• Verified traveler (10/5): - This resort was simply stunning and tranquil! We loved the 2 infinity pools and swimming in the ocean, as well as the sea views from our luxurious ocean view suite. The service was impeccable across the entire resort from bar/restaurant staff to cleaners and front desk. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful and there was a lot of choice for other meals, however, we had better dinners off the resort both in town and at the resort down the road, Alila. Both restaurants send drivers to pick you up and return you to your resort. Overall, we had an incredible time and would highly recommend this resort.

Sehr sauber mit neuwertiger Einrichtung, der Pool war ebenfalls sauber. Das Frühstück im à la carte Restaurant war sehr lecker mit Blick aufs Meer. Allerdings befindet sich in der Nähe ein Öl-Depot und jeden Tag lag mind. ein Öltanker vor dem Strand.

Situé à 1h30 de l'aéroport, loin de l'agitation des plages surpeuplées en été du sud de l'île. Idéal pour des vacances au calme en famille ou en couple. Plage magnifique de sable clair, eaux turquoises, snorkeling à 20 m. Chambres spacieuses ou villas avec piscine privée très confortables. Service rapide, souriant et professionnel. Toujours des transats de libres à la plage ou à la piscine vu le petit nombre de chambres (96). Excellente nourriture bien que un peu chère par rapport aux petits restos voisins (à noter le WARUNG LUPUTU situé à 50m de l'hôtel). Bon room service et bonne qualité Wifi.
• Sara (10/5): Magnificient villa, very friendly staff - We (husband and 11 yr daughter) stayed 4 nights in a private villa Aug 1 - Aug 5 2018. It was a mignificient experience! The villa looked exactly as in the photos (if not better). Great resort, two good restaurants (very good food to reasonable prices) and extermely nice and fiendly personel. Upon check in we had some minor issues. The lock to the main villa door was broken so we had to go by the terrance dorr. For this we got compensated by complementary balanese set dinner for all three of us as well as a bottle of sparkling. Extermely well handled by the hotel. The hotel also helped out to arrange car and driver for excursions on the island. Also there is a diving / snorkling facility on the area. As well as spa and massage by the beach :) We would definitively stay here again if we go to Bali again!
• Michael (10/5): Ruhige Anlage im Osten Balis, direkt am Meer - Wir (Paar) waren im Juli 2 Wochen in Bali in der Candi Beach Villa. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und schön aufgebaut. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es werden einem alle Wünsche erfüllt. In der Villa gibt es Mittags immer Kaffe / Tee und einen kleinen Snack. Im Ressort gibt es 2 verschiedene Restaurants sowie regelmäßige verschiedene Themenabende. Die am Strand gelegene Tauchschule ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen (gute Ausrüstung, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal). Die Anlage ist eher für ruhe suchende Personen gedacht. Wer auf der Suche nach Party oder wilder Animation ist, ist hier falsch. Neben dem schönen Infinity-Pool verfügt auch jede Villa über einen eigenen Pool, der regelmäßig gesäubert wird. Es werden auch vom Hotel aus verschiedene Ausflüge mit eigenen Fahrern angeboten. Diese sind auch offen für individuelle Touren und sind preislich auch mit anderen lokalen Anbietern vergleichbar. Im Hotel selbst kann man auch Geld wechseln. Bei der Anreise kann man im Vorfeld auch mit dem Hotel den Transfer buchen, dann bleibt einem der überteuerte Taxi-Stand am Flughafen erspart. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
• Derique (6/5): Old and not maintained - Hotel was probably nice when it first launched. Sadly it does little in maintaining the condition of the place. The public swimming pools floors are green/brown when it should be blue. cracks in ceiling, army of ants on the indoor curtains behind the jacuzzi. We stayed at the villa. The floor was grimy. Attendants came into the room without taking off the shoes. The private pool's water is dirty with a lot of white flakes on the surface. cushions in the pavilions are dirty. The local food at the villa exclusive dining is mediocre. Western food was decent though. There is not much to say of the beach.. rather pathetic. During the night, we saw a huge gecko on the ceiling and had our room changed, no questions asked. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

• Jose (10/5): Perfect honeymoon! - Candi Beach Villas exceeded our expectations. Away from the crowds in Kuta, this property is your own private peace of paradise. We had a seaview room with jacuzzi in the balcony. The room was bigger than expected, open, airy. Had an extra bathtub in the bathroom. We had an extra special welcome, as this was our honeymoon, and they treated us to a bottle of champagne and a delicious cake. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. At the end of our trip I had a minor scooter accident and hurt my foot. They went over their way to help me due to my condition. Special thanks to Wahyu, their Guest Relations Manager, who personally made sure I had everything I needed in this regard. Because of all this, the accident is just a footnote, and we only have great memories of our homeymoon in Bali, especially at Candi Beach Villas.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Would have been perfect, except for the water! - Loved staying here, it was almost perfect, however the first day the hot water was lukewarm in the shower and the next two days it was non existent, so had to have cold showers!
• cem (10/5): One of the best ! - Stayed at Candi beach villas Jan 2018 for 12 days and it was amazing. The hotel and grounds is beautiful, the staff are so lovely and our villas was outstanding. We was on a b&b basis but every afternoon they came round with afternoon tea and sweets free of charge. Negatives I would say is the rooms are not very well sealed so be warned to share your room with a few critters and geckos and the cleaning is not a deep clean just your basics. Also check the bills on everything as service 20% And almost 20% tax is added to all bills. The food in all restaurants were amazing and always a fast service Overall I will certainly stay here again and highly recommend.
• TAC (10/5): Right on the ocean - gorgeous setting. - This hotel is right on the water, with its own little beach in a cove. It is not large, and not too small to be called boutique. There are a number of private pool villas which face the inner garden area. The luxury ocean view suites are amazing. Large rooms with decks that include a day bed and a jacuzzi open to view the ocean. But even the rooms have floor to ceiling windows that also let you see the ocean from the comfort of your bed with complete privacy. The staff was very attentive. The spa is excellent with a beautiful setting looking to the ocean. Tucked back in an area with a tiny quaint village just outside the gates. Close to Candi Dasa and surrounding sites by car. Great place to stay if you want to be in the more secluded area of Bali. Highly recommend it.

• Paul (10/5): Fantastic! - We stayed for 5 nights in an ocean view villa at the Candi Beach resort. The villa was excellent in every respect, from the superb private pool to the lovely bathroom area including jacuzzi tub. Overall the hotel provides great service; the staff are attentive and very pleasant and the diving.de dive centre was extremely well run. Location wise you couldn't get much better than this hotel. We really enjoyed having breakfast at our table overlooking the beach with the sea crashing in over the breakwater. The hotel is a RP30K taxi ride from Candi Dassa. We found the food at the hotel very good but there were plenty of other superb dining options readily accessable. Candi Dassa has a lot to offer. It is much quieter than resorts on the west side of Bali and benefits greatly from this in my view. I would unreservedly recommend the Candi Beach resort to anyone looking for quality accommodation right on the beach front.

We've stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, and this was one of the best resorts we've ever stayed in. Beautiful villa, our own private pool, complimentary afternoon Balinese tea brought to the villa, one of the best hotel bathrooms we've ever had. Overall, a perfect time in a perfect location!

• georgia (8/5): Amazing villas, very clean - Great 3 day stay in the wet season. Beautiful villa with private pool only issue was the very large gecko in our room that kept us awake every night. Could not communicate that to the staff easily so poor sleeps as a result. The wet season meant there was a lot of garbage in the water - this took away from the beauty. They need to update some facilities like snorkels, masks and find as none of them fit us.

The downfall of this resort is the staffing. Experienced many downfalls from begining of stay to end. Had communicated on several occasion about a arranged paid pick from the hotel upon arrival from the hotel for 4 people with approx. 7 bags (had just come from a 2 week scuba diving livaboard trip). Who came to pick us up from the airport a car that would hardly fit 2 people with 4 bags. There was no apology from the hotel, and several other incidents occurred during our stay. Also food not very good, recomadation eat elsewhere........
