Each morning began with a delicious full English breakfast, complete with quality coffee and cheerful service that set a positive tone for the day. The location was perfect for our family — just a pleasant 10-minute walk to the beach, which our kids absolutely loved. It was the ideal base for a relaxing and enjoyable seaside getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return here again in the future!

- Mark (10/5): Scarborough Overnight Stay - I had a one night stay here in a twin room and it was fantastic. The location was ideal and everything was clean and tidy. Our room was ready when we arrived around 12 so we checked in and then went off to explore Scarborough. The full English cooked set is up for the day too. All in all a great B&B which is highly recommended.

We had a really nice breakfast before leaving to set us off on our way. Very helpful advice as well about the parking as the disc zone starts almost outside and there are plenty of discs in reception.

Very friendly hosts and a very comfortable bed. Excellent choice of breakfast which was cooked to perfection. The full English really does set you up for the day. Check in was straightforward and welcoming and all staff were uber efficient, polite and helpful. The location was spot on! Just a short walk to the beach front and off you go. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served in a lovely dining room; juices, cereal and filter coffee followed by toast and a full English, plus pancakes and omelettes were also on offer. We would definitely book again and highly recommend a stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Cleanliness was noticeable throughout the hotel and the bed was very comfortable. There were multiple signs that the present owners are investing in raising standards.

- Mark (8/5): - This property is very clean and well organized, almost to the the point of feeling parochial. There are lots of rules, as, apparently, previous guests have behaved badly and now we all have to be quite careful to mind our ‘P&Q’s. The detail orientation and efficiency is appreciated, but may need to be balanced a bit with generosity and warmth of feeling. I felt a bit as if I’d have a nice stay as long as I didn’t ’mess up’. This is a difficult balance and the operators seem to really invested in the success of the hotel, but my hope would be their precision will lay the groundwork for warmth - and that others who stay won’t ‘mess it up’. I wish them the best.

- Andrew (10/5): A lovely family run hotel - We stayed here in a family room for the weekend. Great location, 30 minutes walk to most attractions, and only 5-10 minutes to the beach. Family room was spacious, well equipped and warm. The breakfasts in the morning were plentiful with a lot of choice. The pool table and on site bar is a great quiet place to relax. Despite the hotel being full, we didn't hear any other rooms at night, and everyone slept very well. On street parking was great, right outside the hotel and there was always a space available.

The hotel managed to rebook a part of our stay so offered a small refund which was much appreciated and very fair of them . The breakfast was cooked to order and served to the table. The owner Vicky was very friendly and helpful on places to visit. We had a 4 night stay and would definitely choose again if we were to revisit the area.

Decor in the room is nice. Great breakfast each morning-the fruit salad is particularly nice, with fresh, seasonal, fruit. The owner is friendly and helpful. Parking on the road outside is relatively easy. Defo worth a visit
