- Andrey (10/5): Не стареющий отель - Вернулся в отель спустя несколько лет . Очень удобное расположение. До набережной пешком 15 минут. Рядом самый большой ТЦ в городе . Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак в комфортном ресторане. Очень комфортная кровать . Хорошая шумоизоляция. Персонал шёл на встречу по всем вопросам. Профессиональный бармен в лобби.

- Sergey (10/5): - Ездил отдохнуть на несколько дней в Ярославль и остановился здесь. Все очень понравилось. Ненавязчивый персонал, быстро оформили, никто не дергал, тишина в здании, чистота в номерах. Рядом куча магазинов, ресторанов - центр города, все-таки.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The gym only works 10 am to 10 pm, so for a business trip it may as well not be there. The overall level of service does not meet 4 star rating.
- Sergey (6/5): Проживание на выходных в отеле - Неплохой отель в центре города. Удобное расположение. Много исторических мест в пешей доступности. Есть много интересных заведений также в пешей доступности. Из минусов то что центральное кондиционирование. В номере очень душно, если отдыхать в жаркую погоду то лучше выбрать другой отель! Окно все время было открыто, чтобы хоть какая-то была прохлада. В целом номер хороший, чистый. Удивило что в номере был только пакетики чая, не было кофе!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Придраться особо не к чему, но мы и не рассматривали. Поездка была деловой, поэтому в номере только ночевали. Все хорошо, комфортно. Все необзодимое есть, постель и ванная чистые.
- Olga (10/5): Рекомендую - Прекрасное отношение, желание помочь во всём. Хорошие номера, чистота и комфорт. Очень разнообразные блюда на завтраке. Останавливаемся во второй раз-всё нравится 👍
- Nikita (8/5): Отель с парковкой - Отель хороший, с собственной парковкой. Возле ресепшн почему-то плавный подъем для чемоданов был перегорожен, поэтому приходится чемодан заносить по лестнице. Картины красивые, но если бы они были нарисованы, а не напечатаны - было бы гораздо приятнее. Напор воды просто отличный. Есть гигиенические наборы в виде геля для душа, шампуня, кондиционера, лосьона, зубной щётки и пасты и другое. В номере также есть фен. Подушки на кровати слишком низкие, хотелось бы побольше.
- Evgenii (10/5): Хороший отель. - Отель хороший и расположен удобно. Есть охраняемая парковка, правда не очень большая, но у нас проблем не возникло. Брали номер люкс на троих. Номер больший, хорошая кровать. Немного странная Сантехника: тропический душ висит на такой высоте, что человек с ростом выше 185 будет его задевать головой, а смеситель у раковины установлен так, что невозможно помыться не утопив все вокруг. Сервис хороший и дружелюбный. Завтрак нормальный, но не более того.

The only minor hiccup at the check-in was that the receptionist could not verify receipt of payment from Expedia and made us prepay the first night. The other employee at the helpdesk figured it out next morning and issued the refund.

Der Spaa Bereich ist sehr großzügig mit einem Pool 3 verschiedenen Saunen ausgestattet. Sogar ein kleiner Fitness Bereich mit Laufband und weiteren Geräten sind vorhanden. Die Bar bietet eine Internationale Auswahl an Getränken an. Das im Kellergelegene Irish Pup lädt zum verweilen ein.
