Obsługa w hotelu bardzo dobra, osoby pracujace na recepcji bardzo pomocne, wskaża droge, podpowiedza gdzie pójść na masaż. Nie pamietam Imienia Pana z recepcji ale jak raz mnie zobaczyl to poźniej pamietal nr mojego pokoju, skąd przyjechałem i zawsze wital mnie z uśmiechem a nawet zdarzylo sie że swieżym sokiem na orzeźwienie. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, troche europejskie ale i troche regionalne...kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. W pokoju maly balkonik gdzie spokojnie 3-4 osoby usiada...co prawda widok nie za checa ale to moze tylko w moim pokoju. Basen w miare duzy,czysty. Wieczorne drinki tez dobrze zrobione. W hotelu bardzo bezpiecznie, zreszta poza nim tez,Khmerzy przyjazni, nie na chalni. Personel ktor dba o czystosc pokoju robi to dobrze, nawet jak zostanie cos na wierzchu bo sie zapomnialo schowac do sejfu nie zginie. Polecam z całą pewnością. Obok hotelu jest pralnia,tzn. pracuje sobie Przemila Pani ktora za drobna oplata wypierze rzeczy i dodatkowo wyprasuje,zlozy i zapakuje. Nie ma takiej rzeczy, wszystko w dobrze, nie spodziewalem sie tego co zastalem...milo sie zaskoczylem.
• Caryn Abrahams Erasmus (4/5): Not a child friendly resort - We like the location, the rooms were comfortable, the bedding clean and comfy too. The rooms had ample storage space and the balcony was good. The pool area was great, and accessibility to the night market or pub street was within a km, a little over a dollar with a remorque with many spaces within walking distance. This place is not child friendly at all. We booked two double rooms and 1 three sleeper family room which was perfect in terms of the size for our family. For the family room the one large and one small bed was enough for the party of 4. One of our kids is just over 5. In the requests for an extra bed, there is provision for over 6years, but as we didn't need it, we didn't book one. All we asked for was 1 extra pillow for our youngest and two extra towels. We were repeatedly refused a pillow, and we're not given extra towels, except once when the person cleaning our apartment gave us two extra. This was not afforded for the first or last day of our stay. We asked twice at the reception about towels and pillows. Eventually we borrowed a pillow case and used the two scatter cushions to make a makeshift pillow for ourselves. One of the double rooms' air-conditioning was not working and there was no wifi reception on the far side of the building (odd number rooms not facing the pool). The pool area while picturesque and shady with lovely tropical plants around was unsafe. There were protruding rusty nails in the floorboards of the area and the pool itself, while beautiful and refreshing, had a very high concentration of pool chemicals that burnt and scathed both my little children's skin in a few places (not sun burn). The little one refused to go back to the pool at all.

The staff were always lovely and the front desk was very helpful and booked a couple of private excursions for us. The air conditioning worked great and the bedding was changed every day. The water temperature on the shower was difficult to regulate and the television reception was terrible so we could not use it. The included breakfast was not great.

Am putut lăsa bagajele la receptie pana la plecarea spre aeroport, ni s-a oferit și posibiltatea de a petrece timpul la piscina pana la plecare. Chiar daca mobilierul este putin invechit, tot ceea ce ofera acest hotel, face ca raportul calitate/pret sa fie excelent. Micul dejun cu multe opțiuni din bucataria locala, însă exista varianta de oua în toate felurile, asa ca si acest aspect a fost în regula pentru noi.

The pool area was very nice and generally quiet, and the hotel itself has a laidback, relaxed vibe. It’s also exceptional value for money. I loved Siem Reap and I’d definitely stay in this hotel again. It’s a little bit tired and the rooms generally could do with a refresh but this didn’t affect our visit at all and the place is amazing value for money its not so important.

• MIREN ITSASO (9/5): - Buena ubicación estás a 7 minutos de la pub street etc andando pero en una zona tranquila sin ningún ruido, está en un acceso a una avenida principal por lo que hay de todo. Desayuno tipo buffet bueno y amplio horario. La habitación es muy grande, más antiguo los muebles de lo q sale en fotos pero está muy bien La piscina genial.
• Sunaina (6/5): It was ok cuz I thought the property was just shabby but I went around and only room was the WORST - Breakfast was simple for a vegetarian(non egg-eater) like me, with few options of protein(cheese and nuts could've been there) but the chef acceded to my request for a cup of hot milk except on the day I'd to take out the breakfast of plain bread, croissant ,butter and bananas I'd requested for a quiet room but I was given the WORST room on the property. It was also the shabbiest. It had housekeeping stuff parked just in the front and the staff chatted outside the door. The elevator was also in the front and there was chatter of people theough the day and night. Although I didn't mind it much but the TV and the intercom didn't work.

Possibilità di usare la piscina dalle 7 alle 21 così dopo la giornata, ho potuto fare un tuffo prima di riuscire per cena. Camera pulita, con pulizia quotidiana e cambio asciugamani e servizio di lavanderia interno. Davvero un esperienza piacevole.

• Tommy (2/5): The female receptionist messed up the sunrise trip - location not far from Pub Street the female receptionist messed up the Angkor Wat sunrise trip. when she overcharged saying because the tuktuk driver must wake up early, I still tolerated her because I thought I wanted to help the local economy. but then it turned out she didn't inform the tuktuk driver and the driver came late. it really gave a bad taste for a very early morning trip.

• Duncan (10/5): Great friendly hotel in convenient location - The Mekong Palace was a great place to stay in Siem Reap. Very conveniently located close to the centre with friendly, helpful and welcoming staff at all times. There was some noisy renovation work going on when we arrived which was not great, but the staff moved us immediately to a quieter room further from the noise and they assured us the work would be limited to between the hours of 10am to 4pm. As we we were out all day most days, it didn't bother us again, so all good. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a good bathroom and air con. The pool was lovely and very welcome at the end of a day's temple visiting. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and a lot of choice given how few people there seemed to be at the hotel (we were visiting in low season). The laundry service was super efficient. We used the hotel's driver and tuk tuk/remorque services for both the small and grand circuit temple tours as well as a stilted village/floating village tour to Kampong Kleang. The prices were good and the service was outstanding. Both drivers were friendly, helpful and very flexible to make sure we did everything we wanted to do. If you stay here we recommend you do not look further for organising your temple and floating village tours. We particularly recommend the Kampong Kleang trip if you want to see the stilted villages and the floating villages, but want to avoid the over touristy Chong Khneas. Nothing

• Andreas (7/5): The place saw better times. - Kind staff. The mattress was overused and caused back pains. There are no racks or hooks for wet towels, you have to get creative where to hang them. Sometimes there was just hot water, really hot water although the water heater was off.
• Philip (9/5): Quiet location in centre of town - Great location, general facilities and staff. Happy with everything that mattered.
• Takahide (10/5): - 空港からのバス停までトゥクトゥクで1ドルの場所で、パブストリートまで歩ける距離にあり、便利でした。大通りから1本入ったところにホテルがあるため静かでよく寝られました。スーパー、レストランやレンタルバイクのお店が近くにあるところもよかったです。
• Kee (7/5): It offers value for money and a decent room for a short stay. - The room is spacious. Furnitures and fittings looked dated but it is fine. I like especially their local fried rice and noodles for breakfast. It is located on the main street within a walking distance to the Pub street and the night market. The airconditoner looks like it is operating on borrowed time and sheer willpower.
• Anupreeta (6/5): Had a pleasant stay. - I liked the location of the hotel, the vegetarian breakfast options and wi-fi. As such the staff were helpful but the customer service could be improved if they could understand English better. The room was not as nice as shown in the pictures while booking, mainly the condition of the bathroom was not as good. There was problem with the hot water in the room which took some time to be fixed. On the positive side, they let us use the hot shower from another room as my husband was ill and needed hot shower.

• Lusanda (10/5): Great value for money stay. - The location was excellent as it was just a short walk away from Pub Street and the Old Market. There are also plenty of small, local restaurants around. The pool area was also a great part of the stay as whenever I get back from exploring Siem Reap I was able to jump in and cool off. The staff also made the stay enjoyable as they were approachable and friendly. Breakfast was okay but could be better
• Marcelina (8/5): Pretty good, spacious room - Room was fantastic, very spacious, it had everything I needed. Great location of the hotel, walking distance to Pub Street. Very good WiFi Hotel is situated next to the school and it can get very loud in the morning. I was also dissatisfied with breakfast (not many options) and there was no AC in the reception.

• Mieko (10/5): とても良かった - プールもあって、混雑してなく、ゆっくりできました。朝食も無料のブッヒェで、卵料理はその場で調理してもらえます。 オールドマーケットまではグラフで1ドルぐらいです。夜も静かでセキュリティーも安心です。 洗濯物が1キロ1ドルでホテルで頼めます。 とても良い仕上がりでした！ ファミリーにもお勧めです。
