactly like on the pictures on booking! You have everyrhing here, slippers, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, sponge, hand desinfectant, hairdryer, a/c, safety deposit box, drying rack, kitchen and kitchen utensils etc. The a/c and the safety deposit box are at extra costs. New clean towels and cleaned appartment every 2 days. Airconditioning and fridge worked perfectly. Hot shower all the time and with hot water constantly, without shifting into warm-cold.The shower big and spacious enough and not like the most small showers in Greece where you can't move yourself. • Nigel Pettinger (8/5): Lovely apt... Nice little one night stay 😁 - Lovely room with comfy beds. Nicely decorated in traditional greek style. Great roomy balcony overlooking main street. Fridge was very noisy and had to turn it off to get to sleep.
