• Antonio (8/5): - El hotel está bien situado y el personal fue muy amable desde nuestra llegada, intentando ayudarnos es todo. Viajamos en bicicleta que nos guardaron en garaje. Desayuno muy bueno Al ser fin de semana había una fiesta fuera hasta las 2 de la mañana, que no es culpa del hotel. Habitacion un poco pequeña

• Mykhaylo (4/5): - Péssimo atendimento e total desconhecimento da lei. A funcionária do turno da noite demonstrou uma enorme falta de profissionalismo e foi extremamente rude connosco logo à chegada. Como se não bastasse a falta de educação, demonstrou também uma total ignorância jurídica: a minha esposa apresentou um Título de Residência válido (que, por lei em Portugal, é o documento oficial de identificação de um residente estrangeiro, substituindo o passaporte em território nacional). Ainda assim, a rececionista insistiu e exigiu, de forma arrogante, que era obrigatório por lei ela andar com o passaporte. Quem reside legalmente em Portugal não precisa do passaporte para fazer um check-in num hotel. Se o problema fosse uma limitação do próprio sistema do hotel em aceitar o documento, bastava ter tido uma abordagem mais profissional, explicando a situação e pedindo o passaporte de outra forma. Se tivesse falado com delicadeza e com o respeito que se espera na hotelaria, teria facilitado a nossa entrada e evitado este momento tão lamentável. Infelizmente, preferiu ser intransigente e agressiva. Uma experiência horrível que não recomendo a ninguém.
• emilie (6/5): Hôtel très bien situé mais chambre à rafraîchir d’urgence - La proximité avec la plage Chambre (108) propre mais à la limite de la vétusté (surtout dans la salle de bains où le plafond avait subi un dégât des eaux et où toutes les serviettes étaient trouées par l’usure) et qui en plus sentait le tabac…alors ok c’était de la dernière minute mais cela ne justifie pas les 70 euros facturés. De plus réveil en pleine nuit par une arrivée tardive (2:30) qui a sonné plusieurs fois à l’entrée puis a pris pris très bruyamment possession de la chambre (mais ça ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel)
• Telmo (1/5): Não voltarei a repetir ,sem ter sequer televisão tornasse horrível - Vista mar Sem AC e tinha um aquecedor que não funcionava, televisão do quarto não funcionava e mesmo após pedir ajuda dizem que não podem fazer nada…, e os vidros do quarto são tão finos que há uma discoteca lá perto e nós dentro do quarto parecia q estávamos na festa só deu para dormir depois das 2 da manhã

• Ricarda (7/5): - De locatie Verwacht van het ontbijt niets spectaculairs, het was simpel en sumier. Is wel goed tegen verspilling van voedsel, maar voor de kids die graag croissants en chocobroodjes wilde was het af en toe haasten om er nog eentje te kunnen bemachtigen.

Quarto péssimo, camas individuais minúsculas, caímos da cama, almofadas péssimas, quarto frio sem ar condicionado, nem nenhuma mesa de apoio, porta com folga que fez barulho durante toda a noite, chão super desconfortável, nem sequer existia um édredon apenas cobertores antigos e a cheirar a pó. Experiencia a não repetir. Preço desadequado para as condições que oferece. Abertura da porta com um código absurdo.

• Gerarda (5/5): - The location was very nice, next to the tram stop (although we didn't see it, maybe it only rides in high season and not in May?). The beach is just across the street, so that's great. The hotel was nicely decorated, with several small seating areas. And the girl at the reception was very nice and welcoming. The beds were good, it was clean and the bathroom was big and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good. The room was very small. No chair(s), no table, no mini fridge, no water bottle, no water cooker. We could only lay on the bed. There was no balcony. The night club across the street was very noisy until about 2 at night. This hotel isn't cheap so we really expected it to be better. We have stayed at much cheaper and better places, also on good locations.

• Tessa (8/5): Loved this location!!! - The proximity to the beach, the friendly staff, and the good nearby restaurants. Also, there was free parking. The place was clean as well! Like lots of places in Europe, the room smelled like smoke at times, and there was no elevator for the luggage. The staff did offer to help w bags tho. Also, they warned us that it would be loud at night from the bar across the street, but we didn’t find that to be the case at all. The room was pretty soundproof and we had earplugs. We didn’t love the pillows, too thin.

• Sonia (6/5): For this price it’s ok, but the pet fee is too much for this hotel - The first room they gave me had no view other than the parking lot and there was a weir woman stalking and staring at me through my window giving me zero privacy. They changed my room so I had a nice view and nobody could see inside my room. Some rooms are very old and no view, no AC. Some staff was rude when asked to heat my own food

• Anna (10/5): - Pokój mały, ale było w nim wszystko, co potrzebne. Latem może być gorąco i brakować klimatyzacji. Parking bezpłatny znajduje się na przeciwko, nie pytaliśmy czy hotel ma parking. W recepcji Pani, która mnie meldowała, była cudowna i bardzo miła. Łatwy dostęp do pokoju, piękny taras. Nowoczesna łazienka. Niczego mi nie brakowało na krótki 3 dyniowy pobyt. Prawdziwy widok na morze i góry. Bez ściemy. Słychać było szum fal. Śniadanie raczej skromne i nie warte swojej ceny. W pierwszy dzień nikt nie zapytał, czy chcemy coś gorącego i musieliśmy się domyślać, że w ogóle o coś możemy poprosić. Na ciepło tylko jajecznica. Nic więcej. Dobre soki i przekąski. Kawa do woli. Ręczniki były zniszczone i trochę dziurawe, ale w sumie nic nam to nie przeszkadzało. Polecam obiekt. Można się porządnie wyspać.

• Peter Bl. (5/5): - Die Nähe zum Strand und ein sicherer Stellplatz für mein Fahrrad Ziemlich abgewohnt; offenbar seit Jahren keine Investitionen mehr getätigt Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise in Ordnung, aber nicht für den Preis.
• Inka (7/5): - freundliches Personal, Föhn und warmes Wasser. Perfekte Lage im Ort. Super nette Beachbar direkt gegenüber. Die Matratzen hängen ziemlich durch und leider konnte man in unserem Zimmer (nicht Richtung Strand) kein Fenster öffnen. Es sammelte sich das Wasser innen an der Scheibe bis zum Fußboden, es war sehr feucht im Zimmer und unangenehme Luft. Woanders hat jemand geraucht, was durch den Abzug im Bad zu uns zog.

• Giulia (7/5): Ok per una notte - Parcheggio gratuito accanto all'hotel. Staff gentile sia al check-in che al check-out. Colazione molto basic ma buona. Purtroppo lo scarico della doccia puzzava tantissimo e neanche tenendo le finestre aperte l'odore si attenuava. Struttura senza ascensore.

• Jaroslav (8/5): - Lokalita dobrá, jen je potřeba se předem informovat zda v se blízkosti, kde je veřejné místo, nebude konat nějaká akce. My jsme byli ubytováni na Velký pátek a a festival byl do 2 hodiny do rána. Moc jsme se nevyspali. Večer jsme se domluvili s milou recepční na dřívějším vydání snídaně (z důvodu odjezdu autobusu do Sintry). Bohužel tato informace nebyla předána.

When we complained on our last night because we ran out of clean towels and toilet papers, the Front desk had to search for towels for us. They said that a sign for cleaning needs to be placed on our door..but there was no sign or placard found in our room.

• Irina (6/5): I think hotel is fine, but it’s overpriced taking into consideration overall experience - Location (1 min from the beach), parking, friendly staff. Breakfast was fine - as expected for this price (bread, cheese, ham, some sweet cakes, yogurt etc), tea/coffee - very basic. Room was fine, bathroom is quite old, but everything was clean. You can hear everything what happens on your floor and outside. Also there was a festival near beach and very very loud music so we did not sleep well. I saw at least one review mentioned the same, so probably such festivals happens sometimes, so check before booking.

• Iberna (6/5): - La proximitat amb sintra No esta adaptat amb persones amb movilitat reduïda no hi ha ascensor. El noi de la recepció no va ser gaire atent. Has de trucar per telèfon cada cop que has de entrar I sortir del parquing. No hi havia aigua de benvinguda.

Gostaria de ter mais sítios para pendurar coisas e em vez de banheira um duche porque tenho mobilidade reduzida. Também faz falta um elevador para as pessoas como eu poderem ter menos problemas a subir as escadas. apesar de terem tido a atenção de me dar um quarto no piso inferior.
