She is positive and sponatniously helpful. Tha actual app. does not look as nice as it is on the web page and kitchen equipment is mediocre. I always manage to relax here. Carla from the hotel staff is very kind and helpful. I’m sure I will come back again. I highly recommend it.

- Alessandro (10/5): Great base for Porto - The studio apartment is beautiful with a really nice concept. Very curated, high ceiling and felt very private. We also forgot some clothes and Carla kindly arrange the shipping for us. Super recommended. Maybe the street is not one of the best, but nothing dramatic. Very close to the metro also.

Great space. Spotlessly clean. Discovered 2 beautiful bathrobes Jin the wardrobe. Carla was very helpful and managed to book a table for us in a recommended restaurant which was otherwise fully booked. The garden was great although we didn’t get time to make us of it. Only one very small issue. The fan was very noisy so we couldn’t leave it on overnight….it was a bit uncomfortably warm…we come from a cooler part of the world! Otherwise… beautiful accommodation

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine hervorragende Lage – in nur 10–15 Minuten erreicht man bequem das Stadtzentrum. Das Personal, insbesondere Hotelleitung Carla, ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie unterstützt, wo immer sie kann, und sorgt dafür, dass man sich von Anfang an willkommen fühlt. Bereits vor unserer Anreise haben wir aufgrund unserer Zwillinge ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer erhalten – eine wirklich tolle Geste! Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht, inklusive einer voll funktionsfähigen Küche. Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

- Iulia-Eliza (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a very good location - Claire was very nice and responsive. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The building has a small garden accessible to all guests. We could enjoy a coffee and some nice pastries in the morning sun. The location was very good for us, in a rather calm area. However the city centre is reachable on foot and there are good restaurants / cafes in the area. For the two of us it was perfect, however we didn’t use the bed upstairs in the mezzanine because for a taller person it was impossible to sit on the bed without hitting the wall. We felt that for four adults it can be slightly uncomfortable.

- Jessica (8/5): - Schönes authentisches Gebäude, schönes Design des Appartement. Ein schöner kleiner Garten. Die beiden Terrassentüren konnte man nicht kippen nur komplett öffnen. Da die Wohnung im EG lag und direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und dem Garten hatte mussten wir in der Nacht die Fenster schließen. Die Luft im Appartement war daher sehr stickig was uns störte. Im bad fehlten ein paar Handtuch Haken und etwas mehr Ablagefläche, aber das ist nur unser empfinden. Wir waren als Familie zu viert in dem Apartment.

- melanie (10/5): An interesting and comfortable stay in a quieter part of Porto. - Beautiful building and garden. Very clean and comfortable. Metro station just across the road. The area is far less crowded and cleaner than central Porto. We highly recommend a visit to the Botanical Gardens. We couldn’t find a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine or some scissors to open a food packet. Not a huge problem..and one I’m sure could be easily fixed.

Das Apartment war tiptop sauber, sehr geräumig und hatte alles, was man für den Alltag so braucht. Das Highlight war der große Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten. Das Apartment liegt wenige Gehminuten von der Metrostation "Carolina Michaelis" entfernt, von der man schnell in die Altstadt bzw. Flughafen kommt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im Baumhaus!

- Marc (10/5): Fantastische plek om Porto te leren kennen met excellente service en hele sfeervolle omgeving om in te verblijven - Het is een prachtig gerestaureerd apartementcomplex, waarbij alle authentieke details zijn behouden en tegelijk alles heel mooi modern en luxe is ingericht. Fijne tuin erbij, die ook heel stil is en ruim. En dat in een hele stedelijke omgeving. Metro verbinding is 2 minuten lopen, naar de stad kostte ons een kwartiertje. De service is verder ook heel persoonlijk en supervriendeljjk, Carla heeft ons met allerlei vragen zeer goed en heel snel geholpen. Je voelt je hier snel thuis, wij komen hier graag nog eens terug. Eigenlijk kan ik niks bedenken, het was top!

- Michaela (10/5): Traumhafter Kurzurlaub in herrlichem Ambiente mit ganz besonders toller Betreuung - Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage - wir haben kein öffentliches Verkehrsmittel gebraucht, alles war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten das Appartement im 3. Stock mit Terrasse und Ausblick auf den Garten. Es war herrlich ruhig und man konnte bei offener Terrassentür schlafen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Gläsern, Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfen. Es gibt einen Herd, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank und einen Tiefkühler. Zudem eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Supermärkte und Bäckereien sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber das Herz dieser Unterkunft ist Carla😍!! Sie war immer für uns da - von der Buchung bis zur Heimreise. Hat auf jede Frage innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet und uns mit ihrer freundlichen, zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Art das Gefühl vermittelt, dass es da jemanden gibt, der sich auf uns freut. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an willkommen gefühlt. Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.
- Angelika (10/5): Ein wunderschöner, kultivierter Ort, um sich wohlfühlen und in Porto gut anzukommen. - Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, obwohl wir schon morgens um 8h an einem Sonntag vor der Tür standen. Carla ist eine wunderbare Managerin, die nicht nur fantastische Konversation betreibt, sondern auch immer sofort alle Wünsche bezüglich des Apartments erfüllt. Sie hat auch wunderbare Restauranttipps. Wir waren in dem Apartment "Juliao" mit extra Schlafzimmer und Loggia mit Blick auf den Garten. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hell, die Möbel und Kunst an den Wänden besonders schön. So haben wir auch viel Zeit einfach nur im Apartment genossen. Es gibt in jedem Zimmer Ventilatoren, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Ich kann mir denken, dass es im Hochsommer sehr heiss ist, da es keine A/C gibt, aber jetzt Ende August war es gut und man konnte in der Nacht sehr gut lüften. Auch der Mückenstecker hat das Schlafzimmer mückenfrei gehalten. Die Küche haben wir vor allem fürs Frühstück benutzt, obwohl es auch die Möglichkeit gibt zu kochen. Wir haben uns rund herum wohl gefühlt. Man kann sagen, dass die Fotos dem Zimmer entsprechen. Die Wohnung liegt nah an der Metro . In 10 Minuten ist man im Zentrum, ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung ist z.B. das Konzerthaus Casa da Musica (es lohnt sich eine Führung!) und die Mercado Bom Sucesso. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

- Ünhan (9/5): - Im Wesentlichen hatte ich 4 Ziele in Porto, mein Eindruck war sehr positiv gegenüber den Menschen und den Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Stadt. Das Apartment liegt aus meiner Sicht sehr gut. Jede Nacht habe ich bequem geschlafen. Die Einbauküche erfüllt aus meiner Sicht ihren Zweck. Carla ist eine sehr smarte Persönlichkeit, die meine Anfragen schnell und unkompliziert gelöst hat. Insgesamt sind die Portugiesen sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Sicher und sauber. Die Beleuchtung hätte ich mir heller gewünscht, aber sehr nachhaltig dafür. Es gab aus meiner Sicht nicht wirklich was zu beanstanden.

- julian (6/5): - La ubicación bien y el personal tanto clara como su ayudante muy servicial y el piso bastante limpio Tanto la lavadora como la secadora eran comunitaria y el apartamento está preparado para dos personas y estamos 4 con sofá cama pero la vitrocerámica solo era de dos dueños y si ponías la sarten no podías poner la olla y viceversa

- Zuleika (9/5): Coccola a Porto - Bellissimo monolocale spazioso e ben arredato. Pulito. Abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort per il nostro bambino di 1 anno (culla, seggiolone pappa, giocattoli). C'è anche un giardino ampio. Poco insonorizzato. Manca aria condizionata (anche se noi in effetti non ne avremmo avuto bisogno). Non c'è parcheggio gratuito. Abbastanza fuori centro.

We stayed in the Emmerico apartment, very well laid out , comfortable, fabulous quiet air con.and a lovely terrace. with all round sun . There was also a beautiful garden to use.It was a 25 min walk into town but we enjoyed that taking in the surroundings. Metro just over the road and Ubers readily available. The nearest beach is about 3 miles away but walkable or you can take a bus /Uber /tram. Tram 1 from Sao Francisco church takes you to the Foz region, which has beautiful beaches. We will definitely be back at some point. Nothing

- Nicholas (10/5): - The Baumhaus appartment was fantastic. The elegant entrance hallway leads you to the airy garden with the amazing tree. Our room, Emmerico, was on the top floor and had a fabulous balcony overlooking the garden and the city. The room was airy, well lit, plenty of space and very clean with a comfortable bed and seating. The little kitchen was perfect for a city break. We had a late check in, after normal working hours, and the instructions with pictures and videos on how to enter the building was perfect. The building manager, Carla, was absolutely fabulous offering insight and helpful tips to getting the most out of this amazing city. Thank you Carla for making our trip amazing.

- Sally (9/5): Beautiful spacey apartment close to the center of Porto. - Beautifully designed building with 19th century marble pieces, high stucco ceilings and yet newly renovated and well maintained. We had a large, comfortable room with a big balcony (table and chairs outside), modern kitchen and bathroom with all we needed. In the back of the building there is a big backyard with lounge chairs, trees for shade and away from any street noise. 3 supermarkets are a few minutes walk away, one almost just across the street. Buses and a metro stop are also close by but we walked always into town (about 20 minutes to the city hall with the famous Porto sign). Check-in and check-out were easy and Carla was super nice and responsive. When we had an issue with the air conditioner, she looked into it right away and left us a big fan in the room. On our last day we could leave our suitcases until the late afternoon safely locked away. We would gladly return here and to beautiful Porto! Although not in the very center of town, there is a street with car traffic downstairs which can be noisy at times. If you close the windows or have the air conditioner on, you will not here much though.

She even directed us to our next region to explore, the Schist Villages of Central Portugal! She's a very special person and the property is lucky to have her and the housekeeper from Brazil, they are both lovely and caring people! We'd come back just or them!

Mercado Bom Sucesso ten minutes walk away where you have excellent food and drink options at very reasonable prices. Wonderful apartments

Very comfortable and well equipped. More private space than in the hotel There was a wet towel from a previous guest left in the bathroom that housekeeping missed. Directions and information on public transport was not accurate and resulted in us wasting two hours in awful weather trying to get from Boa Vista to Vila Nova de Gaia. In the end we figured it out for ourselves from then on.

Big downfall for us was the bedroom being a loft and close to the ceiling, the upstairs guests were making loud footsteps constantly in the night- even 4am I was woken up by it and it went on for hours, also made the floor click/creak above which is close to you due to the ceiling. Early mornings we were not able to sleep and relax. Ruined the stay for us unfortunately as the sleep was so interrupted. Everything out was great.

The place is very nice, nicely decorated, full of light due to the big balcony window and more spacious that I thought from the pictures. The balcony is big, the bathroom comfortable and the kitchen well furnished. The staff is very much available. If I have to mention something that could be improved, maybe the furniture in the balcony; as it is spacious, maybe a more comfortable set of chairs&table could fit well. And a balcony umbrella could definitely improve the usability in hot sunny days.
- Chip (5/5): Exasperating stay in a clean modern unit. - I stayed at this property in the past and had an excellent experience. The location is good, near the tram system and plenty of food options. It’s clean and modern. My experience during this day was not pleasant. The unit advertised was on the very top floor. This makes the garden and outdoor space worthless. It was also advertised as having a washing machine which it did not. The laundry was done by the cleaning lady. I was told by staff that she could do it quickly, so I waited for more than four hours. By the end of the four hours, I was having to call and text to obtain my clothing. The staff claimed it was a communication failure. Before booking any of these units, I would be certain which floor I’m on.

- Anna (10/5): Great apartment for two weeks stay - Nice sized apartment with all the facilities needed. Beautiful garden that provided shadow on a hot day. Located close to buses, Metro, restaurants, and convenient shops. Employees are welcoming and helpful. Tina planned and booked a great trip for us to a vineyard in the North, which was one of the best day of our trip. 😀

- Thijs (10/5): Great place to stay will definitely come back here - Lovely hosts. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Lots of space (although still being a studio) and very modern room. Nice garden and nice vibes. Also, across the street is a parking lot that is part of a garage with very friendly and helpful people. Plus supermarket is right around the corner. Nothing really. Though some may find it too far out of the city centre.
- Kerstin (8/5): The staff were fantastic and it was great to get away from the full on tourist area. - I loved the artistic style. It was beautiful and felt luxurious. It didn’t have air conditioning which was fine because of the thick stone walls. But I was there for 3 weeks and during the heatwave it was a bit hot.
