Ricardo (8/5): Boa localização, e Boa estadia. - A Estadia foi boa, a localização também. A única coisa que ficou devendo foi as fotos do apartamento, que não corresponde com a realidade, no que diz respeito ao tamanho e o que contém. Explico: o apartamento disponibilizado, foi desmembrado em dois, e as fotos correspondem ao apartamento menor, que nao continham todos os itens apresentados nas fotos, como sala com sofá, cozinha americana com fogão, etc. No apartamento disponibilizado tinha microondas, frigobar e uma cafeteira elétrica, uma cama boa queen, um banheiro privativo com chuveiro elétrico e ar condicionado split, tudo em bom funcionamento mas sem telefone/interfone interno ou Wi-Fi. Apenas estava preparado para mais itens, como nas fotos, no mais me atendeu satisfatoriamente. O atendimento por telefone só funciona de segunda a sábado.

NA VERDADE TRATA-SE DE UM APARTAMENTO DIVIDIDO NO MEIO ATRAVÉS DE PAREDE DE GESSO. NÃO CONSEGUIMOS FICAR NAQUELE AMBIENTE INSALUBRE FOMOS NOS HOSPEDAR EM UM HOTEL PRÓXIMO AVISAMOS AO ANFITRIÃO SOBRE NOSSA DECISÃO E NÃO RECEBEMOS NENHUMA RESPOSTA, NEM TÃO POUCO NOSSO DINHEIRO DE VOLTA.
Wander Miguel de Barros (6/5): - Os responsáveis pela portaria são educados e atenciosos; o proprietário do apto muito solícito; porém a limpeza não estava boa; ar condicionado barulhento; roupa de cama lavada porém não limpa com odor de maresia.
Nilo Sergio (8/5): Voltarei sim, muito bom! - Excelente localização; tem um Bompreço logo na esquina, ruas tranquilas, boas instalações, proprietários atenciosos e prestativos sempre on line no zap (autorizou minha entrada mesmo eu chegando antes do horário do chek in); espaço excelente para um casal, bom espaço para até 4 pessoa já que não tem ar condicionado na sala. Precisa ter maior atenção com a a limpeza interna do flat mas nada muito sério que impeça sua estada, porém o condomínio como um todo é muito bem cuidado e tem vaga de garagem coberta, e com elevador.
Erick (8/5): perto da praia mercado banco perto - foi mto agradavel a estadia no hotel, em boa localidade perto de bancos, mercados restaurantes, perto da praia da pra ir a pé.
