- Vít (7/5): - Design pokoje, kvalita snídaně Hotel nemá vyřešeno, jak v blízkosti hotelu zastavit autem a vyložit věci. Zavádějící marketingová komunikace na webu a od personálu ohledně parkování.
- MÁRCIO (8/5): Great view. Staff could be more friendly on our special occasion - Riverside and castle view The front desk lady, Veronika, seemed not to care much about anything we said. Not friendly at all. Cleanliness in the room could be better, we found someone else’s hair in the room.

- Rudolf (8/5): Príjemná noc v architektonickom skvoste Prahy. - Legendárne miesto v čase svojho 30. výročia. Som rád, že som to mohol zažiť, bolo to príjemné. Matrace síce mäkké, ale spalo sa na nich dobre, raňajky veľmi fajn; celkový pocit dobrý. Žiadne špeciálne nadšenie či pocit z niečoho nevšedného a nevídaného. Všetko bolo iba OK. Čo je pri tej cene za ubytovanie asi trochu málo, takže nabudúce asi radšej niekde inde.

- Dagmar (10/5): - Naprosto všechno. Obrovský pokoj. Luxusně pohodlná postel, že tak dobře jsem se dlouho na hotelu nevyspala. Luxusní obrovský výběr na snídani. Na co člověk pomyslí to tam bylo a vše ve vynikající kvalitě. Plus ty výhledy z restaurace u večeře!!!!! Ochotný personál. Určitě se chci znova vrátit. Cena na začátek května byla příznivá. Oproti jiným hotelům.

- Anne-Catherine (9/5): Séjour mémorable dans un hôtel remarquable. - La grandeur et l'équipement de la chambre tout confort et la vue exceptionnelle sur la rivière. Notre chambre située au 3e étage était idéalement située. L'entretien quotidien est irréprochable. L'amabilité du personnel est à souligner. Le restaurant est remarquable. L'isolation avec la chambre contigüe laissait un peu à désirer. Cette chambre pouvait être communicante, c'est peut-être pour cela. Nous entendions les voisins parler le soir.

Vielen Dank noch mal an das ganze Team und Frau Hunackova. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage. Die Lage, bitte Deluxe Zimmer buchen ,mit dem Blick auf die Moldau super. Nichts zu beanstanden.

- Katrin (10/5): - Ein sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen, sauber und ein super Frühstück Sorry hatte ich vergessen, das Parken um wenigstens Ein und Auszuladen war nicht so schön. Wir haben uns über MR.PARKIT ein Parkplatz gesucht und sind mit der Bahn zum Hotel gefahren. Beim Check out haben wir kurz auf der Busspur gestanden, das klappte gut
- Geert (8/5): Ideale uitvalsbasis voor bezoek van verschillende delen van PRAAG !! - Leuk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met zicht over heeeeeeel Praag, geweldige locatie om de dag te starten. De rooftopbar was best gezellig met het heerlijke weer van het voorbije weekend. Spijtig dat het terras naast de restaurantzone nog niet in gebruik genomen was, want het zou hier ook leuk zitten geweest zijn.

Bar closed a little earlier than we would normally be used to at 10pm but fully stocked mini bar available in room if needed.

- Roman (7/5): - Parkovanie je nemožné. Hotel deklaruje, že má parkovisko. V hoteli nám telefonicky vysvetlili, že parkovisko je inde a odporučili zastaviť sa autom po kartu od iného parkoviska. Zastať sme mali na autobusovej zastávke.. kam však prišiel práve autobus a trúbením dával najavo, čo si o tom myslí. Parkovisko bolo ďaleko. Inak bolo všetko ok.

- Anna (9/5): Upea aamiainen ja mukavat yöunet - Tilava huone ja näköala upea! Ystävällistä henkilökuntaa, kaikki osasivat sujuvaa englantia. Aamiainen on mahtava, monipuolinen kattaus ja kaikki oli maukasta. Huoneessa mukava sänky ja hyvät tyynyt. Suuri kylpyhuone. Ikkunat kauniit ja verhot käytännölliset. Runsaasti kaappitilaa. Kunnollinen yöpöytä ja lukuvalo, sekä pistorasia lähellä. Huoneen ja kylppärin valaistus oli himmeä meikkaamista ajatellen. Ammeessa suihkussa käyminen ei tuntunut hotellin tasoiselta, koko kylpyhuone märäksi. Ehkä pieni suihkuseinä ja pidempi suihkun letku olisivat hyvä parannus.

- Alexander Diehm (8/5): - Schöne Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Tolle Aussicht. Das Hotel ist schwer zu finden. Es gibt außen kein Schild das auf den Hotelbereich hinweist. Ein eigener Parkbereich ist nicht vorhanden. Man muss relativ weit laufen zur Parkgarage. Es ist kein Halteplatz vor dem Hotel für aus und einladen vorhanden.

- Gert (4/5): Zimmer okay, aber Lärm, Sauberkeit und Organisation sind mangelhaft. - Positiv hervorzuheben ist das durchwegs freundliche Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war solide und ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings ist die Geräuschkulisse in den Deluxe-Zimmern mit Flussblick ein echtes Problem. Durch Verkehrslärm – insbesondere durch Poser, Einsatzfahrzeuge, Hupen sowie die hörbaren Dehnfugen der nahegelegenen Brücke – ist an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken. Die vorhandene Doppelverglasung reicht hier leider absolut nicht aus, um den Lärm wirksam abzuschirmen. Ein Wechsel in ein ruhigeres Zimmer war nicht möglich, ebenso wenig zeigte sich das Management bereit, eine Kompensation anzubieten oder die folgende Nacht zu stornieren – das ist enttäuschend. Wenig erfreulich war auch der Zustand des Zimmers bei Ankunft: Im Schrank befand sich noch offensichtlich vergessene Kleidung eines vorherigen Gastes, was Zweifel an der Sorgfalt des Housekeepings aufkommen lässt. Auch beim Gepäckservice besteht Verbesserungsbedarf: Für im Hotel deponierte Koffer erhält man keine Abholmarke oder ähnliche Absicherung. Da das Sicherheitspersonal auf Nachfrage den Gepäckraum unkompliziert öffnet, wirkt das System wenig vertrauenswürdig – theoretisch könnte jeder Zugriff auf die abgestellten Koffer erhalten. Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt mit wenig Licht und viel Schatten, bei dem insbesondere Lärmschutz und Organisation deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial haben.

- Norbert (10/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt - Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Moldau. Das Frühstück in der 7. Etage war gut. Die Auswahl reichlich. Das Personal immer zur Stelle. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Die Fenster im Zimmer lassen sich nicht öffnen.

- EFSTATHIOS (10/5): - The Dancing House Hotel is an amazing experience. The building itself is iconic and the design is incredible, but what impressed us the most was the service. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a river view, and the view over the Vltava was simply stunning. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the restaurant was amazing. Overall, an excellent stay. We would definitely choose it again.
