• Verified traveler (10/5): Don't hesitate, Do reservation!!!! - Don't hesitate to make reservations first. I really recommend this hotel. I had to check in after 12 p.m., but I was able to easily check in because I received really detailed instructions on the phone and e-mail. I stayed for 3 days and you cleaned it up. Access to all parts of Prague is good. Just a three-minute walk away, there are tram stops and lots of supermarkets nearby. If I ever go to Prague next time, I will come back to this accommodation.

• Alan (10/5): - These apartments are very close to the metro station and a great option when travelling as a tourist in Prague if ypu want to be slightly away from the crowds. We felt safe in the Karlin area at all times. On arrival our air conditioning wasn't working. We texted the number given on our email and another appartment was quickly arranged. Both appartments were lovely, modern and very clean. We had a room refresh after 2 nights, which was an unexpected bonus. We would recommend these apartments as a great place to stay.

When we returned we noticed the inside air conditioner had malfunctioned and spilled water all over the floor. I’m called the management team right away and was told they would get someone to fix it. Instead I recieved an email telling me they would be keeping my deposit and that I owe them some made up amount of 1000 euros. I contested this took pictures and called my attorney. I would recommend you find some other property to spend time at. This one is unprofessional and is slow to respond when arriving for entry instructions

• Nikdurf (10/5): - Empirent is located in the heart of Karlin, easy access, very secure with gated garage, modern, clean, stocked with amenities, and the staff is super friendly and honest. Shops, stores, cafes, restaurants, the centrum, all within walking distance. Access to the train is 2 blocks to anywhere in Praha. Their care for guests is unrivaled. Whatever your needs they will make it happen. These apartments are so cozy for short term or long term stay. This is my 2nd stay, and my permanent choice of lodging whenever I visit Prague. I love these apartment and can't wait for my next stay! This place is a gem.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und wir hatten Schönlinge keinen so schönen Aufenthalt in einem ‚Hotel‘. 2 Minuten entfernt ist die uBahn und in 25min ist man zu fuß im Zentrum! • melanie (10/5): FANTASTISK - Super godt sted. Lejligheden var stor der var rent og pænt. På de 7 dage vi var der blev der gjort rent og skiftet sengetøj 3 gange. Vi betalte 20 euro for at tjekke ud kl 14 i stedet for kl 10. Vi betalte for lufthavn transport gennem hotellet 40 euro pr tur. Man kan køre med sporvogn 5 min gang fra hotellet. Der er både spise steder handle muligheder og alt fra frisør til negle og fodpleje lige ude på gaden. Vil klart anbefale hotellet. Og skal jeg til Prag igen bliver det helt sikkert der. Alt fremstår nyt og man for gratis bade artikler og rene håndklæder hver 3 dag. Det er nogle gode lejligheder og deres altan og tarasse er gode.

No view from downstairs space, also very loud to hear every noice inside the apartment, as there are no walls separating the bedroom. Otherwise high spec apartment, very nice & helpfull staff with excellent location. Good for luxury weekend trip for a couple.
• Paul (10/5): Spacious relaxing comfort - Stayed for 3 days to see a concert at The Forum Karlin and the apartment was a few minutes walk away . The reception staff were extremely helpfull and polite. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need, wifi was good. There was a fault with the fridge freezer but that was a minor issue. The metro is 1 minute walk away and only took 7 minutes to get into the heart of Prague. There was a supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment and a Starbucks. There are also a few places to get takeaway food and a restaurant beside the apartments. Would definitely stay again when we revisit Prague as 3 days was not long enough for us.

• Ewa (10/5): Wow! - Zarezerwowałam apartament z tarasem i 1 sypialnią na ostatnim piętrze. Okazało się, że główne mieszkanie jest jeszcze wyżej, bo ma wewnętrzne schody. A tarasy miałam dwa :) bardzo polecam taką opcję, jest cicho, można wyjść na powietrze, a balkon to też opcja dla palaczy, bo w środku jest zakaz palenia. Apartament ma 2 łazienki, 2 garderoby, przestrzeń do pracy i odpoczynku, jest przestronny i wg mnie pięknie urządzony - vide zdjęcia. Jakby co, to miał nr 72, drzwi na wprost windy na 6p. Bardzo bardzo polecam.

The apartment is set in a very good street which has excellent cafes,restaurants and bars. Everyone very friendly. Metro and trams very close by. The apartment is of a very high standard, comfortable and clean. All appliances at hand as well as crockery and cutlery. The apartment is very secure and has great parking in a secure internal car park. My apartment had a fab terrace with table and chairs to relax. Highly recommended.

• LuxuryNomad (10/5): This is a luxury apartment with full amenities - This apartment complex has a doorman / reception that monitor the ins and outs of guests to ensure strict guests guidelines are enforced to keep the other guests safe. No extra unregistered guests will be allowed in the units so if you are thinking about throwing a stag party, this is not the location for you. But if you are looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay while visiting this beautiful city, this is the place.

Всё в очень хорошем состоянии. Вся бытовая техника фирмы Mile! В 5 минутах ходьбы станция метро и супермаркет Billa. Куча кафе, где можно позавтракать. Единственная проблема, с которой мы столкнулись - дверь в ванную была сломана. Она не закрывалась. Это очень не удобно. Утром фен невозможно включить, потому что все просыпаются от него. Связался с администратором, нам сказали, что мастера уже давно вызвали, но он не приходит. Я пообещал оставить негативный отзыв на Hotels.com и дверь починили в тот же день :).

Cucina nuovissima e funzionale, bagno con vasca e doccia inappuntabile, ampio living con affaccio sulla strada, camera da letto bella e comoda. A due passi dalla metropolitana, tre fermate per arrivare in centro. Unico appunto: l'aria condizionata era troppo debole per rinfrescare tutto l'ambiente (più di 70 metri quadri) e la sera faceva un po' caldo.
